Stylish suit for my toddler
I recently got a really smart suit for my little one and I have to say, I was so happy with the quality and service I got from the company. The suit came in a really posh suit bag, making the whole thing feel really special. Incorrect sizes, returns issue
I bought some clothes for my daughters from this company, but the sizes were wrong. I tried to return the items using the label they gave me, but it wasn't a smooth process. Now they're saying they don't do returns with labels, and even though I tried to sort it out, they won't give me a refund because they say they never got the items back. I have proof that I sent the items by recorded delivery at the post office, but Roco is saying that the address I sent it to isn't theirs. This whole thing seems like a scam to me, and I'm really unhappy and frustrated about it.

If you're looking to dress your little one in smart outfits without spending a fortune, this is the place to go. I got my son's suit today and I was quite disappointed. The shirt had stains on the collar and it was obvious that it had been worn before. Additionally, the stitching was coming apart. I would recommend avoiding this product.

Cancelled order due to poor customer service and misleading information
The website says to give them a ring if you need to cancel your order before they send it out, but they didn't give a phone number. When I finally found a number and called, I got an automated message saying they don't take phone calls. So, I had no choice but to just wait for the delivery and then send it back, losing money on delivery and return postage as they don't refund delivery charges. This whole thing has made me change my mind about buying the 7 suits I was going to get over the next few months, so I'll be shopping somewhere else instead.
Returned Product for Refund
I'm a customer of Roco Clothing and I bought something but had to return it for a refund. I did everything as instructed, sent back the item in its original condition, but still haven't got my money back. I've tried getting in touch with their customer service several times but haven't been able to sort this out. It's really frustrating to have such bad communication and service from a company I used to trust. My advice to others is to be careful when dealing with Roco Clothing because their support after purchase is not up to scratch.

And the quality was really poor, some seams were even falling apart when they arrived. Plus, the fabrics weren't like what was shown on the website. It looked like they used cheap knock-offs instead of the real deal, which was a real letdown.
Fancy outfit purchase
I bought this really posh outfit from that shop, but when I tried to take it back because it didn't fit, they claimed I had already worn it! It was still in the packaging, how could I have worn it?! They even tried to show me pictures of supposed marks on the outfit, but it was either a different outfit or just marks from before. They refused to give me a refund at all! I wouldn't recommend trusting them, they're not very reliable!
Two dinner suits with next day delivery
I paid £10 for the delivery, but no one turned up. As a result, my friend had to go without the suits, and the little boy missed the dinner he was supposed to go to. This was my first time buying from this shop, it's fair to say it will be my last. I can't believe they took my money for a service they couldn't deliver. I've never been so disappointed by an online store before.
