Lightweight tools for arthritic hands
The tools I bought from this company were just what I needed - they're light and easy to use, which is great for my arthritic hands. The prices were fair, and I was really impressed with how quickly they got to my door. But I did get a bit worried when I saw some dodgy stuff happening on my card when I was making the purchase. When I got in touch with customer service, they were really nice and understanding, which made me feel a lot better. All in all, I'd say this company is worth checking out for their good quality products and speedy customer service.
PPE items purchase
I was a bit unsure at first about using the online platform because I hadn't used it before, but I soon realised I didn't need to worry. They had all the PPE items I needed at really good prices. Even though there were some bad reviews, I trusted Zoro because they're connected to a well-known brand. I placed my order on a Thursday and it arrived on Monday thanks to Parcelforce. Everything was in great condition and packed well, even better than I expected. I was really happy with how easy and smooth the whole process was from beginning to end.
Rechargeable hand torch
I've never used this site before, but I thought I'd get my mum a rechargeable hand torch. It arrived pretty fast, but somehow my order got messed up and I ended up with another torch the next week. I got in touch with customer service, and they were really helpful in sorting out the return and giving me a refund quickly. The torch is great, really good quality, and my mum is thrilled with it. I would definitely think about using this website again next time.
Watering can
I ordered a watering can from this website and it came at a really good price. I was really looking forward to using it in my garden, but when it arrived, it was damaged! I was quite upset, but I got in touch with customer service and they were really helpful. I sent them some photos of the damage and they sent me a replacement within a few days. They even said I could do whatever I wanted with the damaged one. I am so pleased with the service I got!
Quality hand-crafted order
The order I got was really good quality, obviously made with care by hand. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I thought, but given how well it was made, I reckon it was worth waiting for. All in all, I'm really pleased with what I bought and would definitely suggest it to other people.
Product misrepresentation
I recently bought something from this company and I have to say I am really disappointed with how it turned out. The product I got was nothing like what was shown on their website. The pictures were misleading and the actual item was really poor quality. When I contacted customer service to share my concerns, they basically just pointed me to their terms and conditions and didn't take any responsibility for the misleading information. Not only did I get a bad product, but I also had to pay for the return postage because they don't offer prepaid labels. Overall, it was a really frustrating and untrustworthy experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Quick delivery, great quality products
I recently bought some stuff from this company and I was really happy with how quickly it arrived and how good the products were. I ordered on Wednesday and it came by Friday morning. The things I got were just like they were described and really good quality. I was impressed with the customer service I got all the way from ordering to delivery. And as my order was over a certain amount, I got free delivery which was a nice bonus.
Epson printer purchase
I recently got an Epson printer from their website and I must say, it's fantastic quality and definitely bang for your buck. It was easy to spot on the website and the delivery came faster than expected. Though there was a small hiccup with the payment, the customer service team stepped in and sorted it out quickly and smoothly. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase and the great customer service I received.
First-time purchase
This was actually my first time using this website and I have to say, I was really impressed. The website was so easy to use and ordering was a breeze. I got some tools from this place and they were really great! Only issue was one had a slight problem. I gave them a ring and a lady from customer service chatted to me about it and then sent a free replacement! She was lovely and very helpful. I'll definitely be returning to get more bits and pieces from here.

I bought something online, but they didn't actually have it in stock, so they had to source it from another supplier. It took them ages to process my refund, which was really frustrating. The lady I was in contact with stopped responding to my emails, which was annoying. In the end, I ended up buying the same item from a different website for a much lower price.
Welding rods purchase
I bought a box of welding rods a few weeks back, but when it finally arrived, there was only one rod in there! I rang customer service, and they promised to send out the missing box. After a week, nothing showed up! I called again, and they asked me to wait another 2 days, but still no sign of it. I tried phoning twice today as they told me to, but didn't hear back from anyone. They took my money fine, but didn't deliver what I actually paid for.
Power tools purchase
Wasn't sure about Zoro at first, but they really impressed me with their great prices and quick delivery. The product I got was top quality and a genuine brand, not a cheap imitation. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
Bought something online
I ordered this item online expecting it to arrive, but then they decided to cancel it a few days later because they didn't actually have it in stock. It's so frustrating, companies really need to do a better job of updating their inventory. It's such a disappointment for us customers when they promote products that they can't fulfill. They need to get it together!
Cowboy outfit for wife
I ordered a cowboy outfit for my wife as a gift and was really looking forward to it coming. I kept checking the website loads of times and it always said "processing". Eventually, I got in touch with them and they told me it would be sent out that day and my wife would receive it the next day. She was delighted! However, they later sent me an email saying they had cancelled my order due to a pricing problem. I was really let down and they didn't even explain the delay. It was completely unprofessional - steer clear of this company!
Two items purchased on Sunday morning
I ordered a couple of things on Sunday morning and got them delivered quickly on Tuesday morning. The service was absolutely brilliant, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Incorrect product received
I placed an order for wood filler on your website not too long ago. Unfortunately, when my package arrived, I was disappointed to find a red tube of gasket goo inside the box instead. This mix-up has been quite inconvenient for me as I now have to figure out how to return the wrong item.

I ordered some tools and they arrived the next morning. They were well-packaged and exactly what I wanted. The delivery was free because my order was over a certain amount, and I even received an invoice. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely be a returning customer.
New power drill
I recently got a new power drill from here. I was really looking forward to giving it a go, but unfortunately, it didn't work at all. I was so disappointed to find out it was faulty right from the start. I had to spend ages sorting out a refund. I think I'll stick to buying things like sandpaper in the future.
