Haircut service
I've been going to this hair salon for a while now, and I must say, the staff are always so friendly and polite. The stylists really know their stuff and I've always loved how my hair turns out after a cut. One thing I really like is that they let you know how long the wait will be if it's busy, so you can decide what to do. All in all, I've always had great experiences here and I'll definitely be coming back.

Today I popped into the hairdressers for a haircut at a place I wasn't keen on before, but this time it was great! The staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease, they totally got what I was after for my birthday. Kelly worked wonders with my hair, I felt like a celeb! Kirsty was lovely as well, we had a good natter and they were just so welcoming. I'll definitely be returning, thanks a million ladies! 😘 xxx

I just want to say a big thank you to Maria at the salon for doing such a fantastic job on my haircut and blow dry. She really made sure to understand what I was after and totally nailed it. I walked out of there feeling super happy and really confident with my fresh new style. The whole experience was top quality and I'll definitely be coming back to this salon again.

I went to this salon for the first time and got my hair cut and blow dried by a stylist called Robert. He was really friendly and we talked about what I wanted before he started cutting. The receptionist was also really nice, although I can't remember her name. I thought the experience was great and wanted to leave a review after seeing some negative comments.
Haircut experience
During my recent trip to the salon, I was quite surprised by the introduction of a new QR code booking system. I've been a regular customer there for years, used to just walk in, ask about the wait, and then get my haircut. But this time, they told me I had to scan a QR code to reserve my slot. Personally, I'd used up all my data for the month, so it was a bit inconvenient. Requiring internet to get a notification when it's your turn just seemed unnecessary and annoying. This new way of booking appointments seems to be more for people who are good with technology, not really considering those who might not have internet or a smartphone. It was a shame to see such a big change in the booking process, especially for something as simple as getting a haircut.
Haircut for two-year-old grandson
I had a terrible time at the salon. I went to the one in Hempstead Valley and there wasn't a single customer there, but they said I had missed my slot even though I was only three minutes late. The staff, both of them, were really rude and even accused me of damaging the door as I left. When I asked them to remove my number from their system because of GDPR rules, they said no. It was obvious they weren't interested in helping me at all. I definitely won't be going back to that salon again.
Right point for cutting..
Hey, make cutting rates more affordable . Normally I use to do it through your expert hairdresser.
But last month when I was in Australia, I did same cut which was lessor then you. You can't say I was outsider so they given any discount,because trend is shoppers charge more from foreigners.

I popped into the salon in town to get my hair done. The staff there were lovely and chatted to me while I was getting my hair cut. The lady who cut my hair was great - we had a good chat. My sister went shopping while I was there, but I didn't mind because the lady did such a good job. I reckon I'll go back to that salon for my next haircut.
Long layered haircut
I recently got a long layer haircut and it turned out to be the worst haircut I've ever had! The hairdresser said she had 8 years of experience, but it seems like she didn't know how to cut long layers properly. My hair was completely ruined and I definitely won't be going back there. I was really disappointed with the service overall.

I had an amazing time at the Leicester branch today. Beth was so helpful and talented, she gave me a brilliant colour and haircut. I was really happy with how it turned out and will definitely go back as long as Beth is still there. Overall, it was a fantastic service that I would definitely recommend to others.

When I went to that place, it was an absolute nightmare. The hairdresser didn't seem to know what they were doing and ended up ruining my hair completely. It honestly looked like they were using ordinary kitchen scissors instead of proper tools. The highlights were all patchy and the style they gave me made me look like I'd been electrocuted. I had to shell out even more money to get it sorted out somewhere else. Definitely steer clear of that place, it's not worth it!

My visit to that salon was really underwhelming. The hair stylist was so rushed and unfocused, she even stopped to answer a phone call while cutting my hair and ended up giving me a messy and uneven haircut. The whole vibe in there was off, with the stylist seeming bored and unenthusiastic about what she was doing. I left feeling really unhappy with how my hair turned out and I definitely wouldn't suggest this place to anyone else.

The person who cut my hair, Tom, did an amazing job and I absolutely love the haircut he gave me. He's a real artist and I'll definitely be visiting him every two weeks. Thanks so much, Tom! 😁🫡
Haircut disappointment
Today, I went to get my hair cut, but I was really disappointed with the service. The hairdresser didn't pay attention to what I wanted; one side ended up longer than the other, and she ignored my ask to thin out my thick hair. I left feeling annoyed and unhappy with how my hair looked. I couldn't wait to put it up in a ponytail once I left as I felt really unattractive. To sum up, it was a awful experience, and I wouldn't suggest this salon to anyone.

Rachel at the salon really took note of what I wanted, unlike a lot of other hairdressers I've been to. I asked for a particular cut and she nailed it. She was also really friendly and made the whole visit enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning.
Trim gone wrong
I went in for a fringe trim but it turned out to be a total disaster! The stylist was rushing and it came out looking awful - all uneven and way too straight across. It was nothing like the pictures I had shown them. I won't be returning there for sure. I could have done a much better job on my own at home!
Got haircut, pixie cut
I went to get my haircut today and honestly, it was a total disaster! I specifically asked for a pixie cut, even showed them a picture of the style I wanted. But somehow, I ended up with this really short and uneven mess on my head. It was nothing like how I asked for it to be blended and I was so let down. And to top it off, it was so pricey!
Daughter's haircut
I took my daughter to that hair salon for a trim and honestly, it was awful. The hairdresser, who we'll call Zara, was so unfriendly! We arrived a bit late due to traffic, and she didn't even offer to wash my daughter's hair. When I asked for layers, she questioned why I wanted them! I mean, seriously, isn't it my decision? The worst part was when she cut my daughter's hair too long. I asked for it to be shorter, but she refused! Can you believe it? So unprofessional. And then when she had to fix it, she was really moody about it. It was just a terrible experience, to be honest.
Recent haircut
I popped into the salon for a haircut after a good 4 years and I was absolutely impressed by the top-notch service I got from the stylist. Sasha not only made me look and feel amazing with my new hairstyle but also brought a really positive and lively vibe to the salon.
