Free standing tube
I needed a new freestanding bath in my bathroom. The old ones I've got are broken. It can't be repaired so I didn't bother to waste my money. I wanted to get another quality one. I order from VictoriaPlum. In terms of pricing, it is quite affordable. I made the payment and got my delivery. It was installed in my bathroom. I lived it. Made of high-quality material. Color white. Easy passage of water and water filter. very comfortable. I live the overall built of the free-standing baths. I ordered a new one for my mom too. I got my orders just last week. My mom loves them too.

My interaction with the customer service rep, Melissa, was brilliant. She was really helpful and quick to respond during the whole purchasing process. This was my first time using this company, and having a dedicated account manager like Melissa made a big difference. The whole process, from design right up to delivery, went really smoothly and was totally hassle-free. After our first chat about the design, the designer came back to us with a great plan that was exactly what we were after. Then, when it was time to place our order, we had a few tweaks to make. Ahsan, the customer service rep, was amazing - he updated our quote, found some new items, made sure we got the best price possible, and sorted out for everything to be delivered on the same day. It was all just really easy and stress-free.

I must say, this company really impressed me. The bathroom products I bought were top quality. But what really impressed me was the fantastic customer service. I had a small problem with one of the handles on my vanity, and the assistant, Zubair Mughal, was amazing. He sorted it out in no time, with no trouble at all. I will definitely come back to this company for my next project, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for bathroom products.
Error/missing items in order
I had a bit of a problem with my order - some stuff was missing and things I didn't order were sent instead. I managed to sort it out by talking to someone from customer service, who sorted out the missing items and arranged for the wrong one to be picked up. It's been a bit of a hassle though, as I had to cancel my plumber appointment already.
replacement item
That lady Zubair Mughal from customer service was brilliant! She sorted out my replacement item really quickly and the new one was sent out straight away. It was such a relief!

Shower enclosure purchase
The customer service was great, Rimsha was super helpful in sorting out my refund quickly. But I was a bit let down to learn that Victoria Plum charges £59.99 for returning large items. So, I decided to use my own courier, DPD, for just £20, which saved me a good bit of cash. It would be awesome if Victoria Plum could rethink their return fees because they seem a bit steep compared to other choices out there.

I just bought a shower from this company and I have to say, the customer service was brilliant. The agent, Atta, really knew his stuff and was so helpful. Shower purchase in black
I bought a black shower, but I had some issues with it. Luckily, when I contacted customer service and spoke to a lady named Laiba, she was very helpful and managed to resolve everything for me. The instructions were simple to understand, and Laiba explained everything clearly. She was so friendly and helped me fix the problem over the phone. Excellent customer service!
New loo seat
I rang up to inquire about a new toilet seat, and this bloke named Waqas was dead helpful. He worked out which one I needed and then shot over a link for payment. He even stayed on the line with me until I'd finished paying. Now, that's what I call top-notch service!

The delivery man and Zubair Mughal were really great and helped me with all my questions so quickly. I will definitely be buying from here again!
Item mix-up
The customer service was really great when I got the wrong item. Malik was attentive and really helped me sort out the issue. He reassured me that the wrong item would be picked up and returned at no extra cost to me. I'm still waiting for everything to be sorted out completely, but I have to say, the service I got from Malik was excellent.
Replacement toilet seat
I recently had a problem with a broken toilet seat that was delivered to me. HASHIM from customer service was really helpful in sorting out the issue quickly. He said he would send a replacement seat the next day, which was important for my project. I'm really impressed with the great customer service I got.

I recently got a whole bathroom from here and it was absolutely fantastic. The lady who assisted me, Melissa, was really friendly and made sure I found everything I was looking for. They had a wide selection of items to choose from and the prices were much more affordable compared to other places.

I bought a shower enclosure from this store and honestly, it was a total nightmare. The actual product was fine, but the customer service was a disaster. Dealing with problems with my order took ages to sort out, except for one helpful customer service person. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Bath panel pack exchange
My experience with the customer service at this company was really disappointing. I tried to exchange a bath panel pack online, but instead of getting any useful help, it felt like the advisor was just trying to make me pay more at every opportunity. They kept pushing me to just return the item, which would have meant paying extra for delivery of the new product. That kind of behaviour is just not on - it's not right or fair. It left me feeling really fed up and let down by the service I got.
Shower door handle missing
I recently bought a few things, including a shower door handle. When I opened the box to install the handle, I found out it wasn't in there. I contacted customer service, but they told me that because I didn't check the box within 7 days of getting it, they wouldn't send me a new handle. It was really disappointing and annoying. I've bought from them before with no problems, but how they dealt with this was just not right. They wouldn't even think about the handle being missing. Besides this problem, the product was actually pretty good quality.
Missing bath fittings
I had a bit of an issue with missing pieces from my bath set, but Osama Malik was really quick to help me out. He was very kind and arranged for next day delivery. I'm really looking forward to receiving it! I didn't mind waiting on hold to talk to him because he was so helpful and polite.
