    A4 (Landscape) Hardcover Photo Book (60 pages)

    After a very special holiday I made the decision to edit the photos from the trip and create a photobook to give as a gift to my Mum for Christmas.
    I spent many hours sorting, selecting and editing the photos and this morning sat down to create the product. A few hours later I was finished but hit a road block right when adding the product to the cart. I was stuck on a loading screen. Terrified to refresh the screen in case I lost an entire mornings work I contacted customer support with little hope.
    I got through to Angelina from Customer Support at PrinterPix.
    She got to work straight away and identified my project, only when trying to look at the screenshot she sent me I ended up closing the browser window and lost the chat. We all know how frustrating this can be when either a helpline disconnects or your support chat disappears.
    I started a new Customer Support request and Max came online. Miraculously Angelina appeared, took over the chat and we began where we finished off. Within five minutes Angelina had sorted the issue and I am now in receipt of the Order Confirmation of my PhotoBook.
    I can't attest for the quality of the product as I won't receive it for a while but if the product is created with as much care as Angelina put into my support request I know it will turn out great.

    I recently bought a custom photo blanket from your company and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Ordering was easy peasy and the delivery was super quick. When the blanket arrived, I liked the overall look but I did spot a couple of small issues. I got in touch with your customer service team and luckily I got to chat with James Parker. James was amazing and sorted out my problem in no time. He was really professional and polite, and sent me a replacement blanket that was perfect. I was really impressed with the level of service from your team - James really went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. I can't fault the fantastic service I received, and I'll definitely be coming back to buy from you again.

    A4 60 page photobook

    When the book arrived I was upset to find that the couriers had damaged it. You could see the box was badly dented and so were the covers. I contacted Kayla at customer services who replaced it for me at no charge. The second book arrived very promptly and I was very pleased with it, however the courier had handled it badly again and the corner of the box was dented. The two covers were slightly dented at the corners, but not enough to spoil it. I contacted Kayla just to let her know that the couriers (Hermes) were doing her company no favours and in fact costing them money. I stressed that I was not asking for a replacement. Kayla was fantastic and offered me a free 30 page photobook "to keep a valuable customer" What a star!

    26th Photo Book order

    I'm a regular customer and recently ordered my 26th Photo Book. I've always been impressed by the quality of their products, and this time was no different. However, I had a problem with my payment not going through. Luckily, Lisa David from customer service helped me out quickly and gave me a new payment link. It can be annoying when payments don't work, but Lisa's professionalism and communication made it all smooth. I'm looking forward to getting my latest photo book - I always order two, one for me and one for my partner. They say it'll arrive in 2-3 days, but usually, it takes about a week for me to get my orders. That's fine though, these photo books are more about memories than timing.

    So, I was trying to order this really cool 60-page photobook, yeah? It took ages to put together because I had to choose all my favourite pics and that. But when I tried to pay, the website was being a pain and wouldn't let me finish my order! Ugh, I was so annoyed. But then I gave this guy a ring, Joseph Green, and he totally sorted it out for me. He was really nice and helped me with the payment problem super quickly. Now my order is on its way, yay! Big thanks to Joseph, you're the best!

    I've just ordered a personalised gift for a friend's birthday from this company. I was drawn in by the promise of a quick delivery, as I needed it in time for the celebration. Unfortunately, I was let down and annoyed when the delivery didn't come within the 2-3 business days they said it would. As a new customer, this has made me doubt the company's reliability and efficiency. The website was easy to use, but I'd advise others to consider elsewhere if they need something delivered quickly.

    Angelina a vraiment été très réactive dès que je lui ai exposé le problème rencontré sur mon projet qui ne peut plus être chargé. Elle a tout de suite répondu à mes questions et attentes sur le problème que je rencontre sur le site, qui ce dernier est en cours d'études par le service technique.
    Angelina est très efficace et à l'écoute du client ce qui est très important pour moi. Elle a pris en compte aussi mes préoccupations.

    I have ordered in many occasions products that helped me bring joy and happiness to my dear ones. Thank you PrinterPix for the support you gave me in offering a qualitative experience, not only a surprise, to my loved ones!

    I also want to review the Customer Service support, which proved reliable on each an very occasion. I was served very well and with care for my wellbeing, not only for my purchases, by Kayla.

    The waiting time for reaching a consultant has dropped. It was more difficult during the lockdown, but now they are doing an amazing job sorting out issues, so please contact them if you need to.

    Unable to complete order online, assistance from customer service

    I had a bit of trouble when I tried to place my order on the website - there were some problems with the payment and my orders kept being marked as "invalid number." Feeling a bit annoyed, I thought it best to contact customer service for some help.

    Turns out, Joseph Green from the support team was a gem. He was really understanding and didn't rush me at all. Joseph listened carefully to my issues, walked me through the fix step by step, and even helped me pay for my books using a voucher. Everything went really well in the end and I was super pleased with the result.

    Fast delivery service disappointment

    I recently ordered a next day delivery service for a birthday present, but unfortunately, the production and delivery got delayed. The website guaranteed on-time delivery, but I was told it wouldn't arrive until at least 5 days later. Even though they promised to refund me for the express service and postage, I still haven't received anything. The incorrect delivery times on the website have really annoyed me and caused a lot of inconvenience. I'm starting to think about taking legal action.

    Recent payment issue resolved quickly

    I've been using this company for ages and I've always been happy with what they offer. But, the other day I had a problem with my payment not working. So, I got in touch with customer service and they were really quick to help. They suggested I switch from Edge to Chrome and, would you believe it, that fixed everything! My order went through no problem. Now I'm just waiting eagerly for my photobook to arrive. Massive thanks to the customer service team for sorting it all out so fast!

    Damaged item with no response

    I got my order, but it was damaged, so I tried to get in touch with the company using different methods. Unfortunately, they haven't replied at all. I sent them proof of the damage and asked for a replacement or refund, like they said on their website, but it seems like they don't care about making me happy. I wanted to give the item as a Father's Day present, and now I'm left with nothing and short on money. It's really disappointing how they're treating customers, especially new ones like me. I suggest staying away from this company completely!

    Funeral photo memory book

    I'm really angry about the delivery times advertised by this company. I ordered a photo memory book for my mum's funeral and paid extra for fast production and next day delivery, but the product hasn't even been sent out as they said. The funeral is tomorrow and I don't have this crucial item. When I got in touch with customer services, all they could do was say sorry and offer compensation when the product finally comes. That doesn't make up for not having the book for the funeral. I won't be using this company again and I suggest others avoid them too.

    I recently ordered some photo albums from this company, but when they arrived one of them was damaged. I got in touch with customer service and spoke to a guy named Joseph Green. He was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly. Joseph organised for a new set of albums to be printed and sent to me. I was really impressed with how fast they dealt with my problem and the great customer service Joseph provided.

    Poster print of my son's artwork

    I recently ordered a poster print of my son's A level artwork from this company. Unfortunately, the entire process was quite disappointing. I waited for what felt like a very long time for the print to arrive, only to find that it was completely wrong when it did. I immediately reached out through their contact portal, but received no feedback for several days. After resorting to email, it took them a few more days to respond and promise a replacement. However, more than a week later, I still haven't heard anything back and the date by which I needed the print has already passed. Overall, I would not recommend this company, especially if you need something important done.
