Electro-acoustic guitar
I popped into PMT the other day to pick up an electro-acoustic guitar and I must say, the service I received from the staff member in Bristol was top-notch. Even though I'm a beginner and well into my seventies, he really knew his stuff and helped me pick out the perfect guitar based on my preferences. He pointed me towards a Tanglewood "parlour-sized" sunburst mahogany guitar, which I absolutely adore because it has a similar low action to my trusty Stratocaster. I was in and out of the shop in no time at all, which made the whole experience super easy and quick. I really appreciate all the great service and advice I got from the staff member at PMT in Bristol.

Top of the range bass purchase
I recently splashed out on a really good bass from this music shop. Unfortunately, after just 6 months, I ran into a problem with the tuners on the instrument. When I contacted the shop for help, they told me they couldn't give me a refund and that the guitar would have to be sent away for repair. So now, I'll be without my guitar for who knows how long, out of £999, and unsure about how reliable the instrument will be once it's back in my hands. This whole situation has really let me down and made me question the customer service standards at this music store.
