First purchase, free returns
This was my first time ordering from this company, and I've got to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Before making my purchase, I contacted them to ask about their return policy because I wasn't sure about the sizing. I decided to go for it and ordered the same shoe in three different sizes, luckily my usual size 10 fit perfectly. Returning the unwanted sizes was easy and, best of all, free!<br> The shoes themselves look amazing and feel great on my feet. However, there was one issue - when I opened the box, a strong and rather unpleasant smell came from the shoes. It's been a while now, but the smell still hasn't completely gone away.
Chelsea boots exchange

size 8 ladies black sandals
I bought my wife a pair of black sandals in a size 8 from this store recently. Unfortunately, I was a bit let down to see that the sizing wasn't quite right. The sandals were too narrow and didn't fit well on wider feet. It would really help if the brand could think about making their shoes more inclusive and offering sizes for different foot shapes.
Nevertheless, the quality of the sandals was decent and my wife did like the design. I would recommend that anyone thinking of buying from this store should be careful with the sizing.shoes
