First nine deliveries were perfect on time, and parcels condition were also good, no such complain from customers
But three deliveries out of two were also some tempted attempt noticed as customer reported soon after receipt. And of course I immediately informed you, even after that one more issue reported.
Please take care of parcels and delivery schedule under commitment.
We pay good money for that, so please...
Package delivery (well, inability to deliver).
I cannot express how disappointed I am with the appalling service and attitude of these people. I expected a package to be delivered, but only after I had to follow up on their tracking system several times (I was never contacted) I established that it wasn't delivered resulting in them confessing that they lost the package. They only offered £5 plus reimbursement of the postage charge when they lost the package, clearly through their fault. They have just hidden behind their small print. It will also take 28 days for them to give me their pathetic contribution towards my loss. They said I should have paid extra to cover any possible loss or damage due to their inability to look after my package. Ridiculous.

I have sent a TV with its box to France on 05/03/21, the TV has been collected by the driver but has never reached his destination. After a lot of calls and emails with different answers you told me that the TV has been delivered to my previous address. I no longer live there and I have asked to the landlady and the new tenant and no TV has been delivered. Now, you are telling me that the TV is on an UPS storage but you don't know where and you are not able to send it to France but only within the UK because of an issue with your information system...If you are not sure about the service you are providing why do you offer it? I would like to know where is my TV and when you will be able to arrange a delivery within the UK to the address I have provided to you a month ago? I don't have any answer to my previous email after 15 days.....It's like you absolutely don't know where is my tv and this is an issue. I would like to be refunded for the contains.
Next day before 10am
Booked next day before 10am, services remained in a pending state, contacted customer service and the agent rebooked collection for the following day. Turns out Agent booked 48hr even though I paid for next day. Parcel still not received. Second Agent has offered to refund the difference although this is now pointless as I now need to wait in for a second day for this delivery. Caused more issues than solved, would have been quicker to drive and collect myself.Avoid if you actually want your goods delivered in a timely fashion.

Delivery of parcel.
Appalling service, I received an email stating the parcel had been collected but it hadn’t. 4 days later I was still requesting That the parcel was collected. The phone number doesn’t work and the man dealing with my many emails just stopped responding.
24 hs delivery (never collected)
Worst service ever AVOID AT ANY COST!! I paid a 24hs delivery, 6 days after they havent even collected the parcel. They keep telling me that "tomorrow" will be collected. Customer service very unprofesional, they wont take any responsability and they stopped replying after the first complaint. Avoid it, you will waste your moneyband end up booking a proper courier service
Next Day Delivery Cake Service
Don't waste your time or money with this company, I paid for their cake delivery service (which they claim to not be liable for damage etc) but anyway, chose Next Day Delivery, my parcel was collected on Friday and was supposed to arrive on Monday for my Dad's birthday.
Monday they didn't even bother, just said Delayed, Tuesday it was 'Out for Delivery' all day then ended up back at the warehouse, Wednesday exactly the same, and again today, now day four of this 'Out for Delivery' so who knows when it will actually get there, if at all.
And yes the 'help bots' are useless, give you the whole Covid excuse, funny how other companies aren't struggling. My other half sold something on eBay, used their courier service, paid for Next Day Delivery, turns out it was UPS who collected his parcel, and guess what it arrived the next day, as promised by eBay, who aren't exactly a small organisation, not dealing with many deliveries right now. So the exact same courier company was booked by both of us, UPS, eBay manages to deliver the next day, where as MPD, well we're currently on day four.
I have been emailing a member of their Customer Services team, who keeps thanking me for my patience and understanding, which isn't winding me up at all...
I have explained my frustration and upset at my perishable item taking so long to be delivered, it will most likely be inedible by the time it gets there. I was sent a link last night when he confirmed it would be there by the end of the day, only for it to update by the time I clicked on it, to show it then jumped to the end of the day today??
If Covid is such an issue for MPD, then don't take on so many bookings, there should be a limit so that couriers are able to deliver the amount of bookings they receive, but no MPD will happily take your Next Day Delivery payment, then take as long as they like to deliver, or not, who knows! Not fair on the couriers or customers.
Please don't waste your money guys, wish I'd researched before choosing their service.
