    Convenience of CO2 delivery

    I've been using the CO2 delivery service from SodaSense since 2019 and I can honestly say it's been great. The whole process of swapping the boxes, the customer service, and the pricing have all been better than I expected. They even include return labels with the boxes, which makes everything super easy. And the fact that there are no pesky monthly fees, you only pay for what you actually use, is a real bonus.

    Plus, they're really quick at processing and shipping, so you never have to worry about running out of CO2 refills. The customer service is fantastic - when one of my deliveries went missing, they sent out a replacement straight away without any fuss.

    All in all, SodaSense has been a real time and money saver for me, all while offering the same price as refills in-store.

    I don't think they are any reasons not to use SodaStream at all nor reasons to regret about using them based on my personal experiences with the company. I totally got convinced to use them when I read that the royal household of United Kingdom is using SodaStream. That cleared every doubt I may have had about the quality of their distilled water. Not only was I become comfortable in taking their distilled water but even became their promoter by doing recommendations to family and friends. It is rather good to know that both those I personally recommended to use SodaStream and myself, none of us have had issues or complaints about using SodaStream.

    Gifted soda maker

    Oh my goodness, I have to tell you about this awesome soda maker I received as a gift - it was absolutely fantastic! I had been using it for a couple of months and then it suddenly stopped working. So, I reached out to the company and they were incredibly kind and eager to assist. Initially, they were planning on just sending me a new CO canister, but to my surprise, they ended up replacing both the canister and the soda maker! It only took a week and now I'm happily making my delicious fizzy drinks again. I honestly adore this company and their product, it's just the best!

    Frustrating situation resolved

    Well, let me tell you about this situation I had with my order, it was a bit of a mess and I was so close to saying I'd never buy from them again. But then, out of the blue, the Service Manager, Pablo Martinez, gave me a ring. He took the time to hear me out, empathised with my frustrations, and sorted everything out. It's not often you see a company that really cares about its customers, but this fella showed me otherwise. Big props to him for turning things around.

    Flavour shortage

    I've been trying to get my hands on my favourite Sodastream flavours for ages, but they've been out of stock for months! Every time I ask about it, they just tell me to buy from a local shop instead. But guess what? The local shops never have the flavours I want! It's so frustrating when they keep promoting products that they don't even have. Sort it out, please!

    I bought a soda maker a few weeks back and I have to admit, I was a bit unsure about giving it a go at first because I was worried I might not like it. Turns out, my worries were right. I've been using it for a bit now and I have to say, I'm really not impressed. The bubbles in the water go away after only one or two tries, which is really disappointing. It's just not the same as the tasty fizziness you get with brands like Badoit or San Pellegrino.

    Quick and efficient customer service

    I recently had an issue with something I bought, so I contacted customer service for some help. The guy I spoke to, Julian, was really good and sorted out the problem in no time. Even though it was actually my fault, he said he'd sort it out and arranged for a replacement to be sent straight away. The way he dealt with everything was really impressive. I was so thankful for the help I got from Julian and the rest of the team.

    Faulty canisters and exceptional customer service

    I bought two faulty canisters from the website, thinking my machine was broken. When I contacted customer support, they told me about the faulty batch and apologised. They sent me two new canisters quickly and even gave me a free water bottle as a goodwill gesture. I asked about returning the unopened machine I didn't need anymore, and they offered a full refund without me having to send it back.

    Power cord replacement

    I got in touch with the company because the power cord on my old machine was all worn out, and they sent me a replacement for free within a week. The customer service team responded to my email super quickly and they were really helpful in sorting out the problem. I'm really happy with the service I got from them. It's good to know that I can keep using my old machine because of their help.

    Quick Start Kit purchased

    I bought a Quick Start Kit from this company on 19 Dec hoping to get it before Christmas. Sadly, it didn't arrive by the promised date of 24 Dec. I found out it hadn't even been sent according to their website. I emailed them but got no reply, so I called their customer service. The people I spoke to were unhelpful and rude, unable to tell me when my order would be sent. They even hung up on me when I asked about their promise of pre-Christmas delivery. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience with this company, so I had to do a credit card charge-back.

    10 extra cylinders purchased during Covid

    During Covid, we ended up purchasing 10 additional cylinders because my grandma isn't well. Eventually, we gave back 6 once Covid settled down, but only received 1 pound for each of them. Such a rip-off!

    Gas subscription disappointment

    The customer service and products were alright, but I was surprised by the unclear time limit on the gas subscription. I only used two boxes in a year, and when I tried to get my last one, I was told I couldn't have it because the time limit had passed. It was annoying to have paid for something I couldn't even use, especially since it wasn't cheap. I might have to check out some other options in the future.

    I was really impressed with the customer service I received from the company. When my product broke while it was still under warranty, they quickly replaced it with a newer model. They even asked me to send a video showing the issue so they could check it. The team's communication was really good and they were polite, which made everything go really smoothly and without any problems.

    Sodastream refill inconvenience

    I recently bought a Sodastream machine and I'm really enjoying being able to make my own sparkling water which is not only convenient but also saves me money. However, I've run into a bit of a problem trying to get refills for the gas canisters. Even though I have spare bottles, I've been struggling to find available canisters at nearby shops. This has been a bit of a nightmare as I waste time, energy, and money constantly checking for stock, only to come up empty-handed. I love shopping online, so it's frustrating that I can't order refills and have them delivered to my door. I'm hopeful that there's a better solution out there for customers like me in Cape Town, South Africa to easily get refills for our Sodastream machines.

    Fountain Mist syrup

    I've noticed something off about the Fountain Mist syrup I bought here. I've had to use double the amount in the last 12 bottles to get the right taste. Makes me wonder if they've changed the formula. I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

    Blue SodaStream refill canisters

    I bought some blue SodaStream refill canisters not long ago, but I was gutted to discover that they weren't selling them in Target shops anymore. It looks like they're pushing people to purchase in large quantities online or switch to their newer machines. This has turned what was meant to be an easy exchange into a real pain. I wouldn't recommend it.
