    Mail services especially parcel delivery is a key factor either in city or outside.
    First nine deliveries were perfect on time, and parcels condition were also good, no such complain from customers
    But three deliveries out of two were also some tempted attempt noticed as customer reported soon after receipt. And of course I immediately informed you, even after that one more issue reported.
    Please take care of parcels and delivery schedule under commitment.
    We pay good money for that, so please...

    I recently tried out the service for sending an international parcel, and I have to say I was really impressed. The price was the best I could find, coming in at less than half of what Royal Mail would have charged. Booking was a breeze, and I was surprised when the parcel was collected from my home within an hour. The courier was nice and professional, which made the whole thing easy. The delivery was quick, and my friend in Sweden got the parcel in no time at all. I'll definitely use this service again next time.

    Pickup issue resolved

    When I first tried to send off my parcel, the courier wouldn't take it without a printed label, even though I was told it wasn't necessary. But luckily, I got in touch with customer service on a chat and they sorted it out pretty quickly. They arranged for a new pickup and Parcel Force came and picked it up on the same day. The parcel made it to its destination safe and sound the next day. All in all, I'm really pleased with how it all turned out.

    My package got picked up on Tuesday at about 1pm and was delivered to the USA by 6.30pm on Thursday evening. I was really impressed with the service - it went above and beyond what I was expecting. I'll definitely use this delivery service again in the future, it was way better than going through the Post Office.

    Parcel delivery collection delay

    I ordered a parcel collection for a certain date, but it didn't happen when it was supposed to. I had to wait at home for two whole days! When I got in touch with customer service, they mentioned that there might be a delay in the collection time, which made me even more annoyed. Finding out that the booking was actually with a third party and not the courier themselves just made me feel even more let down. This whole situation has given me a bad view of the service, and I won't be using it again in the future.

    Express delivery of pallets for business

    I recently used a delivery service for my business, and it turned out to be a total disaster. Even though I paid extra for express delivery, they didn't come to pick up the pallets on time. I had to contact them multiple times before they finally picked them up the next day. When the delivery finally arrived, I found out that over £2k worth of my stock was damaged. The boxes on the pallet were all crushed, and one pallet was even tipped onto its side because it wasn't properly secured during transport.

    To make things even worse, even though I have insurance with the company, they have been ignoring me and not helping to resolve the issue. It's been two months since it happened, and my small business is still suffering financially without a solution in sight. I can't stress enough how crucial it is to use a reliable delivery service to avoid getting messed around by dodgy companies like this one.

    Pallet delivery service

    I recently had a nightmare experience using a pallet delivery service for the first time. The company was meant to pick up my pallet from the shipping company, but they ended up being a no-show despite promising multiple times and even after many phone calls. To make matters worse, they never bothered to call back when they said they would. This left me in a pickle, forcing me to fork out over £1200 to the shipping company and sort out the pallet collection myself. I'm so annoyed and it has cost me loads, so now I'm taking legal action against them for the storage fees they caused. Their unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility really disappointed me, so I strongly recommend steering clear of their services to anyone else.

    Late delivery, one day delivery, bad customer service

    I recently had a package picked up on the agreed date and decided to pay extra for one-day delivery. But, to my disappointment, the package arrived three days and three hours later than expected. When I contacted the company to ask about the delay and possibly get a refund for the one-day delivery charge, they simply said the package would arrive the next day, which was a day after the agreed date. What's more, my request for a refund has been completely ignored by the customer service team. This whole experience has left me really unsatisfied, and I definitely won't be using their services again in the future. I hope others will think twice before using this company too.

    Next day delivery with DPD

    My experience with My Parcel Delivery has not been great. I've used their service twice in the last two weeks, choosing next day delivery with DPD each time. However, on both occasions, I had delays and problems. The first time, I took my parcel to the collection point on Wednesday, but it wasn't collected until Thursday and only arrived on Monday. The second time, I dropped off the parcel early in the morning, but it wasn't collected on the agreed day and I'm still waiting for any updates. I contacted My Parcel Delivery by email both times, but I haven't received a response yet. It's disappointing not to get the service I was promised and to be kept in the dark without any communication.

    Sent a parcel, lost by company

    I sent a package through this delivery company, can you believe they lost it? It's been 10 days now and I still have no idea where my package is. Hermes sent me an email saying they lost it and are looking for it manually, but there's been no updates. I tried talking to their chatbot, but it was no help at all. Then I called customer service, and they just said to contact My Parcel Delivery. But there's no way to complain or get in touch with anyone at My Parcel Delivery! Seriously, where is my package? I've wasted so much time trying to sort this out and nothing has worked. Definitely the worst company ever, both Hermes and this other delivery service.

    I've been really disappointed with this delivery service. A few times now, my packages didn't arrive when they were supposed to, and despite me trying to contact them by email and phone, I've had no reply. The customer service has been pretty poor and it's made me feel really frustrated and disappointed.

    This company is a total scam. They make you pay for a service, but all they do is pass the work on to other companies without paying them. It's a rip off! It's unbelievable how they manage to trick their customers like that. Avoid them at all costs!

    I was told my parcel would come the next day, but it got here 2 days later. I really needed the item quickly so I picked this service because of the next day delivery. The people on the customer service team weren't much help and seemed like they were just reading off a script. It's annoying to pay more for a service that doesn't come when they said it would. I should have gone with a different service and saved myself some money and time. I'm really let down and probably won't suggest or use this service again.

    Cancelled order, delayed pick up

    We decided to cancel our order because they were really late picking up our stuff. Initially, we got an email confirming the cancellation, but then they still came to collect it and tried to charge us. It's been a real mission to get my refund, so annoying!
