Wedding suit
My experience at the store in Manchester was really great! The staff there were so friendly and welcoming, and they really knew their stuff when it came to the products they were selling. We were first helped by Steve, who was really attentive and then got Kayleigh to assist us further. Even though Kayleigh had only been with the company since March, she knew so much about the products and was really keen to help us find the perfect wedding suit. Thanks to the fantastic service from Steve and Kayleigh, the whole process of finding and buying a suit was actually enjoyable and stress-free. It's not often you find such dedicated and customer-focused staff in big retail stores, so I was really impressed by how professional and friendly they were during our visit.
Prom Suit
On a recent trip to the shop, I got a prom suit for my son. It was David who helped us out, and I must say he did a fantastic job. He gave us great advice the whole time and made picking out the perfect suit a breeze. He even suggested what shoes would go well with the outfit. There was a moment, though, when an older lady took over from a younger guy who was helping us. It wasn't really the best move as the young chap was doing a good job. He would have gained more by watching and learning from experienced staff like David. Despite that hiccup, the service was excellent. When we got to the checkout, Ryan assisted us. He was really friendly, polite, and told us about the alteration services they offered.
Prom suit purchase
I recently bought a prom suit for my son at the shop and I was really impressed by the amazing service we got from one of the staff members. They really went out of their way to help us find the perfect suit. This person, I later learned was called Robin, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and really nice. They quickly understood what we were looking for, found the right size for my son, and showed us where to look for suitable options. With Robin's help, we managed to find a suit that fit perfectly with only a few minor adjustments needed. I was really impressed with the excellent customer service we received and I will definitely be coming back to the shop for future purchases.

I recently bought a merino wool jersey at the Norwich store and I absolutely loved it. The price was good and the service was excellent. The staff were really helpful and knew their stuff, which made shopping there really enjoyable.
Purchased trousers labelled as "stretch"
I bought a pair of trousers labelled as "stretch" from this store. I checked my size using the guide and ordered what should have been the right size. But when I tried them on, they were way too tight and really uncomfortable. Even though they were supposed to stretch, the material didn't have any give at all. It felt like the seams in the thighs were going to burst every time I moved. The material was good quality, but the fit was totally wrong.

Five matching suits for a wedding
I recently bought five matching suits for a wedding from this shop, but I was let down by the whole process. They only sent part of my order and then split the rest into three shipments. To top it off, the last shipment got cancelled because they said there were stock errors. It was so frustrating, especially when I was trying to sort out outfits for a special event like a wedding. When I tried to return the incomplete order to my local store to either get a different set of suits or a full refund, it was more disappointment. The team there couldn't find any suits in the light colours I wanted - like light blue, beige, and light grey. Instead, they kept pushing dark colours and making excuses about online orders not showing accurate stock levels. It was confusing and left me feeling let down. After spending almost an hour in store looking for a solution, I had to give up and return the whole order. I had lost trust in their online ordering system to get things right. On the flip side, a competitor gave me a much better experience - they delivered the whole order the next day without any hiccups. Overall, this whole experience has left me feeling like I can't trust this store to get orders right and on time in the future.
Kilt rental for wedding
I rented a kilt for a wedding not long ago and I have to say, the service at that shop was top-notch. The guy in charge of the kilts really knew his stuff and made getting measured up and ordering a piece of cake. He gave me great tips on choosing the perfect style and fit.
