I've bought a few pairs of colourful leggings and shorts from this brand and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The quality of the products is excellent and they stay in place even during intense workouts like running. The high waist with a tie or elastic keeps them secure, and the fabric feels strong and supportive. I recently bought some fitness clothing from this company and I'm really pleased with my purchase. I first noticed the brand because the clothes looked so colourful and strong on other people in my fitness class. I got some leggings, a sports bra and a hoodie, and all of them have been better than I expected. The sizes are a bit small, but I expected this so I went up a size. The leggings have been washed loads of times and they still look bright and good quality. The elastic waistband is adjustable, which has been really helpful for me as I've been losing weight and needed to keep adjusting the fit. And I'm happy to say the leggings aren't see-through, which is a big worry for me when I buy fitness clothes.

Children's leggings
I recently bought some kids' leggings and I've been really impressed with the quality and designs. My daughter wears them to Parkrun and she always gets compliments on how cool they are. The customer service on webchat was really friendly and helpful when I had a problem with a delayed delivery. They even said they'd send out a new order with a different courier if it didn't turn up in a couple of days. Thankfully, the original package did show up, but I appreciated the offer. The only thing I'd suggest for improvement is for them to add some shorts to the kids' range for the summer.

Leggings
The leggings I bought from this company arrived quickly, just 2 days after I ordered them. The material was really good quality, but the elastic in the waistband wasn't as good as I expected. I ended up having to change the waistband and put in a wider elastic so they wouldn't fall down when I wore them. They recommended that I buy my usual size, which was different from other brands where you usually have to size up. Despite this small issue, I was happy with how easy it was to communicate with them and how fast they sent out my order.

I purchased a pair of leggings from this place and when they arrived, I was really disappointed. The material wasn't great, and they were too short and too baggy at the same time. Definitely not a good look. So, I decided to return them and get a refund. I followed the return process, but to my surprise, I only received a refund for the leggings and not the delivery charge. I wasn't happy about it, so I got in touch with them. After a bit of back and forth, I finally got the rest of my money back, but it was a bit of a hassle. They really need to improve their refund policy and stop trying to cheat people out of their money. Just not cool at all.
Pink leggings
I bought these really cute pink leggings from this company but the sizing was completely off! So when I tried to get in touch with them for some help, they were really rude and not helpful at all. And as if that wasn't bad enough, now I've been banned from their loyalty program and a few Facebook groups because I've had to send back so many items. It's just such a nightmare!

I've got to admit, my time with this company has been absolutely brilliant. The designs they offer are so eye-catching that you just can't help but want to buy something, even when you try to tell yourself not to. The service they provide is excellent, with super quick deliveries and amazing customer service. I'm actually thinking about suggesting to my boss that they pay me directly through this company - that's how much I adore their products!

I've been wearing Tikiboo's colourful workout leggings since May and I just love them! They fit really well, much better than other brands I've tried. The designs are amazing and always stand out at the gym. I want to give a big shoutout to the customer service team - they are fantastic! Always so helpful and nice. I can see they've been putting in a lot of effort during these tough times and I'm grateful for it.
Leggings purchase
I bought these leggings and they ripped after only wearing them a few times! I reached out to customer service for help, but they completely ignored me and said it wasn't their issue. It was so rude and really disappointing. I just wanted some nice leggings to wear, but now I'm left with a ripped pair and no assistance. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, it's a real letdown!
Stained leggings
I got some leggings from this place and they were covered in stains. I had to return them and it took ages to get my refund. The customer service was awful, and the quality was really poor as well. I won't be shopping here again!
Leggings, vests, hoodies, and dresses
The clothes from this brand are really good quality and look great. I've bought leggings, vests, hoodies, and dresses, and I'm pleased with how consistent the sizes are. As someone who loves running, I really like that the leggings, capris, and shorts have pockets big enough to fit my phone and inhaler. On the rare occasion I've had to return something, the process was quick and easy. This brand has become one of my favourites for comfy and stylish clothing, especially now when we're all staying at home more.
Incorrectly sized top
I had a problem with a top I bought from the store - it was the wrong size! Although it was their fault, they only gave me a refund for the top, not the delivery costs I had to pay to send it back. I complained a lot to their customer service, and eventually they agreed to refund the delivery costs as a "gesture of goodwill." But I don't think it was goodwill - I should have got that money back anyway. They still won't refund the return costs, though, which I had to pay. It's annoying that, for just a few pounds, they've lost a loyal customer like me who spends a lot with them every year.
2 vests in the same size during Black Friday sale
I bought two vests in the same size during the Black Friday sale recently. The designs were amazing and I was really looking forward to getting them. But when they arrived, I found out that one of the vests was a whole 3 inches larger than the other. I was so disappointed and frustrated because I thought the company would have better quality control.
I reached out to customer service and sent them photos of the size difference, but they said it fell within their 1-inch tolerance. I couldn't accept that because a 3-inch difference is quite big. It took lots of calls and emails, and even involved Trading Standards, before Tikiboo agreed to pay for the return postage and send a replacement. Sadly, the replacement was also too big and now they say they're out of stock, so I got a refund instead with no other option given.
It's obvious there's a problem with the sizing of their products that needs fixing. Despite the great designs, their customer service and sizing are really disappointing. If you're thinking of buying from them and might need to return something, be prepared for a bumpy process.
