I popped into the shop to grab some hair dye and happened to meet a lovely staff member called Justyna. She was so helpful and really went out of her way to assist me. It was a breath of fresh air to receive such fantastic service, especially when good customer service can be hard to come by these days. Justyna went the extra mile to help me find the perfect hair dye for what I needed, and I was really impressed by her expertise and friendly attitude. I'm a regular at Sally Beauty and I've always been really impressed with how great the staff are. No matter which store I go to or how often I visit, they always remember me and are super helpful with any questions I might have. Their product knowledge is next level and I completely trust their recommendations. The staff are always friendly and really go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. Compared to other beauty supply stores, Sally Beauty's customer service is in a league of its own.
Hair dye and hair treatment
I popped into this really nice salon to grab some hair dye and hair treatment bits and the girl working there was so lovely! She guided me in choosing the perfect products for my hair and even shared some handy tips on how to use them. She was really welcoming and made me feel right at ease. I honestly felt like a VIP in there! The salon was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It was such a great experience browsing for my hair products and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I had a really good experience with my online purchase! The delivery was free and arrived right on time - the delivery company was great. I usually shop at Sally's in Golders Green, London, and all the staff there are super helpful. They always give me excellent advice because I'm not an expert. The girls who work there are fantastic and I always buy my beauty products from them.
Gel lamp
I just wanted to talk about my experience as a customer at this beauty retailer - I have to tell you, it was a total nightmare. I bought a gel lamp on a whim while I was on holiday, thinking the ‘click and collect’ service would be easy. But oh boy, was I wrong. Turns out, the lamp wasn't compatible with my other stuff, so I tried to return it at the nearest store - only to be told I had to drive 8 hours round trip to return it to the store I got it from! The lack of flexibility from the staff was shocking. It took so many phone calls and a week of back and forth until Emma from the Dumfries and Galloway store saved the day. She was amazing and actually showed empathy, giving me proper customer service. This whole thing really made me think twice about shopping there again.
Shampoo and conditioner causing reaction
I bought some shampoo and conditioner from this place not long ago, but it turns out I had a bit of a bad reaction to them. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to see if I can get a refund, but every time I call I seem to get passed around to different people who end up just hanging up on me. One person did give me an email address to try, but it's been days now and I still haven't heard anything back. I'm running out of time to sort this out and honestly, it's getting really frustrating. I think it's safe to say I won't be shopping here again!

Beauty of beautiful products..
Nice ..Rates are on higher side as on price tag but discount on sale is compensate this purchase ..Wahl trimmer and Wahl clip delivered yesterday at my home. Packing was good, delivery can be more faster..As parcel was not so big. No charged for courier as order was of more then 30 pounds.

Lash adhesive purchase
The lash glue I bought was a complete disaster! It didn't stick any lashes at all, so I ended up looking silly and spending money for nothing. I even had to send a client away, which was really embarrassing and annoying. When I tried to return the glue to the shop, they wouldn't take it back. After I called customer service, they eventually agreed to give me a refund, but not before telling me off for using someone else's business account. It was just a terrible situation that now means I can't do any clients and I'm out of pocket.
Classic Lash Course
I recently bought an online classic lash course from Sally Beauty with the hope of kickstarting my career in the lash industry. However, I was really disappointed with the whole experience. Despite shelling out a fair bit of money, the course didn't live up to my expectations. The material was quite lacking and actually left me with more questions than I had answers for. When I tried to reach out for help, the support I got was pretty poor, which just left me feeling frustrated and a bit lost. Now, I'm dead set on getting a refund because I can't in good conscience recommend this course to anyone. Overall, my impression of Sally Beauty has been pretty negative, especially because of the unhelpful customer service. I'd suggest to others to steer clear of buying educational stuff from this company and to look for better sources instead.

I bought some Wella hair dye from the shop not long ago, and then I realised a few days later that I'd paid way more than I should have. They charged me £20 for one tube, but most other places are selling it for £5.99 or £6.99. I feel like I was totally ripped off and should have checked the prices beforehand. I definitely won't be going back to that shop again.

I bought some hair dye from this store recently, and even though they were pretty fast in helping me, I was a bit let down by how little the sales assistants seemed to know. When I asked for advice on picking a colour, all they gave me were vague numbers and terms that didn't make much sense to me. I had to keep asking for more explanations and guidance, and even then, I still felt like I was pretty much on my own with it. It would really help if the staff had a better grasp of the products they're selling, especially for customers like me who aren't experts in this sort of thing.

I bought a razor from this place, but it was already broken and ended up cutting me. So, I went back to the shop and they weren't very nice about it - they even tried to blame me! I hope they sort this out properly, or I won't be returning there ever again!

The next morning, I found out they were already getting my order ready to ship. If they really cared about customer service, they could have cancelled it in time. Now I'm having to go through a bunch of hassle just to return the stuff I don't even want anymore. It's just ridiculous!
Semi Permanent hair dye
I've been going to that shop for absolutely ages and I accidentally bought the wrong type of hair dye. I tried to return it after 28 days, but they wouldn't let me swap it for the correct one! It was in perfect condition as well, so I don't understand why. Their customer service really disappointed me. I spend quite a bit on their fancy hair dye too. Looks like I'll have to look for another place to get my hair stuff from now on. Boo to Sally's!
