Blood tests, Dr consultation, and medication delivery
The whole process from having the blood tests done to getting my medication has been really smooth and efficient. I got my blood test results back quickly, and the explanations were thorough and easy to follow. Then I had a doctor's appointment scheduled promptly, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly to me. Two days after seeing the doctor, my testosterone medication arrived, along with all the equipment I needed to start treatment. I am thankful for the easy and stress-free experience I've had with Optimale. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with low testosterone symptoms. Helpful services

The treatment I got was really good and simple to follow, and it really helped me improve my health a lot. TRT blood test results
I went to Optimale to get my TRT test results becuase I've been with them for 2 years. They used to be really good and nice to me, but this time they told me to stop treatment and go to a private blood clinic that's really expensive and far away. They didn't even offer to help me find a clinic or give any other options. I was really scared because I know stopping TRT suddenly can be bad, but they didn't seem to care. Luckily, the NHS clinic helped me and it turns out there might have been a mistake in the lab results. Optimale didn't even say sorry for the stress they caused me. I don't think they really care about helping me, just about making money. I pay a lot for their service and I expect better treatment.
Blood test kit
I bought a blood test kit from this company, but it just didn't work for me because it didn't collect enough blood in the vial. The finger prick method they suggested wasn't up to scratch for the test I needed. It's frustrating that they didn't mention this problem on their website, especially when they're giving out instructions for NHS tests. It felt like a waste of money and I wouldn't advise it to anyone who needs reliable test results.

Enhanced blood test for low testosterone
I recently bought a more comprehensive blood test from this company to check my testosterone levels. The results showed that my testosterone levels were normal, but it also highlighted high levels of Prostate Ag and Cholesterol, which was a bit surprising. TRT journey
I've just started my TRT journey with this company and I've been at it for about 8 weeks now. It's definitely early days, but I'm already seeing some good changes. I find that Optimal is always a bit all over the place, they never seem to be organised or communicate properly, which results in lots of mistakes and let-downs. Personally, I've had issues with missed appointments, not receiving my meds, and when I've reached out for help, I've been met with silence. The service I get from Optimal leaves a lot to be desired, especially when you think about how much I fork out each month for it. I've told my mates about Optimal too, but they've had the same dodgy service as me.

I've been a customer for a while now and at first, everything was fine. But trying to arrange a phone chat with the doctor about my blood test results has been a nightmare. It takes ages to even get an appointment, and even when I do, they often don't call when they say they will. Then I have to keep nagging them, just to be told to rebook for another time. The constant let-downs and poor communication have really made me unhappy with the service. I definitely wouldn't recommend starting any treatment with them.
