Preordered Jurassic Park Evolution 2 on PS5
I preordered Jurassic Park Evolution 2 on PS5 from GameByte and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service overall. I hadn't actually heard of GameByte before, but I thought I'd give them a go because they were offering a 7% discount for signing up. It's not very often you see discounts like that in the gaming industry these days, so it was a nice surprise. The game turned up before the release date, which was a nice little bonus - it shows they're on top of things when it comes to preorders. The game itself was all good, no issues at all, and I was able to start playing straight away. All in all, I'm happy with how everything went and I'll definitely think about using GameByte again in the future instead of going with bigger platforms like Game or Amazon.
Fifa 22 pre-order
I recently bought the Fifa 22 pre-order from GameByte, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. I was a bit unsure at first because the price was so much lower than other places, but I decided to give it a go. I had a few questions, so I emailed their support team, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and nicely they got back to me. The customer service team was super helpful and reassuring.
When my game arrived on release day, I was so happy to see that it was in perfect condition. The packaging was really secure, and the game worked perfectly when I tried it. I recently preordered the Elden Ring Collector's Edition for the PS5 from GameByte. It was all smooth sailing, but I did have a little hiccup when the confirmation email ended up in my spam folder. Thankfully, I reached out to customer service and was impressed by how quickly and helpfully Ella sorted everything out for me. She assured me that my preorder was all good and even sent me a new confirmation email. I found her tip to check the spam folder really useful and it ended up fixing the issue. GameByte was the only place where I could still snag the PS5 Elden Ring Collector's Edition on preorder, so now I'm just super excited for it to arrive!
Call of Duty Vanguard preorder
I decided to take a chance and order my Call of Duty Vanguard preorder from this site instead of the usual big retailers. Surprisingly, it turned out to be the cheapest option and I'm pleased with my choice. I was a little worried about getting it after the release day, but to my delight, it arrived this morning, a day before the official launch. This means I can jump right in with my teammates who purchased it digitally. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely come back to this site for all my gaming needs in the future.
Pre-order of Klonoa
I recently pre-ordered a copy of Klonoa from this company, and I have to say, I'm really happy with their service. The website is so easy to use, which made ordering it a piece of cake. I also like how they give discounts to NHS and care industry workers, it's nice to see them supporting essential workers.

GameByte is absolutely fantastic! I recently purchased a Nintendo Switch game from them and it arrived really quickly. I preordered the new Lego Star Wars the Skywalker Saga game from this shop recently and I must say, I had a pretty good experience overall. But, I did come across a dodgy email pretending to be from Royal Mail, which was a bit worrying. The good thing is, the customer service team got back to me quickly and handled the situation like pros, which was great to see.

I've been trying to return this sealed copy of Forespoken for weeks and it's been a right nightmare. I've sent them a ticket every two weeks or so, but I'm still stuck with this game I don't want. It's really starting to stress me out because gaming is usually my way to relax. I feel so disheartened and frustrated that they're just ignoring my requests for help.

I feel really annoyed because I pre-ordered a game from this company, they took my money and didn't even send me the game! I've had a bit of a nightmare situation with my pre-order being cancelled by this shop. The first time I pre-ordered a game everything went smoothly, but trying to cancel another one has been a real hassle. I've been trying to get in touch for four months now, but all I've met with is silence. Preordered Hogwarts Legacy for PS4
I'd preordered Hogwarts Legacy for my PS4, but my PS4 decided to pack up before I even got a chance to play it. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a few times to try and cancel my preorder and get a refund, but I've heard nothing back from them at all. It's really annoying and annoying that I've been left hanging after trying so hard to get some answers.
Preordered Hogwarts game
I had such a terrible experience with this company. I preordered the Hogwarts game back in December 2021 like lots of other people, and now I've been totally let down with nothing to show for it. No updates, no refunds, just total silence. It's obvious that this company is dodgy and doesn't give a damn about their customers. My advice is to steer well clear of them.
