Samsung Galaxy S20 FE
I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE for my wife from this store. At first, I was a bit unsure because the price was lower than buying directly from Samsung, but I decided to give it a go. And I'm really happy I did! The phone arrived quickly, just like they said - it was brand new and ready to use in the UK. The money I saved was quite a lot, and the free next day delivery with Royal Mail was a nice surprise that made the whole experience even better. The phone being a European model didn't cause any problems, and it's been working perfectly since we got it. The FE model is doing everything we need it to do, and the customer service from Chitter Chatter was excellent. Overall, it was a really good experience with no hidden drawbacks, just a genuine bargain.
Replacement phone purchase
I needed a new phone in a hurry because my old one had stopped working. I tried to purchase one from a different seller, but they asked for copies of my passport, household bills, and so on, which was a bit of a hassle. I bought an iPhone from this shop not long ago, and sadly, it's having a few problems. It's still covered by the 12-month warranty, so I decided to get in touch with their customer service via email. I was hoping they'd quickly let me know what to do next. But, I've sent them 3 emails and left 2 voicemails, and I've not heard back from them at all. This lack of response is really disappointing and not very professional. I'm thinking about taking this further and seeking advice from Citizens Advice or Trading Standards. It's just not right for a company to offer a warranty and then ignore customers trying to get in touch with them.

I bought a refurbished phone from this place not too long ago and was a bit surprised to find out it wasn't a UK version. The customer service team sorted it out quickly though and told me that the charger they gave me was a genuine UK Samsung one. They also helped me set up the phone with English as the default language, which was easy peasy. It would have been better if they had been clearer from the start about the re-boxing and charger situation, but I did like that they were upfront about why the price was lower than usual.

I bought a refurbished phone from this place 10 months ago and it's been terrible! The battery doesn't last, it keeps freezing and not working properly, Face ID is hit or miss, and no one can hear me on calls. It's really frustrating!
