Clothing for daughter's visit home
I ordered a mix of clothes for my daughter's visit back home from Seraphine. At first, there was a bit of confusion about when they would be sent out and I was a bit concerned they wouldn't get here in time. But, I got in touch with their Chat support and they were so helpful. They made sure the delivery was right on schedule and even gave me a tracking number for the parcel. I was really grateful for how they took care of my worries and sorted everything out quickly. And, what's best, my daughter really adores the clothes!
Nursing jumper purchase
I bought a nursing jumper from a maternity and nursing wear brand recently. Sadly, after just one wash, I noticed a hole along the seam. I emailed customer service with photos of the problem, but despite being told I would get a replacement, it never arrived. After chasing up multiple times, I was promised another replacement that also never came. I'm feeling really frustrated and let down by this whole situation, and it's put me off from buying from them again. The whole process has been a real waste of my time and money.

I bought a lovely black maternity wrap dress from this shop recently and I have to say, I was really impressed. The delivery was super quick and the customer service was fantastic. Maternity dress purchase for niece
I bought a dress for my niece from this shop not long ago. She really liked the dress, it was lovely. But I had a bit of trouble with the delivery and payment addresses getting mixed up, so the address they had wasn't real. Luckily, the customer service team helped me out a lot and even gave me back the postage fee. However, there was a delay in getting the dress because of some issues with the post, it took 14 days to sort out.
Issue with lost parcel
I recently had a problem with a lost parcel from my order. Even though I got a message saying my parcel was ready for delivery, it never showed up. When I contacted customer service about it, they sorted it out swiftly, gave me a refund for the delivery charge, and placed a new order for me with express delivery. It was annoying that the parcel went missing, but I'm grateful for the quick help from the customer service team.

Welcome discount issue
I was really let down by my experience at this shop. The discount I saw on the website didn't work when I tried to use it for my purchase, and there was nothing clearly saying it was only for full-priced items. I spent ages trying to use the code, only to find out from customer service that it wasn't valid for what I was buying. Not only did this waste my time, but one of the things I wanted was sold out by the time they got back to me, which took three days. This false advertising is not right and really annoying for customers like me who just want honesty and clarity from the brands they choose.

The customer service was really great - so friendly and quick! I would recommend going to a store to try on their clothes as they fit differently than you might think, but that's just how it is when you're pregnant. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again and will pop into a store to check out more of their outfits.
Flattering Maternity Dress
I really liked the dress - the fabric was good quality and it looked, felt and fitted just as they said it would. It's very flattering as maternity wear. It arrived in a nice box, but it did need a bit of extra ironing/steaming to get rid of the creases.

As for the nursing clothes, they were a big disappointment. They didn't fit right - too big, too baggy, and too long. The extra material meant for the bump during pregnancy just looked awkward when nursing. It would have been better if there were separate options for nursing clothes.
Return of unwanted item outside return window
I've just had to return something that my husband didn't want. Even though it was past the return deadline, the customer service team were really understanding and helpful.
