I popped into the store and was pleased to see it pretty empty. The staff there greeted me with a friendly "hi" as I walked in, which was lovely. I could browse the shoes without someone hovering over me, which is a big plus compared to other shops. The staff there are always so kind and willing to help. I'm a regular customer and they never fail to be nice. It's clear they're good at what they do, which makes it a really great place to shop.
Comfortable shoes
I bought some really comfy shoes from this shop not long ago, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how great the customer service was. The team there were all so friendly and happy, which made my shopping trip much more pleasant. They really went out of their way to help me find just the right pair of shoes. All in all, I'm really pleased with my new shoes.
Footwear and accessories
When I popped into the store the other day, I was chuffed to see they had a great range of shoes and accessories. The staff were so helpful and friendly, giving me lots of useful info about the stuff I liked. Their knowledge and skills made my shopping trip really easy and fun. I was grateful for their patience in helping me pick out just the right things that suited me.
Trainers purchase
I popped down to the shop earlier and picked up a new pair of trainers. A chap called Sean assisted me, and I must say, his customer service was absolutely brilliant. It's not often you come across such excellent service in stores these days, so I was really pleased. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.
Online order for in-store pickup
I recently ordered some shoes online for in-store collection, and I was really impressed by how many different styles were available in the shop. I had a good look through the choices and managed to find some really nice pairs for my kids at very reasonable prices. The staff were also really helpful and friendly, which made my shopping trip even better.
Bright and welcoming store
As soon as you walk into the store, you can tell it's going to be a good shopping trip. There's lots of shoes to pick from, so there's something for every budget. The staff are really nice and helpful, they're great at giving you advice without being too pushy. All in all, it was a really nice shopping experience.
Suede shoes
I gave the Penketh branch a ring because I couldn't find the Adidas shoes I wanted in the right colour online. The woman on the phone managed to track down one pair in my size and reserved them for me. When I arrived at the store, the staff welcomed me with a friendly smile and had my shoes waiting at the checkout. I also decided to get the waterproofing treatment for my suede shoes while I was there. The whole experience was fast and simple, and I walked out feeling satisfied.
Refund for lost item
I had a bit of a bad experience with this company recently. I bought a pair of slippers, but they never arrived because they got lost in the post. I tried to follow up on my order at the Post Office and discovered that the courier had collected it, but then it vanished. Even though it wasn't my fault, Wynsors wouldn't give me a refund because I couldn't show them the receipt. They first said the slippers were returned, but then they told me they weren't. It was really annoying and unprofessional how they were inconsistent and didn't take responsibility.
Sketches slip ons
The Sketches slip ons I got from this shop were just what I needed - comfy, stylish and reasonably priced. I was really pleased with how good the shoes were and they fit the bill perfectly. The customer service at the Hartlepool store was brilliant, the staff were really helpful and pleasant. I had a lovely time shopping there.
Excellent customer service experience
I popped into your shop the other day and honestly, I was so impressed by the amazing customer service I got. Emily, one of your team members, really went out of her way to help me find something great, even though they didn't have exactly what I was looking for in stock. The way she handled everything was so professional and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure customers had the best experience possible. It really made my shopping trip that much better. I'm definitely planning on coming back to your store next time I need something. Cheers!
Black trainers
The staff were really friendly and they helped me find the perfect black trainers that fit perfectly. The store was so clean and tidy, which I loved. And the price was just right for me. Thanks again for a fantastic experience!
Slip on shoes
I bought these really cool slip-on shoes from this place and they are so comfortable! I couldn't resist and ended up buying 3 pairs. The service at the checkout was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'm thrilled with my purchase, thank you very much!
Shoes for work
I've been a regular customer at this store ever since it opened in St Helens. The staff are really knowledgeable and always happy to help you find the perfect pair of shoes for any occasion. They have a wide range of choices and the prices are great, making it my favourite store for all things footwear. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality shoes.

I had a really good time shopping at this store. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they gave me a hand without being too pushy. I had a stroke recently and I'm feeling a bit unsure about going into the store myself, but the staff at the Gateshead branch were really helpful.
Pink clutch bag
I popped into the shop because I was after a pink clutch bag, but they didn't have the exact one I had in mind. The staff there were lovely and suggested another one that I ended up liking. They even mentioned that I could return it within 28 days if the colour wasn't quite right for me. I was really pleased with my new purchase and the great service I received!
Recent shoe purchase
I bought some shoes from this place recently, and I have to say, I'm really not happy with them. After just 15 minutes of wearing them, I heard a strange noise and found out that both shoes had lost their top-pieces. The quality is terrible and definitely not worth the price. I thought a new pair of shoes would last longer, but I was wrong.
Shoe purchase
I had a great time at the shop, especially with a lady called Nicola. She was really helpful and nice when I was trying on loads of different shoes. Her cheerful personality made shopping so much nicer.
School shoes for daughter
The two ladies were absolutely amazing and really went the extra mile to help us find the perfect school shoes for my daughter. They were so helpful, professional, and really patient with my daughter, who can be quite picky when it comes to shoes. Team Middleton provided excellent service.
