Broken item from a while ago
I picked something up a while ago but it ended up breaking. I decided to drop them an email and they were super lovely and really helpful. I'll be sure to spread the word to all my mates about their fantastic customer service. I'm definitely going to be purchasing more things from them in the future.
Granger's performance wash and Granger's Repel plus
I recently bought some stuff from the camping shop - two bottles of Granger's performance wash and one bottle of Granger's Repel plus. When my package arrived, I realised that the Repel plus was not in there. So, I emailed customer service straight away. A guy called Darren got back to me quickly, apologised, and said they would send the missing item out the next day. It all got sorted without any bother. Gotta say, I was well impressed with the customer service from Wow Camping.
Sleeping bags purchased for camping trip
I bought three sleeping bags and selected next day delivery. I also left a note asking them to cancel the order if there were any delays. Got a confirmation straight away and the next day, they sent me a notification that the order was dispatched. The sleeping bags were excellent quality and cheaper than other places. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my camping stuff in the future.
Fast order and collect service
I rang Wow Camping at 9am to see if I could order and collect on the same day. They picked up after just 3 rings and said it was doable. I made my order and managed to collect it within 2 hours. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they sorted out my request. Even though I had read some bad reviews, my own experience was top-notch and went beyond what I expected. I'll definitely be using their services again down the line.
Waterproof coat
I bought a waterproof coat from this company recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. The coat I bought was exactly what I was after, and it was a great price. I needed it quickly, before a certain deadline, and a guy called Darren really went out of his way to make sure I got it on time without any extra fees. The service I got was really top-notch, and I can't fault the company at all. A big thank you to Darren and the team at Wow Camping for their amazing service!
Wind break wind screen
I was really chuffed to come across the wind break wind screen I'd been after at a great price on Wow Camping. At first, I was a bit apprehensive that it might be too good to be true, but I decided to go for it and bought the Outwell Windscreen Air Scalable x2. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition, clearly brand new just as they promised. I'd definitely purchase from them again!
Tent purchase in August
I bought a tent from this company back in August and overall I'm quite happy with it. However, I did have a problem with the ground sheet being damaged. I told the company straight away, but it took them a while to respond. After nearly two weeks, they said they would send me a new part. It's been a whole month now and I'm still waiting for the replacement. I got in touch with them again six days ago and sent messages through their website three days ago, but I haven't heard back since. I'm really disappointed with the poor communication and the delay in sorting out this problem.
Gazebo purchase
I wasn't sure about buying something at first because of the bad reviews, but the prices were so good that I decided to go for it anyway. I used my Visa card for extra security, and everything went really smoothly. I ordered it online, got an email to confirm, and then another one to say it had been sent out. The delivery was quick and the gazebo was exactly what I expected. It's working perfectly. So overall, I had a really good experience with this online shop and they lived up to my expectations.
Tent purchase
I bought a tent from Wow Camping not long ago and was pretty happy with it at first. But, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit annoying because I was hoping for it to arrive the next working day, but it actually came two days later. Even so, I decided to get in touch with their customer service team to let them know about my worries and disappointment.
camping equipment
I bought some camping gear from this company recently and it didn't go well. I ordered 24 items but they only sent me 12. This mistake made me doubt if they can handle online orders properly. They said they'd send the missing items quickly, but I'm still waiting for them. I'm worried about their inefficiency and lack of attention to detail, and it's given me a bad impression of them. After this, I'm not sure if I'd want to buy from them again.
Cheap tents
I bought this really cool 2-person tent for my backyard campout and it was so cheap! It arrived really quickly as well, so I didn't have to wait long to set it up and imagine I was out in the wild. I'll definitely return to this place next time I need camping gear.
Regatta 4 person tent
I recently purchased this tent and it was really easy to order from the website. I just clicked a few buttons and before I knew it, it was on its way to my house. The free delivery was a great bonus because who wants to pay for shipping, right? The tent arrived really quickly, even faster than my cousin devouring all the biscuits at a family picnic. Not to mention, it was a fantastic deal, like getting loads of camping gear for the price of a few bags of sweets. I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends, it's brilliant!
Faulty expensive order
The customer service at this company is really bad. I've tried to get in touch with them many times about my faulty expensive order, but they haven't got back to me at all. I sent an email and waited for a week, but heard nothing. I even tried reaching out on social media, but my messages got deleted and still no response. It's so annoying and disappointing to be ignored like this, especially when you're dealing with something expensive.
Dry robe coat purchase
I came across this website when I was looking for a dry robe style coat and I must say I was really pleased with how affordable their prices were. I ended up having a look at their camping gear and I've got my eye on a few things I want to buy down the line. It was easy to place my order and my item arrived pretty quickly, which was great.
Camping gear
I bought some camping gear not long ago, but I had a really bad time with the delivery service the company used. They told me my parcel was with the delivery partner, but they never actually tried to deliver it. When I checked the tracking, I saw that they were sending it back to the sender without even trying to deliver it. It was so annoying because I needed the items quickly and ended up having to cancel my order.
Camping gas order
I ordered some camping gas for my adventures and paid extra for next day delivery. But can you believe it? The DHL delivery driver didn't even bother to knock on the door! I had to track him down like a detective.
Faulty coat replacement
I ordered a coat from this shop and it arrived on time, but when it came, it was broken 🙁 Darren from customer service was really nice and sent me a new one, which arrived in just 2 days and was perfect! He even refunded the extra money I paid for fast delivery! I'm really pleased with the service and will definitely shop here again!
Inflatable camping mat
I urgently needed an inflatable camping mat, so I found one in stock on the website. I chose click-and-collect and got a text quickly when it was ready to pick up. The warehouse where I collected it was surprisingly big and didn't feel like a regular shop. The staff were really friendly when I picked it up. I'll definitely go back because the prices were way lower than other places.
Woman trousers
I bought a pair of women's trousers from this company about 10 days ago, but I'm really not happy with how things have gone. The website said my order would arrive in 3-5 working days, but it's been 10 days now and my order is still just getting ready according to the tracking. I emailed them after 5 working days to ask about my order, but I still haven't heard back from them. This kind of customer service is just not on, and I'm feeling really annoyed about not knowing what's going on with my purchase.
Faulty wind break poles
I bought a wind break from this company not long ago, but when it arrived, I found out it was faulty. The poles didn't fit together properly because of some welding issue inside. I tried to contact them by email twice, asking for a refund and to return the item, but I didn't get any response. At first, I even asked if they could just send me replacement poles, but still no reply. To sum it up, it's been a really disappointing experience with terrible customer service.
