    Wheelchair accessible booking

    So, after spending a whole hour banging my head against the wall trying to book tickets for a show that I really wanted to see, I eventually gave up and decided to talk to a real person. And wouldn't you know it, Mia came to my rescue and sorted out all my problems in just a few minutes, getting me wheelchair accessible seats for The Lion King with my essential companion. I can't even begin to describe the relief and gratitude I felt - it's amazing how much of a difference human interaction can make in getting things sorted quickly and effectively. Being someone who finds travel tricky because of my wheelchair, I'm now really looking forward to my trip to London and the opportunity to see The Lion King again after twenty-five years. Huge thanks to Mia for making my birthday extra special and for finally making booking tickets a piece of cake!

    Access Account Set Up

    I've just got set up with an Access account through the ticketing company so I could use my daughter's new Access Card. I wasn't really sure how to do it, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy it was to get the account sorted. The booking process went really well and Mandy, the customer service rep, was absolutely brilliant in helping me out. She took the time to explain everything clearly and even gave us some great recommendations. I can't thank her enough for the fantastic service she provided.

    Show tickets booking

    I booked some tickets for a show not long ago, but I never got them or a confirmation email. I was a bit annoyed and was thinking about giving a one-star review. Thankfully, I decided to email customer service instead. A bloke called Anthony got back to me pretty quickly and sorted everything out. He said sorry for the mistake and made sure I got my tickets sorted out right away. I'm really grateful for how fast they sorted out my problem and for the great service I got from Anthony.

    Ticket delivery issue

    I had a problem with getting my tickets delivered, so I had to reach out to customer support for help. Even though I didn't have a lot of details to give them, just my card info, they got back to me quickly and sorted out the issue. Their customer service was top-notch, and I was really happy with how things turned out. Turns out there was a mistake in my email address, which is why I hadn't got the tickets. Overall, I'd rate their service a solid 5 stars!

    Accessibility assistance at the theatre

    I recently went to the theatre and got some amazing help with accessibility. I'm deaf, so I was a bit worried about getting a hearing loop and assistance on the day. But a lovely staff member called Jodie was brilliant and put me at ease. She listened to what I needed, made a phone call for me, and gave me all the info I needed for a hassle-free experience on the day of the show.

    A night out at the theatre

    I just wanted to say how great my experience was with the show tickets! The staff at the venue were so friendly and helpful, they even had a special line for those who needed extra assistance. Unlike Ticketmaster, ATG really knows how to take care of their customers. Big shoutout to everyone at ATG, you all are amazing! ❤️🙏🥂
