    I just received my order this morning opatra reverse 5 Lifting ... Anti-Ageing cream I used this item twice to make sure that it was doing what i was supposed to do well I washed my face patted my face dry I used the pea size amount of cream on my lines and patted the cream on my lines then fanned my skin dry with a proper fan that I own waited the allotted time but there was absolutely no difference . This Lifting ... Anti-Ageing cream does not do what it says it does very disappointed considering it wasn't cheap . What a total waste of money.i would not recommend opatras lift ... anti - ageing cream.

    Tanzanite ring

    Alothough I’ve used them n the past this has been a rotten experience, and it’s not over yet. The ring I order arrived in good time and was lovely, very good value BUT theTanzanite although sold as a AAA it didn’t say soon the authenticity card. I couldn’t see a hallmark on the gold either. I was told to return it and they would correct everything. That was six weeks ago and I have been told ‘it’s in Dispatch today’ on three separate occasions! They say they have a UK customer service but it would appear wholly staffed by Indian people, who seem to be suffering from the same problems Customer Sevice centres in India do, they are not allowed to go outside a script, so you never get a proper answer Replies to online criticism are a stock reply, the wording never differs, I think ‘David’ must be a computer.

    I sent these 2 items back together in the same parcel the ... was far too small although it was my size and I didnt like the clasp on the gold chain ,I posted it on the thurs and had an e mail from tjc 2 days later telling me that the ... had arrived ,I phoned several times asking about the gold chain they fobbed me off with perhaps it had gone to different departments ,until after many phone calls and texts they said it had not arrived which was impossible because it was in the same parcel ,they have been so unhelpful and have now taken the money for the chain which cost 159 99 and I have just got to accept what they say .I have been reading all there terrible reviews since this has happened and have come to the conclusion that this a very bad company and should be avoided at all costs I have been dealing with them for sometime but this was the first time I had tried to return anything and thats what happened and reading the reviews Im not the only person this has happened to

    i bought sherpa fleece plus free bag on 13/12/21 on budget pay but items never arrived phoned emailed no show then they had the nerve to take second payment and still not received goods phoned todasy 14/1 /22 goods supposedly with hermes where they have been for a week.Im going to get a refund when goods arrive i have to ring tjc. I think i should be given these goods for free as a goodwill gesture after all this was a christmas present which i have had to buy twice wont be shopping with tjc any more

    with reference to my above letter received email from tjc saying they had received parcel back from hermes and sorry i didnt like the fleece never even got a chance to look at it what a shambles this company is.

    misplaced,
    i m a customer since 2017, I keep ordering from this company but this time the service was bad maybe a change of management.. they carelessly send ur jewellery item without proper instruction to the delivery company which is blaming the shipper for misplaced items, the items have been misplaced over a month now tired of calling them they keep lying every time you call some declaration form will be sent and then refund.. it over 3 weeks since they said, nothing till date.. it is shame that customers like us will stop dealing with them in future. this matter has not been resolved till now. sad sad, they will get back with a lame answer that we try calling r delivery partner to allocate the parcel and it shows it came to the address.. question is where is it? and who received it? in short, they will trouble us to forget the matter with0ut a resolution or refund..

    Sent ring back as stone fell out.wrapped it in bubble wrap stone and ring together. After weeks I asked them to return ring and stone They returned ring no stone.When I rang c/c they told me there was no stone .who ever opened package would have to see ring and stone .So I’m left with no stone .Shocking making me out to be a liar .IV been customer for over 12 yrs very disappointed with service.

    I have been shopping with TJC since they started and over the years I have bought hundreds of items.Six months ago I ordered a ring which was a good colour and that is why I kept it.I could see it was marked but I thought I would be able to polish out the marks as I have done so many times before. As the quality of the items varies so much I usually order 2 of any costly item and keep the best one. Anyway I have tried for 6 months to polish the marks out of the ring and I admit defeat the marks seem worse now than when I bought it. I sent it back to TJC and said I did not expect a refund but I wanted someone to inspect the ring and agree that it was marked and should not have been sent out. However the ring was sent back saying it had been inspected by their "jeweller"and there was nothing wrong with it. I contacted customer services and requested 4 times the head office address in India the last email I sent was not replied to at all. So I wrote to the Managing Director Srikant Jha and guess what he hasn't even bothered to reply. What a way to run a business! I do feel a bit better this morning knowing I am not the only one who has a low opinion of TJC. Their only concern is trawling for new customers they are too shortsighted to see that eventually they will be seen for what they are.In the meantime I shall again try to obtain a response from Mr Jha

    No purchase just moaning about the presentation

    I have shopped with TJC for years, mostly pleased with everything I've bought. Lately I find the way the shows are presented really boring. Why the influx of dual presentations? Why do we need one presenter in the studio and one somewhere else? They talk over each other, they ramble on about the product. People are either going to buy what's on offer or they are not. There should be a time limit for each presentation. The audience is not .... Tell us what's on offer, tell us how much it is, all this so many price drops is boring and old fashioned. The camera operators need to do more close ups so we can see colours and patterns up close especially with fashion and homewhere. In short go back to single presenters, cut time spent on talki g about product. Show final price immediately. Why so many Opatra shows most of us neither want it or can afford it its boring, boring boring. Come on TJC cut the talking let's get selling

    Reading the other reviews I realised that TJC must be marmite. You either love them or hate them. I have literally bought hundreds of things from them. You have to be selective and if you are you can get bargains. However if you pay £10 for a diamond ring you can't expect stunning whatever the hype! I have however bought some truly beautiful budget jewellery from them. Also I have had some good experiences with customer services but would advise against bank holidays! Two defective and two lost in post items were dealt with straight away. One overcharge took a little longer but was solved. I find buying online rather than on the TV better. On delivery, it does seem to have speed up and is generally well packaged. I would not however buy just a pair of earring with posts. Recent packaging has been inadequate resulting in squashed posts. If ordered with something slightly bigger the packaging is different. Overall I have had good experiences and found the channel very useful at the height of the pandemic both for non jewellery supplies and entertainment.

