I recently bought a lawnmower from this company and, unfortunately, when it arrived, I found that one of the wheels was broken. I got in touch with customer service via email and phone, sending over some photos of the damage. They reassured me that a replacement wheel would be sent out, but it's been more than 2 weeks now and the part still hasn't arrived.
My lawnmower is currently out of action and I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication from the company. If I don't hear back soon, I'll have to take it up with my credit card company. According to consumer rights, I shouldn't be left in this situation, but here I am with a busted lawnmower that's about as much use as a doorstop.Faulty expensive product
This company is awful to deal with. I bought this really expensive product that never even worked and when I tried to get in touch about it, they like didn't care at all. I should've checked them out properly before buying from them.
New mower blade
So, I got this new mower blade online, but then they took my money and said they didn't actually have it in stock. I mean, seriously? I showed them my receipt and they were all like, "Send us a copy."
I spent ages the next day searching for that receipt because they sent it by email and it was nowhere to be found. Then they had the audacity to say they might just take back that email! Like, can they even do that?
So, I sent them a copy of the email and now I'm just waiting to see what's going to happen next. And on top of all that, they never even answer their phones! What a rubbish company, honestly.Lawnmower part purchase

The service I received was top-notch, and I thought the website was easy to use and had lots of helpful information. Lawn mower
I recently bought a lawn mower from this company, and honestly, my experience was a nightmare. To start with, trying to get hold of them was a real mission - they never picked up the phone! It had been two weeks, and still no sign of my mower, even though they'd promised it in 3-4 days. First, they said it had been sent out, but conveniently failed to give me a tracking number. Then they changed their story, and said they were waiting for more stock to arrive. The communication from them was shockingly bad, always switching up their tale. I emailed them repeatedly, but heard nothing back. And let's not forget, they'd already taken my money! If my mower doesn't get here by Monday, I'll miss my chance to get the job done on time. All I want is the mower that I paid for. If they were out of stock, they should have told me straight away, not promised quick deliveries they couldn't keep.

I recently bought a new lawnmower from an online store and it arrived really quickly. I placed the order on Sunday and it was delivered to my door by Wednesday lunchtime. The online chat support was also really helpful when I needed some assistance. All in all, it was a positive experience.

I purchased a lawnmower from this place and it was a terrible experience. They're a bunch of incompetents! I attempted to contact them numerous times but nobody answered. I was really concerned about the status of my order and if they had actually taken my money. It's a family-run business, but they really need to sort themselves out. I should've just stuck to my usual eBay or Amazon purchases.

As a customer of Mowers Online, I have to say I was really disappointed with my experience. When I had a problem with my purchase, the customer service was not helpful at all. The manager seemed to think they were better than everyone else and didn't even follow consumer laws when trying to sort things out. It was really frustrating and took up a lot of my time, dealing with people who didn't seem to know what they were doing and didn't want to help. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for gardening supplies should try somewhere else.

I bought a lawnmower online recently and I thought it was quite good. I ordered it over the Easter weekend and got a dispatch note on the following Tuesday. However, I was a bit worried because the note didn't have any tracking details, so I wasn't sure where my delivery was at. This lack of communication made me feel a bit uneasy, but luckily, the lawnmower showed up on Saturday morning just in time for me to sort out my untidy lawn.

Sit-on Mower Purchase
I can't believe the awful time I had with this company. I gave them a ring to ask about a sit-on mower for my garden, which has a small slope, and they suggested a specific model that turned out to be totally wrong for what I needed. It kept conking out on the slope, even when I wasn't using the cutter, and I had to get my mates to help me push it out of the garden. When I requested a refund, they accused me of wrecking the mower and insisted that I pay 3/4 of the full price. The manager, Steve, was incredibly rude and unhelpful the whole time. It's been 9 months now and my grass still looks terrible because of this whole nightmare.
