Book buying and rental
Every thought of studying and learning as far as university education is concerned can best be channeled to Chegg. That has been my submission about the company owing to how resourceful I have found the company to be. I have personally used the services of Chegg for many of my learning needs that have to do with textbook either physical or online especially those I couldn't find elsewhere. Even the rental process which I have used in several occasions is hitch-free (without discouraging issues). That has been my experience with Chegg and it's worthy of recommendation to those still in search of a particular book for university needs. Try Chegg.
Homework solutions
The homework help service is alright, but there are a few things that could be better. It's good for getting through loads of homework questions, but sometimes you get answers that don't really help. It can be annoying having to sort through these unhelpful answers to find the right one. However, when you do get a good answer, it's a real lifesaver and can make tricky concepts easier to understand. It would be great if they could make sure all the answers are on point and correct by upping their quality control game.
Online tutoring service
The online tutoring service is really useful as it has lots of helpful answers ready to go and can get back to questions quickly. But, sometimes, the answers it gives are wrong which is not great. It can also be a bit confusing for students when there are lots of different answers to the same question - can make things a bit muddled. It's frustrating too when the experts don't take the time to properly check all the options before giving an answer, which means the right response isn't always there.

I recently had someone make unauthorised charges on my card, despite me not even having an account with them. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently the issue got sorted out. I got in touch with the company and in just 15 minutes, the charges were reversed, the accounts that made the charges were shut down, and the customer service was fantastic and super easy to deal with. Massive shoutout to them for dealing with the problem so efficiently and professionally!
Advanced calculus course help
I find it really annoying that my homework questions keep getting flagged when all I'm doing is trying to get some help for my advanced calculus course. The idea that I could end up getting suspended for it is just daft. I shouldn't have to stress about whether my homework questions will get me into trouble. It's just not fair.

It's a waste of both time and money, and to make it worse, getting a refund from them is a mission. There's no real community interaction to check answers, so users end up endlessly scrolling and feeling frustrated. Don't get caught up in their sneaky tricks and dishonest advertising. It's awful to see companies like this exploiting students in search of reliable study resources.
