Growth serum purchase
I've been having trouble with my eyelashes falling out because I've been using curlers too much and they're getting older. I tried a few growth serums, but none of them really worked for me. I've been using this lash conditioner for quite some time and it's honestly amazing! My lashes have definitely become longer and the small brush has made it so much easier to apply without accidentally getting it in my eyes. I've got to say, my experience with Recent Purchase has been absolutely amazing. At first, I was a bit unsure because of some bad reviews, but I went for it anyway. And I'm so happy I did! My lashes have never looked this good before. They're longer and curlier, and I'm really pleased with the results. I like to keep myself looking good, and I honestly can't recommend Recent Purchase enough.
Blue-topped serum
I got this blue-topped serum and it was seriously amazing! Within a few months, my lashes grew longer and seemed much fuller. I got a lot of compliments like, "Wow, your lashes look amazing!" So I was really excited to try the new silver-topped serum. But oh dear, the new one is terrible! The texture is all weird and now my lashes are actually falling out. I had to stop using it, so disappointing!
Purchased Brow Serum
I was really let down by the Brow Serum from this company. I spent a lot of money on it and then ended up with terrible pain in my fingers that felt like arthritis. When I got in touch with customer service, they said to stop using it but wouldn't give me a refund because they don't take back opened items. And to top it off, when I said I wasn't happy and might leave a bad review, they just tried to send me another product instead of sorting things out properly. This has definitely been the worst customer service I've ever come across. Anyone thinking of buying from this company should probably think twice.
Brow product
I've been using this brow product for two whole months now and to be honest, I've been really disappointed with it. I had this one spot in my brows where the hair fell out because of a dodgy dye job, and I was hoping this product would help but unfortunately, it hasn't done anything at all! I'm really disappointed and honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Such a letdown.

I've been using the eyelash serum for about five years now and I even suggested it to my hair salon. But I've recently noticed a difference in the results with my last couple of purchases. I recently bought this eyelash serum and it definitely made my lashes longer, but oh my gosh, my eyelids are now a disaster! They're discoloured, thinner, really red, and they look so much older. I'm really disappointed about it. The warning on the packaging is so small, like seriously tiny. I would advise against using this product, it's completely wrecking my eyelids!

I'm really impressed with how well this product works on my eyelashes! They've definitely become thicker both at the top and bottom. I've started using it every other day and I'm seeing consistent results. They're not as thick as I'd like them to be but they're way better than before. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey.

The serum has been fantastic, I've been using it for more than a year and it has definitely made a difference to my lashes. Unfortunately, the latest serum I purchased had a faulty applicator with a sharp edge that ended up scratching my eyes. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were quite rude and suggested that I was using it wrongly, even though I've never had any issues with their products in the past. Having something sharp near your eyes is definitely a safety concern that should have been acknowledged as a problem. I didn't receive an apology or any admission of fault, which left me feeling let down and not wanting to buy from them again.
Recent purchase disappointed
I really loved this product before and it really helped my lashes when they were damaged. But now that I've bought it again, I've seen that they've changed the packaging and formula. The silver tube was a big clue that they've made some changes, but sadly it doesn't work as well on my lashes anymore. I've been using this brand for 4 years and always had good results. However, my last tube seemed a bit 'drier' than usual and it didn't work properly. The customer service wouldn't give me a refund or replace it because it was bought over 14 days ago. Looks like I'll have to find a new brand to use.

I bought something from this company not long ago and had a bit of a problem with a promo code that didn't work. I explained what happened and even showed them evidence that I used the code right, but they said it was my fault. It really let me down as a customer, they didn't want to fix things or own up to their mistake.

I bought this brow serum and I was really excited to try it out. Honestly, my brows started looking thicker and fuller really quickly! I was delighted with the results. But then, I tried another product from the same brand and it didn't work at all. I don't understand why it was so different.

I bought this lash serum from a supplier I thought was reliable, but I was really let down. The tube was all dried up, and when I tried to use it on my lashes, my eyes got really red and puffy - never happened with any other cosmetic I've used before. I got in touch with the distributor in the UK, and they said the product I got was probably fake because they didn't know the supplier I got it from. The supplier gave me a refund, but now I'm worried about all these fake products out there, or if I just got an old or faulty one.
First purchase experience
I bought my first tube of the product back in September 22, and after using it regularly for about 6-8 weeks, I noticed a real difference in how long and thick my eyelashes were looking. The tube kept going for around 6 months, so it seemed like good value for money. But when I ordered a second tube from the website, I was a bit let down to see that the lid wasn't on properly and the wand was much drier compared to the first one. I got in touch with the customer service team by email, and they asked me to send photos of the wand, which I thought was a bit of a hassle. This was made worse by the fact that I'd recently had spinal surgery, so it was tricky for me to print out the returns label and go to the post office. On top of all that, I noticed that my not-so-great review on the website wasn't actually posted, which made me think they only show the positive ones.
