Long-lasting and quality checked!
My wife owns a Tech store where she sells varieties of computers, servers, storage disks, etc. Over the years our customers have been complaining about their product not being of great quality and weaken easily. My wife was worried and I promised to get her a better company to purchase her goods. Then I came across Techbuy. I read about their reviews and decided to give it a try.
We were delivered our product earlier than the delivery date and none of the products were broken on delivery.

Server parts
I bought some server parts from this company not long ago and, to be fair, my experience was pretty good. The folks on the customer service team were really helpful in figuring out exactly what parts I needed and made sure they were sent out quickly. However, I was a bit disappointed because the parts took longer than I thought to get to me. I get that the holidays might have caused some delays, what with all the Xmas and New Year stuff going on, but it was still a bit annoying. I just hope that next time I order, there won't be similar issues and that the delivery service will be better.
Recon laptop and desktop purchase
I've just bought a refurbished laptop and desktop from Techbuyer, and I have to say I'm really impressed. The whole experience, from reaching out to sales right through to receiving the products, and even the technical support I needed later on, was fantastic. Refurbished computer components
I bought some second-hand computer parts from this company and I was really happy with the quality of everything. Even though the description said there might be some damage on the outside, the inside of the computer was nice and looked after. All the cables, brackets, and mountings were in good shape, which was important for everything to work properly. Plus, everything I asked for was there, so setting it all up was easy and quick. It was a relief that the recycled operating system was installed without any problems too, so the whole process was hassle-free.
Computer accessories
I recently got some computer accessories from Techbuyer, and it was a bit of a nightmare. The prices seemed good when I was browsing their site, but the checkout process was a bit of a pain. I ended up having to deal with loads of emails and even a phone call. When my order finally arrived, they had sent me the wrong drives! Apparently, they had got the listings wrong on their website.
I had to send the drives back, but that was a bit of a mess too. Instead of just emailing me a return label, they sent a QR code. I had to make a trip to the Post Office to get it scanned so they could print out a label. It took ages to get that QR code read at the Post Office, and it was such a hassle.
In the end, I did eventually get my refund, but honestly, it was more trouble than it was worth. I don't think I'll be shopping at Techbuyer again anytime soon.Hard drive purchase

Bought a laptop
I was searching for a laptop and came across the ideal one on this great website. It was much cheaper than what I saw on a different site, even though it was listed as being in "good" condition. It arrived the following day and looked brand new, but the charger was missing. I gave them a call and received a new charger the very next morning. Excellent service, plus they offer a three-year warranty. It's a double win!
