I popped into your store the other day to get my eyes tested and pick out some new varifocal glasses. I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got - everyone was so nice and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Before I saw the optician, they even offered me a scan that gave some details about my lashes and eye pressure. The eye test itself was really thorough and showed that my varifocal prescription needed a bit of tweaking. The assistant then helped me pick out a new pair of glasses with the updated lenses. I found a pair that I absolutely love, and now I can't wait for them to arrive!

I recently picked up my new glasses and contact lenses, the staff at the shop were so friendly and helpful. They took the time to ensure my glasses were a perfect fit for me. I also enjoyed browsing their cool selection of frames. I'm new to wearing contact lenses, but they made me feel at ease and showed me how to wear them correctly. On top of that, they gave me a free pair of glasses at half price with my contact lens subscription, which was a nice surprise. I absolutely love my new Armani Exchange glasses and my Polaroid contact lenses are incredibly comfortable.

I went and bought some contact lenses for my daughter at the York Askham Bar store the other day, and I have to say, the service we got was top-notch. The Store Manager, Angeline, was so helpful and really went out of her way to help us. The Optician who helped my daughter was lovely - really patient and kind, they took the time to explain all the different contact lens options to us and made sure we understood everything. Overall, it was a really easy and hassle-free experience, all thanks to the amazing service we got from the staff at that store.
Eye test and purchasing new glasses
I had a great time at the store, everything went smoothly. The staff were really welcoming and guided me through the pre-screening for my eye test efficiently. The optician, Ariana, was so professional yet friendly, she made me feel really comfortable during the examination. She explained everything clearly and suggested a new pair of glasses. Geoff helped me pick out frames, he knew his stuff and was really patient, giving me good advice without being pushy. Ordering was easy, now I can't wait to get my new glasses!
Eye problem diagnosed
I've been struggling with my eyesight for a while and it's been a real nuisance. I kept going back to the same store, but each time I just kept splurging on new glasses that didn't seem to do much good. I had a terrible time with my old opticians so I thought I'd give a new store a go. I found a great pair of frames here that I really liked and decided to try them out. The staff at this store were amazing - really friendly, welcoming, and made sure they listened to what I needed. I recently got myself a new pair of glasses and I must say, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff member who helped me out, Katie Frith from Yeovil, was truly amazing. She put a lot of thought and effort into finding me the right pair of glasses that not only look good on me but also cater to my needs. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and I couldn't have asked for better service. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience.

I popped into the opticians to get myself some new glasses and honestly, the people there were just lovely! The guy who was helping me, Shalik, was so patient and really helped me choose the best frames. They even had an optician on site who checked my eyes there and then, so I didn't have to traipse off somewhere else. All in all, it was a great experience and I walked out of there feeling really pleased with my new glasses.

I arrived early and was really impressed by how friendly the staff were. They quickly did my eye test. The sales agent was great, they helped me choose the best option and even mentioned using Klarna to pay. Thanks to that, I could split the cost over three payments which was a big help for my budget. I highly recommend the Tesco branch in Newry, especially because there's free parking in a covered car park.

The eye exam I had at the store was great, the optician really knew their stuff and did a really thorough check. But, it was really busy there because a colleague was being trained, so they needed someone else to help out. Sadly, we ended up leaving without getting what we needed because the store was just too hectic.
Replacement glasses order
I have to say, getting my new glasses sorted was easy and quick. But the service I've had after buying them has been really poor. Although they told me they'd send my glasses out, I haven't heard anything since the first email confirming my order. The courier has been waiting for my glasses for days now, and I'm starting to think they might never show up. The fact that they're not keeping me in the loop and following up properly is really annoying.
