    Lego Star Wars purchase

    I recently bought a Lego Star Wars set from this store and I'm really pleased with my experience. The customer service I got through chat was top-notch, they were really helpful and quick to answer all my questions. The set arrived well-packaged in a strong box with lots of bubble wrap, which is important for me as a collector who values quality items. The delivery was fast and the tracking was really up to date, so I could easily know when my package would arrive. I also liked the good communication throughout the whole process.     I recently placed my first order with this company and I must say, I was really impressed with their customer service. The delivery updates were spot on and the deliveries came when they said they would. Unfortunately, I did receive a faulty item in my order, but when I reached out to their customer service via Facebook, they really went above and beyond. They got back to me quickly, apologised for the mistake, and are sending me a replacement item. They even suggested I donate the faulty one, which I thought was a really nice touch. Overall, I am truly impressed with their level of professionalism and commitment to making sure their customers are happy.

    Promo code issue resolution

    I had a bit of bother with a promo code that wouldn't work when I tried to use it for my purchase. So, I left a not-so-happy review.     Oh my God, I can't believe it! I bought this really awesome cat-themed hoodie from this website, and it turned into a complete disaster! They charged me for it but never actually sent the hoodie, and when I asked to cancel my order, they refused. It's so frustrating! I kept trying to cancel, but they were adamant about just keeping my money without delivering anything. It's such a scam, and I'm absolutely furious. I'm definitely going to report them to trading standards for being such deceitful scammers. Ugh, the worst!

    I had a really awful experience with this company. I bought a denim jacket in October last year, but it still hasn't been processed according to their website. I've reached out to them several times, but all I get are excuses and promises that go nowhere. It's clear they have no plans to refund me, and I feel like I've been completely ripped off. The fact that the website still says the item will be dispatched in two days is ridiculous, especially since they are still taking people's money without delivering anything.     Loungefly bag purchase

    I recently bought a Loungefly bag from this company and honestly, it's been a huge let down. I ordered it on the 7th of May and was told it would be sent out in a couple of days. But here we are, and the bag still hasn't been shipped. It's super annoying because it was meant to be a special birthday gift for someone, and that's already been and gone. I've tried to contact the company four times now asking to cancel my order and get my money back. Every time, all they say is to wait 3-5 working days for the cancellation and refund process to go through. This long wait and the fact that they're not taking any real action is just making me feel more and more frustrated and let down. It seems like they're just holding onto customers' money for as long as they can, and that's just not on.

    Delayed order processing

    I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from VeryNeko. I ordered something that was supposed to be dispatched within two days, but it's been 29 days now and my order still says "processing". I've contacted their customer service team a few times, but all they give me are generic responses about escalating things, investigating, and promising immediate dispatch that never happens. I even asked for contact details for higher management, but they ignored my requests. And to top it off, I got the exact same message today that I received on October 13th. Honestly, this has been the worst customer experience I've ever had.

    2-3 day shipping

    I bought something online recently and was told it would arrive in 2-3 days. But, it didn't even get sent out until 4 days later. It then took another 2 days for the post office to collect it. Now, I'm stuck waiting for another 3 days for it to actually arrive, so that's a whole 9 days since I made the purchase. It's definitely not the quick delivery I was promised, and it's pretty disappointing to have to wait this long for my order.
