    SIM card purchase

    I recently got a SIM card from this mobile network, and I have to say, their customer service is brilliant! The lady I spoke to, Christine (ID 30197), was extremely helpful and friendly. Normally, free customer service is not great, but she completely changed my mind. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, as my experience was fantastic. I've actually received more assistance from them than from other major network providers. I'm really pleased with their service.

    So, my old SIM card was completely ruined from using it for so many years and everything, you know? I dialed this number *322# and this girl Devi picked up, she was absolutely fantastic! She assisted me in transferring my old number to a new SIM card really quickly! Devi was like a professional, so friendly and understanding, she truly deserves recognition!     Switching physical sim to e-sim

    I had a chat with a staff member called Danica, her Employee ID is 30219. Danica was really patient, listened carefully, and understood my problem well. She gave me clear and helpful advice on how to change from a physical sim to an e-sim. It was a smooth process and took away all the frustration I had from being given wrong information before. I was really happy with the help Danica gave me, she was very professional and knew her stuff.

    I find too many big brands of telecommunication companies, but there are still some emerging bigger companies.
    I love their rates and services, they have pay-as-you-go basis rates , very easy to get and go around.
    International rates are also reasonable.

    eSIM not received

    So, I ordered this eSIM thing, right, and they went ahead and took my money, but I haven't received the sim card! I'm unable to contact customer service since I don't have the sim details which they were supposed to send. I attempted to reach out to them on Twitter as advised, but guess what? No response! I'm starting to wonder if they're a genuine company or just a dodgy scam.

    I had a bit of trouble with my internet bundle and contacted customer service for help. An agent called Marouane assisted me in sorting through the issue. He quickly found and cancelled the wrong bundle, setting up the right one for me. Marouane spoke clearly and double-checked important numbers to make sure everything was correct. I really appreciate his helpful and professional service in fixing my problem.

    I had a great experience with the customer service rep, Gaile. She was so helpful and knowledgeable when I was asking about my mobile phone plan. It was the best customer service I've ever had! Gaile really took the time to listen to all my questions and gave me all the info I needed in a simple and clear way. She was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. It really made a difference.

    eSim swap after handset upgrade

    Connecting with an agent took ages, but when I finally got through, Ailene was a real hero. She really knew what she was doing and assisted me with swapping my eSim after upgrading my phone. I reckon this kind of thing should be doable online, but at least Ailene made it all hassle-free. On the whole, the service was decent, but waiting so long was just daft.

    Bad signal and awful customer service

    The signal used to be amazing - could chat with my friends all day no problem. But now, it's so rubbish I struggle to even send a text! And don't even mention the customer service - waiting 2-3 weeks for a response is just ridiculous. And when they do finally reply, they're useless! It's like banging your head against a brick wall!

    I had a really bad time with the mobile service plan. The customer service is practically non-existent - they haven't responded to my complaints about the app not showing my data usage correctly. Trying to set up a direct debit has been a total nightmare, I've tried multiple times but nothing has worked. The messages I've received are really bad and don't help me sort out any issues. All in all, I'm really disappointed with the service and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

    I bought a SIM card from this company and had a bit of trouble. I saw some charges on my credit card that I didn't make right after using the card online. I looked into it and it seems like my details may have been leaked during a data breach from this company. They've had security problems before, and it's worrying to see that they haven't done enough to keep their customers' info safe. If you've been hit by this breach or any others, I suggest getting in touch with the ICO for help.

    I've just had a really bad experience with this company - they leaked my card details to scam companies. It's been a total nightmare and I've had to go through the hassle of cancelling and reordering both of my cards. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using this company at all because they clearly have serious security issues.

    I had a bit of a worrying situation with my account recently when someone pinched my credit card details. I had to cancel the dodgy card and put my new one on my account, but then I found out I couldn't keep my current plan going. When I called up the customer service line, they weren't much help and I struggled to get what they were saying. The one thing that was clear was that Lycamobile reckoned it wasn't their fault my credit card went missing.

    Anyway, after all that hassle, I've decided to switch over to a different provider. I've also heard about data leaks with credit card info going on, which might be connected to my card getting nicked. So, I'd say best to steer clear of this company for your mobile needs.

    I wouldn't recommend using this company - my bank details were stolen. They didn't offer a proper apology, they cut off their service, and I was penalised. I'm definitely changing providers.
