Nitrate-free water solution
I've been using Brita filters for a while now and recently I found out that there were high nitrate levels in my water after doing some testing. So, in my search for a better water option, I came across your product and thought I'd give it a go. After testing the water that had been treated by your solution, I was really happy to see that it came out with the lowest levels across all 20 categories, effectively getting rid of all the nitrates, making the water feel softer, and bringing down the pH levels. It definitely lived up to its promise of providing totally clean water. I appreciate the quality of your product and the positive impact it has had on the quality of the water I drink.
Water filter
I bought a water filter from your company not long ago and I must say, I have some mixed feelings about it. The water does taste really good, just like you advertised, but I've run into a problem while trying to fill it up. Once I've poured in about 1.5 liters of water, the filter seems to stop working, leaving the top half of my water container still unfiltered. This means that the bottom half only has a little bit of filtered water, which is quite disappointing. I'm not entirely sure if I'm using the filter correctly, but I think the whole process should really be more user-friendly for your customers.
Filter purchases ongoing
I've been buying filters for quite a while now and let me tell you, it's been a bit of a wild ride. Overall, ordering and delivery have been pretty smooth sailing, which is always a bonus. However, here's the thing - the water meter always reads zero until out of nowhere, bam! It's suddenly time to replace the filter. It feels a bit like playing Russian roulette with your hydration. You never quite know when it's going to catch you off guard. Honestly, it would be great to have a clearer indication of when the filter genuinely needs changing.
Filter creates zero-rated water
At first, I wasn't too sure about the filter's claim of making water free of impurities, but now I can say for sure that it actually does what it says. It's important to make sure you screw the filter in properly to get the best out of it. My jug can hold 2.3 litres, however, the space at the top for pouring in tap water is quite small, meaning I have to fill it up many times and wait a while for the water to filter through. This is the only downside I've found, which is why I'd give it 4 stars instead of a full 5.
Counter top coffee lover water filter with built-in tap system
This is actually my second time buying a water filter from this company, and I have to say, I've been really impressed with how well their products hold up. The first filter I got from them has been working perfectly for over 4 years now, and this time I went for their counter top coffee lover filter, which comes with a built-in tap system and a bigger well capacity. It's top quality and I'm so happy with my purchase. I definitely plan to keep buying from this company because they really do make the best products out there.
Pure water filter
I've done a lot of research on this water filter and watched many videos about it on YouTube. It's amazing that it can make my tap water really pure! I bought a water filter not long ago and honestly, it's been amazing. The water tastes so much better now and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone looking for clean drinking water. However, I was a bit disappointed by the short warranty it came with. The water quality meter packed up straight away, and as I didn't have proof of purchase, I couldn't make use of the 90-day guarantee. So now I've got a filter but no way to check the water quality without buying another meter.

This is the second time I've bought a bigger water jug from this company. The first one was getting too small for my family, so I thought I'd go for a larger size. I've tried out a few different water filtration products and I have to say, Zero Water really stands out when it comes to getting water totally clean. I can actually taste the difference in the water, and it's clear to me that it's completely free from any nasties. I'm really impressed with how good this product is and I would definitely suggest it to anyone who wants cleaner, better-tasting water.
Faulty seal, metallic taste, waste of money
I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase. The seal on the cartridge wasn't good, so tap water mixed in with the filtered water in the jug. And it didn't just happen once, it happened with the replacement cartridge too. The water tasted so metallic, I couldn't even drink it. It's such a shame! I paid a lot for this product, but it turned out to be a total waste of money.
Easy Setup and Use
Setting up this product was so easy, and my 6-year-old lad absolutely loves it. Before, he used to have a hard time getting himself to drink water, but now he can do it all on his own and he's gulping down way more water. Also, having chilled water right from the fridge is a great added bonus.

My filter cracked, but they replaced it immediately. The service was fantastic! The filters make the water taste really good. I can't go back to tap water now!

I bought the water filter and tested my tap water before and after - there was a noticeable improvement in taste and quality. I also looked into the cost of replacement filters, and it's not too expensive!
Faulty filter issue
I told them about a problem with the filter leaking where it joins and finding bits of carbon in the water. At first, customer service didn't take it seriously, but then they sent me a new filter to sort it out.
Water filter purchase
I bought a water filter the other day that's meant to clean tap water by taking out bits and dirt. It did clear out a lot of nasty stuff, but it also dropped the pH levels massively to a risky 2.76 from a safe 7. This sharp pH decrease has got me worried - definitely not what I thought would happen with a water filter.
