    Prominence Support has been in the forefront of providing necessary insurance for my home appliances and I am liking everything I get from the company. First, my dryer would have had me financially distressed if not that it was under home appliance insurance with Prominence Support. As such, when it suddenly got faulty, Prominence Support did what was expected of them. The same thing happened to my freezer and that would have cost me some money to put it back but that didn't happen because Prominence Support also did what was equally expected of them. The fact that the company has the culture of living up to their responsibility is enough for everyone to want to do business with the company.

    New dishwasher

    My dishwasher was giving me problems, so I decided to give Prominence a call. The engineer who came over to take a look was really friendly, but, unfortunately, couldn't fix it. Luckily, I was able to get a brand new shiny dishwasher as a replacement, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. I would definitely recommend them, although it did take a tad longer than I would have liked - a whole three weeks to get everything sorted. They could definitely work on speeding things up a bit.

    My time dealing with this company has been quite disappointing. It took them ages to even get me my policy sorted, which should have been a warning sign from the start. And when I needed to claim for a broken household appliance, their response was slow and really lacking any sense of urgency. I had to call them multiple times just to get an update, and then they sent a repair person who had to come from far away and could only make it two weeks later. In the end, I decided to reach out to my local repairer who managed to fix everything the next day. Although they did eventually pay for the repairs, I was pretty surprised to receive a renewal notice with a premium twice as much as the first year. It goes without saying, I won't be sticking with this company for another year.

    Mum's Cooker fixed

    My mum's cooker was acting up, so I gave Prominence Support a ring for some help. They sorted out a time for an engineer to pop over and sort it out. The engineer ordered the necessary parts, then came back to fix the issue. Now my mum's cooker is back to working like a dream. And the best part? Prominence Support footed the bill, so we didn't have to shell out a penny. I would absolutely recommend their service.

    TV insurance purchase

    I've just bought TV insurance from this company, but I've been a bit disappointed with their service up to now. It's been three weeks since I first got in touch with them, and even after sending three emails asking for a call back, I still haven't heard anything. This lack of communication is worrying, and it's making me wonder how reliable their customer service really is. It's frustrating not getting the help they said they'd provide, especially when it comes to something as important as TV insurance. I really hope they can speed up their response time and make sure customers get called back when they ask for it.

    Washing machine insurance claim

    Well, basically, I had to give this company a ring when my washing machine packed in on the 17th of May. They got an engineer out pretty sharpish, but things just went downhill from there. The engineer reckoned they needed to swap out some bits or give me a new machine altogether. But then, it dragged on for absolute ages before they actually did anything about it. I had to keep calling and emailing, and no one was getting back to me at all. It was really frustrating! In the end, I had to fork out for a new machine myself because they were taking so long. It ended up costing me a bunch of money on top of what I'd already shelled out for the insurance. It was an absolute nightmare, and I definitely won't be using them again. It's been such a nightmare, and I just want to give everyone a heads up not to bother with this company. It's just not worth it. I've even tried to get in touch to complain, but they're not even giving me the right info on how to do it properly. Really annoying!

    Insurance renewal

    I've had a really bad experience with this company. Their agent has been bothering me since late March and early April to renew my insurance, even though it's not due until June. I kept asking them to stop calling me, but they just wouldn't listen and kept pestering me with reminders. Recently, my bank told me that they rejected Prominence's payment request, which I'm actually glad about because I've decided not to renew my insurance with them this year. This whole thing caused my bank to block my card, and it was a real pain to sort out. This isn't the first time something like this has happened - it happened last year too. Because of all this hassle, I won't be using this company again in the future.

    I bought an extended warranty from this company not too long ago and honestly, I'm really let down by the service I've been getting. I've tried emailing them multiple times but haven't heard anything back.     I got in touch recently to ask about getting insurance for a few things in my house. At first, they replied quickly and gave me all the information I needed. But after I said we didn't want the insurance anymore, they kept contacting me a lot, which was a bit annoying. I sent some emails to try and clear things up, but got no reply. Today, I was on hold for more than an hour, waiting to speak to someone. And the option for a callback didn't work properly, which made me even more frustrated. Overall, my experience with customer service hasn't been great - it's been disappointing and not very efficient.

    Cancelled policy refund issue

    I tried calling and emailing several times but couldn't get through to anyone about getting a refund for my cancelled policy. It was really annoying not getting any help even though I was trying to get in touch.
