Designer clothing purchase, fast delivery and returns, beautiful designs
I was really impressed with the quick delivery and return policy at this store. They use DHL Express for shipping, which meant my package arrived swiftly and safely. The free returns policy is also a great perk, as it makes it simple to send back anything that didn't quite work for me. When it comes to the clothing itself, I can't praise it enough. The designs are truly stunning, especially for women. I specifically recommend their regular line for taller ladies over 1.75m, but they also have petite versions for smaller women. The quality of the clothing is fantastic, and you can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into the designs. Just make sure to wash them carefully to keep them looking their best!
Black coat
I bought a black coat, but later I wanted to exchange it for a camel coat when it was back in stock. The customer service was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly. Unfortunately, the camel coat ended up being delivered to the wrong address. Reiss handled the situation really well and refunded me promptly. The phone customer service was excellent, however, the staff at the Westfield Stratford and Canary Wharf stores were terrible. They ignored me completely and didn't offer any help, even though the stores were empty. The store staff could definitely learn from the phone customer service team.
Latest purchase quality issue
I bought something from your shop not long ago, but it turned out to be a bit rubbish quality-wise, which I was pretty gutted about considering I'd only had it for two months. I got in touch with your customer service lot to see if I could get a replacement or my money back, but they said I couldn't do either without the receipt. I found that a bit unexpected and quite upsetting because I've never had such strict rules from other shops where I've bought stuff before. I've been a loyal customer for ages so I was hoping for better help in sorting out this problem.
Troublesome delivery issue
I had a bit of a problem with a delivery I got from this company recently. The service was really bad, and I was pretty annoyed and let down by the whole thing. But I've got to give credit to the customer service team, especially Harriet, for how well they dealt with my complaint. Harriet really went out of her way to make sure my issue was sorted out quickly and in a really professional way. I'm really grateful for the hard work they put in to fix the original problem and make me feel better about the service.
Coat, Return
I bought a coat from this shop not long ago, but it turned out to be the wrong size. However, returning it was surprisingly easy and quick. The staff I spoke to knew what they were doing and were really helpful, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful.
Well-fitted and good quality clothing
I recently bought some clothes from this shop, and I really like how they fit and the quality is great. But I was a bit disappointed because they didn't have much stock left. It's annoying when they bring out new stuff and it sells out so fast. I reckon they could do better in this department to make customers happier. Don't get me wrong, I do like their stuff, but it's a shame when they run out of stock so quickly.
Petite range trousers too long
I really like the clothes in this store because they're so stylish, but I find that the petite range doesn't really work for shorter women like me. The trousers are always too long, even though I'm at the top of the petite height range. It makes me wonder how shorter women manage to wear their clothes without needing major alterations. Despite this problem with the sizing, I have to say that the quality and style of their clothing is really top-notch.
Large Purchase of Clothing Items
I have been a customer of this fashion brand for a long time now, buying a lot of clothes every year. But I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the drop in quality and style of their products lately. I remember when I could easily find loads of fashionable and well-made dresses to add to my collection, but now I can't seem to find anything that catches my eye. It's really sad to see the creativity and charm of their clothing range go down.
Great Collection
I am a old customer of REISS. My recent purchase of Sued Jacket, Trousers and Wool Epson Jacket was superb. Yes rates are concerned dear. But quality makes me happy and careless from all lapses. They have super collections of high class jackets,coats, trousers,belts,hats etc.
But my area of purchase is jackets,belts and trousers specially.
Must check REISSHigh-quality belts
I ordered some belts from this company and they arrived in Austria pretty quickly, even though they were sent from England. I've been really impressed with the quality of the belts and I've bought from them a few times now. Although, I did have to send back my last order but the return process was really easy and quick.
Return process and damaged items
I had a really disappointing experience with the return process at this shop. When I tried to send back some items, they told me to check an FAQ page that had wrong info on it. I had to talk to customer service on chat to get a return reference number. On top of that, two of the things I got were damaged, which was a bit of a surprise considering how much they cost.
Wool jumper
Last year, I bought a wool jumper and it ended up getting a hole in it just after a few times of wearing and washing it. I reached out to customer service for help, but they weren't much use. When I visited the store, the staff were pretty rude and didn't do anything to sort things out. I also sent an email to customer service with pictures, but they didn't seem to care. Definitely won't be shopping there again.
Online purchase return issue
I'm really not happy with the return policy at this store. I've been waiting ages for my refund and all they keep doing is delaying and referring to their 28-day return policy. It's just a mess.
Business suit online purchase
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for quite a while now and I've always been happy with my purchases, whether from the actual stores or online. But I recently bought a business suit online and it didn't go as smoothly. I thought it would come from a local warehouse, but turns out it was from the UK. I ended up having to pay extra costs that I wasn't expecting, like Toll Customs Broker Fees, Border Force Fees, Import GST, and Import Duties. I didn't know about these costs beforehand and it was really frustrating. It made me feel like I was kept in the dark.
Recent clothing purchases
I bought a bunch of clothes from this shop recently and I have to say I'm really pleased with how good they are. The clothes fit me well and the fabric is top-notch. I've had lots of people compliment me when I wear them. What I really like is the little details and the classic look of everything they sell.
Suede jacket
I recently bought this really nice suede jacket that is amazing quality. I was a bit disappointed to discover it was manufactured in India rather than Europe or the US, but regardless, it still looks absolutely awesome!
New dress, black boots
I recently got this really nice new dress and some amazing black boots. I couldn't wait to wear them, but then I found a tiny hole in the seam of the dress. I was disappointed, so I made the decision to take it back to the store.
Dress at store
I went to this shop looking for a dress, but they didn't have it in my size. The prices were meant to be low, but I found the same dress online for much cheaper. The staff there didn't seem to care and insisted it might be a different one, even though it was exactly the same.
Jacket purchase
I splashed out on a jacket that was quite pricey, but boy was I let down when I actually got it. The material was as thin as paper! There wasn't even any lining inside. Ended up checking out another shop and came across a similar jacket for a lower price, but it was much better quality. Plus, I realised Reiss items like their polos are see-through - I mean you can actually see your nipples through them! Honestly, Reiss is just overpriced and not worth it.
