    Great Collection

    I am a old customer of REISS. My recent purchase of Sued Jacket, Trousers and Wool Epson Jacket was superb. Yes rates are concerned dear. But quality makes me happy and careless from all lapses. They have super collections of high class jackets,coats, trousers,belts,hats etc.
    But my area of purchase is jackets,belts and trousers specially.

    I’m bitterly disappointed in the delivery service of Reiss.(R) I’m not sure if it is them or HERMES (H) but since they choose to use HERMES I have to lay the criticism at their Reiss’s feet. Twice running I have placed an order, paid the top delivery price for a quick delivery (2 days ) and both times I’ve ended up more than a week later chasing to try and find my parcel. Both times I received an email confirming that H had received my parcel from R. The first time I was told my parcel would arrive the following day between 12 and 3. I stayed in all day it didn’t come. The next day I waited in all day - still nothing. Finally I complained to both Hermes using their tracking order number that they provided and they claimed the number didn’t exist and also to customer service via an email. I received no response, apology or explanation but the first parcel finally arrived. The same has happened again now with my second order - this time I received an update on the track your order page telling me my delivery, due on the 1st, had been delayed and would arrive in the next 24 hours. That was the 2nd October, it is now the 8th October and still no delivery. Needless to say the payments went out immediately on both occasions. The clothes are lovely but - I won’t be using the online shop anymore after these bad experiences. It’s a shame because my local shop doesn’t have the same line as the online range. Very unhappy and disappointed customer. To cap it all I had to rush out and buy something else yesterday for the event I wore it today. My advice is don’t order online unless you can wait weeks and certainly don’t pay extra for fast delivery.
