    Careline arrangement and setup

    I recently sorted out a Careline system for a family member and sorted everything out over the phone. I was really impressed when my family member accidentally pressed the fob button and the response from Careline was amazing. Despite her difficulty with hearing, she could hear the person on the line checking on her well-being. The operator was so patient and kind, not at all annoyed that the button was pressed by mistake, which made my family member feel more relaxed. Setting up the system was easy too - we did half of the form over the phone and finished the rest online. I even got a quick response to my email query about the registered contact numbers. Throughout the whole process, we spoke to three different people, and each of them was incredibly nice and helpful. Overall, it's been a good experience, and we're thankful for the peace of mind it has given our family.

    Hub Device Assistance

    I got in touch with the customer service team at this company about some problems with my hub device. The person I spoke to, Cheryl, was really helpful and understood my situation. She not only sorted out all my issues but also went the extra mile to make sure I was looked after. Cheryl organised for my old device to be collected by Royal Mail, which was a big weight off my shoulders as I struggle to move around. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach made everything easy, and I really appreciate all the help she gave me.

    Alarm system for elderly mother

    I recently bought an alarm system for my 92-year-old mum from this company and I have to say, their service was absolutely fantastic. Setting it up was really easy and the employees were very helpful, guiding us through the whole thing. I've had to reach out to them a few times since then, mostly speaking with Kathy, to update or change numbers, and she's always been really patient and helpful. I definitely recommend this company and applaud their staff for their outstanding service.

    Personal emergency alarm system

    I bought a personal emergency alarm system from the company not long ago. The whole experience left me feeling disappointed, to be honest. I'm 83 years old and partially sighted, so I had a hard time trying to install the equipment myself as the instructions said. Even though I tried my best, I found it really difficult to follow the instructions, which made me feel frustrated. On top of that, I had problems with my BT modem not being compatible with the system. There was no suitable port for the Ethernet lead, and unfortunately, no one offered to help me sort out the issue.

    This emergency system has been a lifesaver more than once. One time, my brother was in trouble with a haemorrhage and couldn't get to a phone. But thanks to Careline, he could call for help quickly by pressing the button on his tag. Having that kind of reassurance, knowing help is so close at hand, is really something money can't buy.
