    I had a recent experience with this delivery service for an international package, and I have to say, I was pretty happy with how it all turned out. The delivery to the US was really fast, and the package got to me in perfect condition, no signs of it being squashed, banged up, or ripped. The only hiccup I had was with the instructions for filling out the contents and customs forms - they were a bit confusing, so I had to go online for some help to figure it out.     I got a package from this delivery service not too long ago and I was generally happy with how it all went. The parcel showed up when it was supposed to, and the delivery guy was really nice and friendly, which made it a good experience. The only hiccup I had was a small delay in the schedule. Originally, the parcel was meant to come on a Saturday, but it got pushed back to Monday, and finally, it arrived on a Wednesday. I know these things can happen, and I think it was more to do with the pick-up or depot rather than the courier themselves.

    First time courier service

    I was a bit nervous about using a courier service for the first time, but it turned out to be really great. The price was really cheap and I could track where my stuff was all the time.     I got so annoyed with my parcel delivery experience. The tracking status was all wrong, so I had to get in touch with the seller to find out where my package had gone. The delivery driver didn't even bother to ring my doorbell, and the tracking info said the package was at some unknown store - without saying which one. Plus, there were weird messages about an incomplete address, even though the address on the package was totally correct. It was such a pain trying to figure out where my parcel was, and I was left feeling so frustrated with the whole lack of communication and clearness during the delivery process.

    I ordered something online and was eagerly awaiting its delivery. But you won't believe what happened - Parcel Force didn't even bother knocking on my door. Instead, they simply left a card instructing me to pick it up at the Post Office. Can you imagine? No doorbell, no knock, just a piece of paper. The Postmaster even mentioned that other people have experienced the same issue. It's so frustrating!

    I paid extra for collection and delivery within 24 hours but my package ended up being delayed until the next working day. I had to splash out on a new laptop in the meantime. It was a total letdown from start to finish. I definitely won't be using this service again or suggesting it to anyone else.

    Import tax mess-up

    Oh my goodness, it was honestly the worst experience ever! I ordered something online and ended up having to pay more in import tax than the item was actually worth. And to make matters worse, my parcel never even arrived - what a complete disaster! I've been struggling to get a refund, but Interparcel is taking forever to look into it. It's just such a huge waste of both time and money, I'm so frustrated.

    Wet parcel, damaged contents

    Oh my goodness, everyone! I received a package today and it was an absolute disaster! The box was completely wet and in a terrible state, and some of the items inside were squashed. It seemed as though the delivery person had used it as a football in the rain or something. And the most horrible part? The box was open and the items inside were soaking wet and soggy. It was definitely not cool at all.

    The booking process on the website was pretty easy, and I liked that there were lots of different courier choices to pick from. But I had a problem when a next-day delivery wasn't made as promised. The customer service didn't really help much, just mentioning terms and conditions and telling me to rebook without really sorting out the problem properly.

    Parcel delivery problem

    I ordered something to send and had a problem with the addresses data base not being up to date. It was so annoying that I couldn't manually enter a new business name. Royal Mail does a much better job at keeping their info updated! I ended up having to send my parcel directly because of this issue. I really hope they fix it soon because they could be losing customers like me!

    UK to Spain delivery

    I had to send a package from the UK to Spain, and you know what, it was so much better than the usual post office hassle where your stuff mysteriously vanishes in "Customs" for ages. This time, it actually got there when they said it would.
