I was a bit unsure at first because of the negative reviews and the fact that there was no phone support available, but I was actually really happy with how quickly my order arrived (within 3-5 days in Europe). The Chelsea shoes I got were true to size and in the perfect colour. They're decent quality, made with leather inside and out, and have a lovely design. However, I don't think they're quite worth the high price.
Quality of products
I'm really pleased with the shoes I bought, they're really well-made and look great. But I have to say, I was a bit let down by the return policy. It took ages for me to get a return label, which has made it tricky for me to send them back quickly. Sneakers for my mum
So I got these really cool trainers for my mum from Scarosso, right? They're amazing, but the delivery was a nightmare! I was at home all day waiting for the GLS France delivery guy. But, no joke, he didn't even give me a call or anything and then in the afternoon, I get a text saying they've dropped it at a pick-up point because apparently, no one was home! Like, seriously? GLS France didn't even try to bring it to my door! Not cool at all! Scarosso needs to sort out a better delivery company in France, like, now!
Shoes with sole defect
I bought these shoes, and after about 3 weeks, the soles started coming off both of them. I got in touch with customer service, and it took them more than 2 weeks to come up with a solution. They suggested I go to a local repair shop, but I felt I deserved new shoes as this seemed like a manufacturing issue. I work in sales myself, and I believe this is not the right way to handle customers. I must say, I'm really disappointed!

Shoes ordered on November 26th
I'm really let down with how things have gone with this company. I ordered some shoes way back in November, but now as we're halfway through February, I still haven't got them. I've tried getting in touch with the company a few times, but all I keep getting back are these generic emails that don't actually say anything helpful or fix the problem. It's annoying and disheartening to see loads of other people going through the same thing, with their complaints all over social media. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd say be careful and maybe try somewhere else for your shoes.
Shoe sizing struggles
My main problem is getting the right size shoe when I order. I struggle to use the size calculator and it seems like each shoe style is a bit different in size anyway. On the bright side, one of the best things is how fast the shoes arrive. Often faster than when I order online from the US.
Cognac brown leather shoes
The design of those shoes really caught my eye, but I was let down by the quality. I bought a pair of lovely cognac brown leather shoes, only to find out that the color stained light surfaces. This meant I couldn't wear them with my white or beige trousers without worrying about messing them up. I tried to clean them with a soft cloth, but ended up with a cloth that was the same color as the shoes, showing the problem with the leather. When I contacted customer support, they were dismissive and said there wasn't an issue with the leather. As someone who loves shoes and has a collection in all sorts of colors, I can confidently say that this staining problem shouldn't be happening. This whole experience has made me decide that this will be my first and last purchase from this brand.
