"Margate" brogues
I recently got myself a pair of "Margate" brogues from this shoe shop and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how top-notch they are. The shoes are made really well, with a partial Blake stitch that surely adds to their durability. I'm happy about my purchase and would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone else. The customer service I got from the staff at the shop was top-notch too. They knew a lot about the shoes and were really helpful when I had questions before I decided to buy them. On top of that, I managed to snag the shoes at a discount during a sale, which just made them an even better deal. All in all, I'm super happy with my experience at this shoe shop and will definitely be going back there in the future.
My first favy sneakers
I recently bought these amazing trainers which quickly became my favourites! My sister recommended them to me because she said they are really comfortable, and she was absolutely right! I found them in a cool shop in the West Midlands, and they are like walking on fluffy clouds. I have wide feet and suffer from arthritis, so finding comfortable shoes is always a challenge, but these are absolutely perfect! No need to break them in, they were comfortable from the start. They were so good that even my husband got himself a pair. I don't think I'll ever want to take them off, they have become my new favourites!
New pair of shoes
I recently got myself a new pair of shoes from the shoe-shop and boy, am I chuffed with my purchase! These shoes are top-notch quality, they fit like a glove, and that chestnut colour is just gorgeous. I'm really digging the lace-up style with the side zip, it gives them a bit of pizzazz. The whole shopping trip at the shoe-shop was brill, all thanks to the lovely lady who helped me out in the shop. She knew her stuff, was super helpful, and made the whole process a breeze. I'm so grateful for the great service I got and it really made my shopping trip a good one.
American size shoes received in European sizes
I had a good experience at the shoe shop. The delivery service was quick and the shoes were of good quality. However, there was a slight problem with the sizing. I ordered shoes in American sizes, but got them in European sizes instead. This meant the shoes were too big for me. It would have been useful if the website had clearly stated that the sizes were in European measurements so I could have picked the right size from the start. Even with this issue, returning the shoes was easy and hassle-free, which I was grateful for.
Casual shoes for men
I had such a lovely time at that shoe shop! The staff there were really helpful and so patient while I was trying to find the perfect pair of casual shoes. They made everything so much easier for me and I left feeling really happy that I had made the right decision.
Bought red shoes
Oh my god, I received my red shoes really fast and they looked exactly like the picture on the website! I was really happy with them, they fit perfectly and are really comfortable. I'm so excited to wear them to school!
Sandals replacement
I had to ring up the shoe shop because I had an issue with my sandals. Cathy was really lovely and managed to sort me out with a new pair. She gave me clear instructions on what to do next, which I followed to the letter. I then spoke to Nadine when I sent the sandals back, and she sorted everything out for me. Both women were extremely polite, clear in their communication, and very helpful. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and I was really pleased with the service.
Pink sparkly trainers and unicorn socks
Oh wow, I absolutely love the Shoe-shop! I managed to pick up these adorable pink sparkly trainers and unicorn socks, they are just amazing! The best part was when I ended up with a faulty pair of sandals, they sorted it out straight away, no hassle at all. They even gave me a credit note in less than 24 hours! It made me feel so valued, it's clear Nadine and her team really look after their customers. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for shoes now!
Quick refund
I bought a pair of boots, but they weren't actually in stock and I'd have to wait a few weeks. I really needed them, so I got in touch with customer service and asked for my money back. I was shocked when they refunded me straight away. Even though I was gutted I couldn't get the boots I wanted when I wanted them, I was really impressed with how quickly and well they handled things. I'll definitely think about ordering them again in the future.
New shoes for husband
I had a great time at the shoe shop. The staff there were really helpful, especially Julie, who went out of her way to assist my disabled husband in finding the right shoes. It can be tricky for him to try on shoes while using his electric wheelchair, but the girls in the shop were so patient and understanding. They not only found the perfect shoes for him, but I also bought two pairs of boots for myself and a brolly. Overall, a fantastic experience!
Slippers for my gran
I bought my gran some slippers from this shop, but they turned out to be too big. So, we went back to exchange them and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we found the right size and the new slippers fit perfectly! The people working there were so lovely and it felt like they genuinely cared about helping us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely go back there again.
Boots
I absolutely love these boots! I heard so many great things about them, I just had to buy them. I already have 6 pairs from different brands, but these ones are just as good as my expensive ones. They fit perfectly, are really comfortable, and they look stylish too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of some top-quality footwear.
New shoes for husband
Oh my gosh, I went to the shoe shop with my parents and Chris was amazing! She helped us find the perfect shoes for my dad without being pushy. I felt really valued when she was talking to us. And now my dad is so happy with his new shoes. It was honestly the best shopping trip ever!
Replacement sandals purchase
I've just had the most amazing experience with this shoe shop. I had to get a new pair of sandals that were no longer being made, and the staff really went out of their way to assist me. The person I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole thing really easy and stress-free. The shoes turned up right on time, and I absolutely love them. Thanks a million!
Lorien light slip on trainers Size 10
I recently bought a pair of Lorien light slip-on trainers in a Size 10 from Shoe-Shop, but I got sent a Size 9 instead. I was really disappointed because I made sure to order a Size 10 and I was looking forward to getting exactly what I wanted. Instead of dealing with the hassle of sending the shoes back, I just decided to sell them to a friend for less than what I paid. I've been putting off writing a review, but after a lot of requests, I thought I'd share my experience.
New shoes purchase
I recently picked up a new pair of shoes from a shoe shop in Alver Garden Centre in Gosport, Hampshire. The customer service there was top-notch - the staff were so friendly, knew their stuff, and even cracked a few jokes. It was a nice change from the usual boring shop visits. We ended up having a chat about Madeira, which made the whole thing feel more personal. I've included a photo of the receipt for you to check out.
Faulty sandals returned before holiday
I needed to rush back a dodgy pair of sandals before heading off on holiday. The service I got from NADINE was top-notch. She was really helpful and speedy, making sure they had a replacement pair in stock and sorting out delivery for the next day. NADINE was great to chat with, really cheerful and eager to help me out pronto. Pavers are lucky to have her. Good job, NADINE!
Red sneakers
I went to the shoe shop with my mum and we found the most amazing red trainers! They were really comfy and had shiny laces. The lady in the shop was so friendly and said I'd look fantastic in them, so I absolutely had to have them. We even picked up some pink shoelaces for fun. It was like a dream come true getting those shoes, I'm so excited to wear them to school!
Leather sandals
My experience with the leather sandals was alright in the beginning because they arrived promptly. However, I had to send them back as they were a bit tough and the sole wasn't great quality. On the positive side, I did get my money back promptly, so that was good.
