Bench drill and mortising attachment
I recently bought a bench drill and a mortising attachment from Trade Counter Direct and I'm really pleased with my choice. The prices were great, and the quality of the products went beyond my expectations. The bench drill came first and even though the packaging was a bit damaged, the drill itself was in perfect condition and has been a pleasure to use. The mortising attachment arrived the next day, but a part on the chisel holder broke during installation. I got in touch with TCD and they quickly sorted out a replacement part to be sent. Their customer service may take a while to answer the phone, but they are fast at responding to emails and dealing with issues effectively. I would definitely recommend Trade Counter Direct for their products and service.
Sealey Proline cabinets

Next day delivery debacle
I ordered something for next day delivery but there's no customer service phone number which is annoying. Instead, I got some generic email saying there was an IT error and they're out of stock, now I have to say sorry to my client and try to find another supplier. I'm just waiting to see if they actually give me a refund.
My first order
I was really looking forward to buying things for my new project from here, but my first order didn't arrive on time. And when I tried to pay a second time, the payment screen just kept spinning around like a never-ending loop of doom. I even attempted to call but was directed to voicemail and never received a call back. It's so frustrating, I was eager to spend all my money here!

So, I bought this trenching machine and it broke really quickly. It took ages and lots of complaining to get a replacement part. Then it broke AGAIN and they said they'd send another part but it never arrived! Now they're ignoring my emails. Not cool at all.

I recently got an air compressor from this place and it arrived really quickly! I placed my order on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday, even though I didn't request express delivery. The service was excellent and I will definitely use them again. Thank you for making it all so straightforward!

I normally don't bother with leaving reviews until I've actually tried out the things I've bought, but this website was just so user-friendly! I bought some new plumbing tools, and I'm really looking forward to giving them a go. Just a little tip though, don't forget to factor in the postage cost when you're checking out. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and excited to start fixing things around the house!
SIP AirHub Wall-Mounted Direct Drive Compressor
Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up if you're thinking about buying something. I got the SIP AirHub Wall-Mounted Direct Drive Compressor and the pipe actually blew out the second time I used it! I've tried reaching out to Trade Counter Direct a few times but they haven't got back to me at all. It's really annoying to spend money on something that doesn't work and then not even get any kind of response when you complain. Total waste of time and effort, for sure.
Large workbench
I ordered a massive workbench from this place and it arrived really fast, like, the very next day. It was all palletised and everything, which I thought was pretty cool.
Seven door purchase
I'm really disappointed with this company, they've been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I ordered seven doors way back in February and it's been one problem after another. Two of the doors never even turned up, and when I got in touch with them, they blamed some shipping issues supposedly caused by the red sea crisis. The communication has been shocking, and it's like their customer service doesn't even exist. They claim 3-5 day delivery on their website, but I ended up waiting nearly three months for those missing doors. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund, but all I got was a confusing email talking about credit memos and asking me to log into an account I never even had. The lack of response from them is so frustrating, all I want is a bit of reassurance that they'll actually process the refund properly.
