Wrong size received
As a customer, I have to say I was really disappointed when I ordered an XL size but received a small instead. However, I must say that the customer service team did a great job in quickly fixing the mistake. They were really helpful and I'm grateful for their fast communication. I've bought from this company before and have always been happy with their products. I'm just glad that my problem was sorted out so quickly.
Faulty tights
I was really looking forward to getting my new tights, but when I opened the package, I saw a little hole in one of them. It was a bit disappointing, to be honest. But I decided to get in touch with customer support and sent them a photo of the problem. They got back to me super quickly and sent me a new pair without any fuss. They should keep a better eye out for quality control, but I was happy with how they handled it.
Recent tights purchase
I can't wait for my new tights to arrive! I absolutely love the quality of these tights - they are so durable and comfortable. After buying from them before, I just had to get more for my collection. Plus, I needed smaller sizes now because I've lost weight, so it was the perfect excuse to treat myself. These tights are definitely a wardrobe essential and worth every penny.

I was able to grab these really great stockings on sale and I'm absolutely thrilled! Being conscious of spending money, I waited for the perfect opportunity to buy them. Tights purchase
The tights are really good quality, but the customer service experience was super frustrating. They sent me the wrong colour and I let them know within 2 hours of delivery, but getting them to sort out an exchange or return was a real struggle. It definitely wasn't the simple and easy process I was hoping for when I placed my order.

Oh my gosh, these tights are absolutely amazing! They are so comfortable and such great quality. The customer service was top-notch, they even sent me a new pair when mine got a little snag. I would definitely recommend these tights to anyone!
Flop pantyhose, wrong color, excellent fit
So, you know, I bought these pantyhose and they were a total flop at first. They sent me the wrong colour as a replacement, but luckily the right ones finally arrived and they were absolutely great! They fitted perfectly and were in amazing condition. I'm really pleased with the service overall, but it would have been even better if they had got it right the first time.
Lightest shade not matching, weird undertone
I was really let down by the lightest shade of this product because it was still too dark for my skin tone. The undertone was odd too, looking yellow with a hint of green which made me look ill. I had bought one before that was a perfect match, but after losing weight, I needed to get a new one. Sadly, the colours available now didn't have one that suited me.
Durable tights
I thought these tights would be durable based on the adverts, but I was let down when they didn't hold up as long as I thought they would. I was expecting them to last longer than just a few wears, but after a couple of weeks, both pairs already had runs in them. Looks like I'll have to go back to cheaper tights that are easier to replace from now on.

Black tights with tiny dots and a mystery pair
I recently bought two pairs of black tights with tiny dots from this company, and got a mystery pair thrown in with my order, which was a nice surprise. The tights are really lovely, and they're so durable and comfy to wear. My daughter is a big fan of them too, which makes me very happy with my purchase.
3 pairs of tights ordered
I didn't get my order with the 3 pairs of tights. I had to send an email to ask what's up and they said there's a delay because the items were super popular. But no more updates after that. Not happy about the lack of communication and openness. I wouldn't suggest this brand to anyone. Hopefully, I can get a refund.
Nude sheer tights for summer wear
When I got those nude sheer tights, I was really disappointed because they weren't as sheer as I thought they would be for wearing in the summer. They were way too opaque for warm weather, even though the name made it seem like they would be perfect. And on top of that, the colour choices just didn't work for my light medium skin tone - the medium light was too dark, and the light was too light. Even though I had seen some good reviews, I won't be suggesting these tights to anyone or buying from this company again because they have a strict no refund policy.
Sturdy and durable tights
I'm really impressed with how good these tights are. They're so much stronger and last way longer than any other tights I've bought before, even the well-known brands like Les Belle. I've got seven pairs now, one for every day of the week!
Discolouring and material flaw tights
I received these tights as a gift and when I opened the package, they were in a right state. The colour had leaked onto the cardboard, the tights were all patchy, and to make matters worse, they tore as soon as I put them on. It was such a disappointment because I really liked my other tights from the same brand.
Extra small light sheer tights
I recently got myself the extra small light sheer tights from the store. Unfortunately, the size didn't quite work out for me as the tights were a struggle to pull up properly, and the waistband was too loose. I'm 5 foot 4 inches and 102 pounds, so I was expecting the extra small to be just right for me.
Also, the colour of the tights was much lighter than what I saw on the website photos. The light shade is more suitable for someone with a very fair complexion, which unfortunately isn't a match for my skin tone. It's a shame that there's no option to exchange for a different size or colour unless the tights are damaged, as it doesn't give customers like me much flexibility if we didn't get the size or colour right the first time.
I had high hopes for these tights being durable and lasting a long time, but with the sizing and colour not being accurate, I'm not too sure about buying another pair at this price.Tights that arrived quickly
You know what, I've been buying tights for ages, and honestly, these ones are amazing. They showed up super fast, and they fit me perfectly. I've got to admit, these tights are not only comfy, but they also seem really strong.
Tights nightmare
Oh gosh, I'm really annoyed about these tights I bought from that store! They sounded amazing but they turned out to be really bad quality. I wore them once and they got all stretched and looked terrible. I contacted them online and they suggested I should stretch them out - I mean, what's the point of that? Then they said they would email me to sort it out, but it's been months and I haven't heard anything. Now I've got two pairs of expensive rubbish. Learn from my mistake, guys!
