Invisiwrap protection for my carbon gravel bike
I recently got myself an invisiwrap protection kit for my carbon gravel bike from Rutland Cycling. I had bought the bike from somewhere else before, and I wanted to keep it looking as good as new. Ian from the service department gave me some great advice on which kit to go for from an external supplier. When I got the kit, I took it back to Rutland Cycling and Ian did an amazing job fitting the wrap. Not only was it done well, but it was also done on time. The staff at Rutland Cycling are all really great guys, super friendly and helpful. Even if you don't need to buy anything, I'd suggest popping in for some advice. If I ever need a new road bike in the future, I know Rutland Cycling will be my first port of call.
Bike fit experience
I was a bit worried about the cost of getting a full bike fit at first, but now I can honestly say it was definitely worth it. I had a little accident with my bicycle and I needed to get a new one. I love cycling so I badly needed to get another bicycle that was of high quality and affordable too. The price was quite affordable and when it was delivered it was exactly what I wanted. Specialised bike purchase
I recently purchased a top-of-the-line bike from the shop, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how professional they were. The guy, Suresh, who helped me out knew his stuff and was so helpful. He was really chilled out and had a great professional manner, which made the whole buying process a lot more enjoyable. What I liked the most was that he didn't pressure me at all to make such a big purchase. Suresh even went the extra mile by setting the bike aside for me for a couple of weeks while I sorted out my finances. All in all, I felt really well looked after and valued as a customer.
Fixing my bike
I had an issue with my bike after getting it from another shop, but the folks at Rutland Cycling fixed it super quickly! A guy called Colin sorted it in a jiffy and didn't even charge me. Fantastic service, Colin!
E-bike repair
I took my e-bike to the shop the other day because it wasn't working properly. The guy there, Gab, really knew his stuff and was really helpful. Specialized electric bike purchase
I bought an electric bike not long ago after getting in touch on WhatsApp to ask for info. A guy called Richard assisted me and guided me through everything, even sorting out interest-free finance, all done through messages. Then, just three days after that, a lady called Millie from the company rang me up to arrange delivery, which actually happened a day earlier than I thought. Big up to everyone at Rutland for being so efficient and professional. I was also really chuffed to get a follow-up call from Claire a week later to check that everything was okay. Top-notch customer service all the way!
Brake lever part
I had this brake lever on my bike that needed replacing because it got broken. So, I went online and saw that the only replacement available was on eBay, but it cost over £50. I thought about it and decided to go to Rutland Cycling in Leicester to get some advice. To my surprise, they told me they didn't think I needed to replace the whole brake lever and actually found a used replacement part for me in their workshop. It turned out to be a perfect fit and saved me over £50. I was really pleased with the service and how knowledgeable they were. The service was absolutely top-notch!
Electric Bike purchase
I bought an electric bike from this shop recently and it was a great experience. The guy, Suresh, really knew his stuff and was so helpful. Even though I wasn't planning on buying that day, Suresh let me try out a demo, answered all my questions patiently, and made everything super easy. He really listened to what I needed and helped me pick out the perfect bike. Thanks to Suresh, I now own an electric bike and I've definitely noticed a big difference in my ability to keep up with my friends, especially when we're going up hills.

I recently bought a bike online because it was on sale and available in the UK. The whole process was really smooth, and I was really impressed by the service I got from Matt Williamson at their Milton Keynes store. Matt really went the extra mile to make sure the bike was put together well, securely packaged, and sent out quickly. He even helped me register the bike with the manufacturer, which was a big help. General maintenance
I've been to the Milton Keynes store quite a few times now for my bike's regular maintenance. My bike always needs fixing and new parts, so it's great to have a reliable place to go. Rutland has always been quick and good value for money when it comes to repairs. During my last visit, Ian was really helpful and sorted out a problem with my brakes straight away. I definitely recommend their services for anyone needing bike maintenance.
Padded cycling shorts
I went to the Rutland Cycling store at Everards Meadows looking for some padded cycling shorts, but I was really disappointed because they didn't have any in stock. The staff only offered me a padded cycling bib, which was way overpriced at £161 for just one brand. I was surprised and frustrated that such a big shop had such a limited selection. I definitely won't be going back there again anytime soon.
Thule bike rack replacement part
I had a little problem with the Thule bike rack I bought from Rutland Cycling. It got a bit damaged in transit, but it wasn't too bad to send the whole thing back. I got in touch with Rutland Cycling to tell them what happened, and I was happy with how they sorted it out. They sent me the new part I needed right away, no questions asked. Their customer service was top-notch and it really made a difference. The Thule bike rack is really great, strong and well-made.
