Jamie Genivieve replacement tanning water
I recently had a great experience dealing with customer service about a faulty product I bought. I got in touch to ask about the Jamie Genivieve replacement tanning water that didn't work properly on my face. The reply I got was quick, friendly, and really helpful. They not only reassured me that this wasn't normal, but they also said they'd send me a new bottle even though I was nearly done with the original one. Enhanced Tan Gummies
I've been using the Enhanced Tan Gummies for a month now and I must say, I'm really impressed with the results. In just the first couple of weeks, I could see a nice subtle glow on my skin, and by the end of the month, the effects were truly amazing. I've been spending an hour sunbathing every day, and unlike before, I haven't been getting red or burnt. Although I haven't got a deep tan due to my fair skin, I've definitely achieved a lovely golden glow, especially on my legs. I tried taking some photos to show off the results, but the colour just doesn't come out as well as I'd hoped. Lost order in post
Recently, my order went missing in the post in Ireland (not the company's fault). But when I contacted the customer service team for help, they were really understanding and supportive. They seemed genuinely worried about my problem and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way, even though it wasn't their fault. I was really impressed by how much they cared and how professional they were. Eventually, the product was returned to them and they quickly sent it back to me, making sure I got it on time. Their commitment to making customers happy really stood out to me, so I'll definitely be coming back to them in the future.
Quick delivery, good packaging, free gift
I received my items really quickly and they were well packaged which was great. And to top it off, they threw in a little free gift with my order which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, the pump on my mousse wasn't working properly but after contacting them, they got back to me promptly. I had a chat with a lovely girl named Amelia, who was really friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd give them a 10/10 for customer service!

I bought the extra dark tanning mist and tanning milk set not long ago. Sadly, only part of my order arrived. So, I got in touch with the customer service team, and they sorted it out quickly. They were really efficient and I even received a nice email from them. Overall, I'm really impressed with both the customer service and how well the products work.

I am absolutely thrilled with the face tan I bought from this company recently. Tan and tanning water face spray
I've been using this brand's tan and tanning water face spray for about four years now and I must say, it's absolutely brilliant. Unlike other tanning products, the cherry and bergamot scents make the whole process much nicer, getting rid of that usual pong that comes with tanning products. The colour it gives me is so natural, never any of that weird green look, just a flawless tan each time. It's become a staple in my beauty routine for sure. It leaves my skin looking all glowy and even helped sort out my skin during breakouts. It's so easy to use and actually works, that's why I keep going back for more. I know I can always count on it to give me great results.
Self-tanning product review
I was a bit unsure at the beginning because I'm still quite new to tanning products, but honestly, this stuff is incredible! Tanning mousse 😍
Oh my gosh, I can't believe how amazing this tanning mousse is! It was my first time trying it and I'm totally hooked. I got this gorgeous bronze colour after only 3 hours, which is incredible! Normally I struggle with my psoriasis on my elbows and knees, as well as dry hands, but putting on a good layer of cream before tanning really made a difference. If I do get any darker spots, a bit of makeup sorts it out. I absolutely adore it and for sure will carry on using it! 😁

Oh my goodness, I am absolutely in love with this facial tanning water from that collaboration! It is absolutely fantastic and I just had to order more as soon as possible. It arrived in Germany really quickly and the packaging was adorable. The best part is, it gives my skin such a lovely tan that I don't even feel the need to wear makeup anymore. I adore it!

DHA-free self-tan product
I've been on the hunt for a self-tan product without DHA for quite some time because I'm allergic to it. Even the natural options have caused me reactions before. But I recently started using a DHA-free self-tan from this shop on my legs and arms, and it's been a pleasant surprise. After a week of using it, I haven't had any allergic reactions like rashes or itching. The product smells nice and has given me a lovely glow without any bad effects. I'm not sure how dark the tan will get since it's supposed to enhance a tan from the sun, which I need to avoid due to a history of melanoma. Still, I'm happy with the colour it's given me so far. It's easy to apply too - just spray it on and it dries quickly, no need for mitts. I like to spray it directly onto my skin and rub it in with my hands. Overall, I'm really pleased with both the product and the great customer service I got from this shop in quickly answering my questions.

Utan X Jamie tanning water - great product
The product is absolutely brilliant - it smells so good, gives a lovely colour, and is really easy to use. But, I did have a little problem with my order because I only got one bottle instead of the two I ordered. The customer service team sorted it out super fast and I was really impressed with how efficient and helpful they were.
Total Glow DHA Free Mylk (Tanning Product)
I recently bought the Total Glow DHA Free Mylk tanning product, but it was a bit of a let-down. I got it from a third-party seller and it seemed like the quality wasn't great. So, I got in touch with Utan to see what they could do. I was really surprised by how helpful their customer service team was. They asked for photos of the product and quickly got back to me with some advice on the quality issue. They thought the problem might have been due to the way it was stored. Even though I didn't buy directly from Utan, they went out of their way to offer me a replacement as a goodwill gesture. Adia, the customer service rep I spoke to, was so kind and professional. I was really impressed. This whole experience has made me believe that there are still companies out there like Utan that really care about their customers.

Tanning products
The tanning products from this company are absolutely amazing! I've been using them for over a year now and I have to say, they are the best out there. The tanning waters, mylk, and turbo tan are all fantastic, and I really hope they never stop making any of them. The updates and delivery are always really quick, plus there are always discount codes available which is a bonus. I've never had a bad experience with this company and I don't get why some people leave negative reviews. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars - that's how great their service and products are!
Multi-item purchase including pre-order
I recently made a purchase from this company where I got a few items, one of them was a pre-ordered item. I wasn't too happy with how they handled the delivery updates. Normally, companies send out what's available first and then follow up with pre-orders later on. But this company decided to keep everything on hold until the pre-ordered item was ready, which ended up being months later. It was really annoying not knowing what was going on and not getting any updates. I've found other brands that offer similar stuff but are much better at keeping customers in the loop and making things easier. So, I might go with them next time instead.
