They hold that their backpacks are made with the safety of the environment insight, using recyclable and recycled materials in packaging and production.
Another premium fact about Osprey is that they offer their customers different types and brands of bags. Their bags come in different colours and designs. Each product comes with a 30-Day refund or exchange policy.

I recently bought a backpack from this company and had some delivery problems. The courier company kept sending me wrong messages and dates, making it hard for me to get my parcel. Despite this, I have to say the customer service at this company was great. They were really helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, which was nice to see when things weren't going smoothly with the delivery. I particularly want to mention Alicia, who really went out of her way to help me. Not only was the customer service fantastic, but the quality of the backpack itself was really good too. I'm impressed with how professional and caring this company is.
Waterproof hiking backpack
I bought a waterproof hiking backpack from Osprey not long ago, but had to return it because of a random manufacturing issue. However, the help I got from the team member in sorting out the problem, returning the backpack, and getting my money back was really great. Dealing with the same person the whole time was really handy, and they kept me updated at every stage. Although there was a bit of a blip at the start, I really liked the backpack and have just ordered a new one to replace it. I'm looking forward to it arriving so I can get back out on the trails!
Unltd series purchase
I recently bought something from the Unltd series and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good quality and durable it is. The little details and how well it's made is just amazing. Also, I had the pleasure of speaking to Stephanie from customer service, who was so helpful. She really knew her stuff and was very professional. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy. I'm so pleased with my purchase and I'll definitely be buying from them again. I can't wait to see what new products they bring out next.
Backpack purchase
I bought a backpack recently and it arrived without the necessary VOEC-number registered. The customer support team were really quick to respond though. They replied to my emails within minutes and as soon as I showed proof of payment, they refunded the extra VAT I had paid. The backpack is of amazing quality and looks absolutely beautiful. I am really impressed with the product and the way the customer support team dealt with everything.
Bag exchange and sizing change
The customer service I got was really great. At first, I ordered the wrong bag, but they sorted out the exchange without any trouble. Then when I needed a different size, they quickly sorted it out for me too. Alicia was so helpful the whole time, making everything nice and simple.

I am grateful for Carly's prompt and helpful response, and it has definitely made me keen to use this company again and tell others about it.

I recently had a really good experience with a customer service rep from a company. Her name was Stephanie, and she was so helpful in sorting out my problem quickly and efficiently. She was really professional and knew her stuff, which made the whole process really easy. I was really impressed with how well she listened to me and understood what I needed, resulting in a speedy solution. This return policy felt like a trick and made me feel tricked and disappointed. It's a big problem with Osprey's customer service that makes me regret buying from them. Be careful when buying from them, as a seemingly simple purchase could end up costing you a lot. Osprey, please think about changing your return policy for the sake of your customers.
Replacement part for travel pack
The customer service at this store is absolutely fantastic! When my daughter lost part of her travel pack while we were away, they replaced it for free within a week of us getting in touch. The staff were really lovely and so helpful, it made the whole situation stress-free and nice. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!

I got in touch with them and I started worrying that they might forget about me, and then I wouldn't know what size backpack I needed for the flights. But then Stephanie came to the rescue like a superhero and sorted everything out. She gave me all the info I needed about my backpack and the sizes for travelling.

Oh my goodness, I recently purchased a backpack from this website and it turned out to be the worst experience ever! I mean, seriously, the website is an absolute disaster and the customer service is just awful. Don't get me wrong, I adore the brand and everything it stands for. In fact, I already own 3 other bags from them which I actually purchased from a different store and they are just fantastic. However, this whole online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The part that really got to me was having to shell out for my own return shipping fees, even when I wanted to exchange it for something more pricey. I mean, seriously, what's the deal with that? You can bet your bottom dollar that I'll never be purchasing from here again. There are plenty of better alternatives available out there with much nicer websites and superior customer service to boot.