    Are there rings genuine hallmarked.

    Rose gold ring

    Purchased a rose gold ring and not wearing jewellery as not going out due to lockdown and having to wear PPE at work I'm not allowed to wear rings/bracelets, I wore ring for less than 3 days to cheer myself up and most of the rose gold has come off showing the silver under. As i was a few days past the 30 day return window they refuse to accept return and refund of an obviously faulty/ unfit for use product. Another parcel got delivered to wrong address! Disgusting behaviour for company, our family has been spending money with you from start. Not now. Telling everyone to stay well away form them. Custom services- I think not, Shame on you TJC

    I purchased the premier box set with the gel & the cream I have to say I've seen it on tjc before it's not something I would normally purchase of TV however I purchased this on the presenter mark's recommendation that he took the stuff home and tried it out for himself that was the only way that he was willing to sell the stuff when he was presenting it himself anyway I've had the premier products for over a week now and I have to say I've noticed a marked improvement in my skin the line's at the side of my mouth look visibly thinner and they look like there disappearing I can hardly see the lines . I can honestly say I would recommend the premier products . I also purchased premier eye cream and eye serum from Amazon which was something just over £50.00 that was for both the items . I use the serum at night and I use the eye cream in the morning . But you must remember to use the products day and night. So a big thankyou to mark on the jewellery channel keep the good work up and don't recommend something unless you've taking the time to try it out for yourself that way your giving your honest opinion thankyou. There is one thing I don't purchase from the jewellery channel is perfume due to allergies anything that's highly scented I can't use it which includes creams otherwise I'm sneezing most of the day which is a nightmare for me.

    Feeling cheated by TJC again. Been very ill and because ididn't contact them out of the 30 day returns rule , told will not deal with me even though i explained i have been very ill. Little sympathy and told if i send it back they will send it back to me. Also bought a piece of so called Amber pendant, was supposed to be green amber , it turned out to be some type of resin with a green painted background. Won't bother to use again. this is the last straw. TJC have gone to pot. Used to be a good service, no longer. Can't believe i have been suckered again. The bra was so tight it wouldn't fit a sixe 14 , never mind a 20. All the chat about how nice they feel. If i had of got it on i would have had to had it cut off it was that tight. Stick to Gems to at least they have never ripped me off.

    Negative. Tried to order an item of a combination of gem bracelets today. Spoke to a ordering attendant who told me she couldn't see the dropped price then had to check with her manager. She came back to say that the price does not look reduced on her computer. She was trying to sort details when she lost the item on her computer then I got cut off. I recalled to missed items dept who said they couldn't help me and said customer services will be able to sort it out. She transferred me to customer service, at this point I was flustered. I tried my best to explain to the customer service who seemed to be very uninterested and rather short in her manner. She informed me that this should be dealt with the ordering department not her. I carried on to explain that her colleague in the ordering department said otherwise that customer service department should sort it. She did not agree. In the end I just gave up with the poor service.
    1.I called adequate time to get offer.
    2.got cut off by ordering attendant
    3called back to order missed item dept.
    4.transferred to customer
    services
    5Customer services couldn't help. Attendant attitude poor.
    Will I be buying my Christmas presents from Tjc the answer is no.
    This is simple because of inefficiency and poor customer service. If you ring qvc you never experience any of this. 100% customer satisfaction.

    9k gold 18inch rope chain item 3583920

    I was really looking forward to receiving this rope chain, it was a present for my daughter. I watched the presentation..lady made this chain look and sound so beautiful heavy gleaming and something you would be proud to be wearing.. received today very long box, no idea why, so they can justify the extortionate postage charges!! Opened it up to papers then a blue bag with tjc on it no presentation box for this supposed £299 price tag dropped to £149.99!!! Gold chain! Why would you not put it in a slim small pretty box?! at least that would con you a little longer!???? I can't feel any weight in this bag, so tip&empty it, omg! It looks like a cheap peice of rubbish costume jewellery!! Oh my heart sank! I can not and will not believe that this chain is the chain from the show I watched! Or worth more then a £10!! The gold colour is so yellow! It's vanilla! Awful just awful! I really wish I hadn't have ordered it has now I have to go out and pay again for postage, no returns label even though I paid £4.99 and that took 6days! So yes they should be a free returns label! This show should not be able to sell tac like this and make it look and sound more then it is! I actually feel like IV just been robbed, I'm so angry! Conning people into thinking they are getting a bargain! Rubbish! What a waste of a call, money and now my time and money getting to the post office has a disabled person, extremely difficult, shielding for 4months, so do yourselves a favour and get your gold from people who are not out to con you and take your precious time and money,! My daughter wouldn't wear this garbage, she's 18! And I wouldn't want her too! Embarrassing! When I get my refund I will go and buy a chain that's worth the price tag of £149.99!! It's a scandal ????     Just to say bought humidifier of these 2 weeks ago it wasn’t functioning properly rang up they said send back,today had heard. Nothing rang and got answered by ooooh customer service girl talking over me ,I said your shouting stop, anyway she said sending it back to me as the men had looked at it ,I said don’t Call me a liar,I want refund she said no it’s on its way back to you and if you refuse it will get lost ,butwill have to pay for it to. Go back ,what’s sense in that,I had to put phone down she wouldn’t.Iisten what a waste Of time, made. Disgusting it was only used for hour ,this needs sorting ,won’t bother again with them
