    I've been using the online courses on this website and I have to say, they're really good. I've learned so much from their knowledge base, it's been really helpful. The content is well-organised, easy to understand, and full of useful info. I can see the effort that's gone into making these courses.<br><br>There is one small issue I've noticed though, with the Google account integration. The automatic event scheduling is not always reliable, especially with Google Calendar accounts. Sometimes it struggles to find the link to the event created by the client. It can be a bit annoying, but it hasn't really affected my overall experience too much.

    Although it's a really useful tool, there's a big issue where emails just vanish without saving, which is so annoying for regular users. The customer is really puzzled about why this bug keeps happening and has given their contact details so HubSpot can get in touch.

    Sales and customer service WhatsApp chat management

    As a customer using this service, I have found that the platform for sales and customer service WhatsApp chats is not working well for me. The manual system they have in place is not great, as chats are not automatically assigned and there are no reports specifically for WhatsApp interactions. This means that in order to use the platform effectively, we have to either adjust the current system or miss out on important information. Additionally, the fact that we can't simply tag a chat makes the process even more inconvenient. When it comes to support, having users read and follow procedures themselves can be time-consuming and expensive. Although HubSpot is a popular CRM company, based on my experience, I would not recommend it for managing WhatsApp chats.

    Dealing with Hubspot is an absolute nightmare. They lock you into a year-long contract and then make it really difficult to get out. Moving your data to a different CRM is a total pain, and they don't seem to care about their expensive prices at all.

    I've been using this CRM for more than a year now and I have to say, it's been quite frustrating. It's actually made me less productive because I keep having to disconnect companies and contacts from tickets and emails due to all the confusion with associations. I often receive emails with multiple companies and contacts linked to them, which means I have to spend a lot of time going through threads to figure out the right company, especially when the sender is using a personal email address. And on top of that, creating separate email entries for each thread in the ticket just makes things even more complicated, as I have to manually disconnect wrong associations and link them to the right companies and contacts.

    Marketing hub

    I've been using this thing called Marketing Hub for about 6 years across two businesses, but lately it's really going downhill. There are loads of micro-transactions, and you constantly have to buy more stuff just to access basic features. We even had to pay extra just to send auto-replies to emails – how ridiculous is that?! The integrations are terrible too; our WhatsApp messages are now really limited. It's a complete nightmare for our customer service team. Overall, it's just not worth it at the moment – I wouldn't recommend it at all. The only positive is the customer service; they're really nice even though the product itself is rubbish.

    Lost work nightmare

    Oh my gosh, you won't believe what happened to me! I was using this free program and I lost all my hard work. It was a total nightmare, seriously. And when I reached out for help, the person I spoke to fed me lies. They promised that upgrading would solve everything, but it didn't help at all. I mean, can you believe it? The employee, Marina, was just focused on her commissions and had no integrity. Not cool, man.

    I'll be honest with you - this Sales CRM we've got is a bit of a disappointment. It's way too complicated for no good reason, not really easy to use. There are just too many steps to go through, and it doesn't fit our company's needs very well. To be frank, it's just a waste of time and money.

    I have to say, this company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I imported contacts above my tier limit and they charged my card without any notice, even though I hadn't sent any emails. When I asked for a refund, they just referred me to their terms and said it wasn't allowed. It's a total scam!

    7-year loyal customer experience

    I've been using this platform for 7 years now and it's been the foundation of my business. But recently, out of the blue, my account got cancelled without any warning. It really threw me off and I couldn't access the systems I rely on to keep things running smoothly. I tried reaching out for support through live chat and email, but the responses were slow and didn't really help. I'm still stuck with no solution in sight.
