Quick upgrade process
My recent experience with The Smartphone Company was really good. Getting my phone upgraded was quick and easy, which was great. However, there was a small issue with the Track Order option not working properly, so I didn't know what was happening with my order for a few hours. It would have been helpful to get updates during this time. Once they sorted out the problem, I did get texts letting me know how my order was going, and even the name and number of the delivery driver. This communication made me feel more confident in the company. Despite the little hiccup at the start, I was happy with the service and I'll definitely think about using The Smartphone Company again in the future.
Quick delivery, good customer service but an issue with account access
The process of ordering was really easy and everything went smoothly, I was so pleased with how quickly my purchase arrived the next day. The customer service team were excellent, they were very helpful and polite, sorting out any questions I had straight away. Unfortunately, I did have a bit of trouble trying to get into my account online. I rang the helpline twice and asked for a new password through email, but I never got the information I needed to fix the issue. It was really annoying and inconvenient because I couldn't access important account details. I really hope they can sort this out quickly so that it doesn't cause any more trouble for other customers.
Smartphone purchase
I recently bought a new smartphone and I thought I'd give you some feedback on how it all went. Choosing and ordering the phone was really easy and the people working there knew what they were talking about, so I felt like I was making a good choice. The price was fair and I think I got a good deal for what I paid. The delivery was quick and the phone came in perfect condition. Quick and reliable purchase
I ordered something from this company on the 14th of January. Surprisingly, I got an email the next day confirming my order had been accepted. The product arrived to me before 10am on the 16th of January, which was really impressive. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, which helped calm my nerves after reading some bad reviews. I have to say, I was really happy with the service I got from this company. It was a really great experience overall.
Phone purchase
I recently got a phone from this company and honestly, it was a terrible choice. They convinced me to buy some dodgy insurance that I didn't even ask for. Then, when my phone stopped working, they sent me not just one or two, but three faulty phones! And to top it all off, they're now claiming I broke the third one and demanding that I cough up the money. Like, seriously?! My advice: steer clear of this company, they're absolutely awful!!
Cashback and Account Issues
I had a terrible time with this company. First off, I couldn't even get into my account because they didn't recognise the email I used. When I tried to get my cashback, I got an error saying my order reference was wrong. On top of that, getting through to customer service was a nightmare - I was stuck on hold for over an hour twice. It seems like they draw you in with great cashback offers, but then make it really hard to actually get them. Definitely one of the worst company experiences I've had.
Smartphone upgrade
As a customer at The Smartphone Company, I recently upgraded my smartphone and I have to say, I was really impressed with the variety of options they had. The staff were really clued up about the products and they helped me pick out the best one for what I needed. I liked that the pricing was clear and the ordering process was quick. All in all, I had a really good experience buying from them.
Second order in 3 years
This is the second time I've ordered from you in the last 3 years, and I've got to say, it was just as easy, simple, and reasonably priced as my first time. I really liked how straightforward it was to place my order and see the pricing clearly. You won't be seeing loads of orders from me, but I'm definitely satisfied with the service. Cheers!

I recently had a really annoying experience with The Smartphone Company when I tried to place an order. I ordered on 2/12/19 but never got an email to set up an account, just a reminder about items in my basket. Then I got a text asking for more details and to log in to my account that didn't even exist. The lack of clear communication and not being able to access my account drove me mad. On top of that, when I called customer service, I was on hold for over an hour with no answer. I'm worried that this poor service will continue when my cashback deal needs to be paid. In general, dealing with The Smartphone Company has been disappointing and a waste of time.
Smartphone order
I am absolutely appalled by the service from The Smartphone Company. I ordered a smartphone on the 25th of November, and it's now the 5th of December, and I still haven't received it. Despite quickly providing all the information they asked for in emails, I have heard nothing back from them. I sent numerous follow-up emails to check on the progress, but got no response. When I finally got through to someone on the phone on the 4th of December after waiting on hold for 50 minutes, they promised to dispatch the phone that same day. But now, on the 5th of December, I still have no phone, no confirmation emails, and I'm back at the beginning, trying to reach customer service on the phone, with a hold time of 35 minutes and counting. This is just not acceptable.
Delayed Order Delivery
I'm really not happy with the customer service I've been receiving from The Smartphone Company. I've called their hotline seven times now and every time I speak to a new person, but no one seems to be able to help me. It's frustrating that they can't just pass my issue on to the provider. On top of that, I've also sent emails to The Smartphone Company, but I haven't had any response.
Smartphone ordered on 1st September
I bought a smartphone from The Smartphone Company online on the 1st of September. I waited for 14 days, but didn't get any updates on shipping or delivery, so I sent an email to ask for clarification. Sadly, I didn't get any response. I then tried calling their hotline and had to wait for 45 minutes before I finally got to speak to a customer service representative. They promised to investigate immediately, but so far, no action has been taken. I would advise others to avoid this company and not make any future purchases from them.
24-month contract, cashback process
I recently finished a 2-year contract with the company, and it involved a bit of a complex cashback process. I managed to claim most of my cashback successfully, except for the final claim. It was denied at first because it was supposedly outside the claim period. However, after I took the issue to the Head Office, they sorted it out and I got my final cashback in the end.
In my view, the whole cashback process could do with some simplification to avoid confusion and give customers a smoother experience. One idea is to send notifications to customers at the start of each cashback period, laying out clear instructions on how to make successful claims. Until they do that, my advice to cashback customers would be to regularly check in with the company every few months to see where their claims are at.Disappointing customer service

Recently, I bought a mobile phone contract from The Smartphone Company and it's been really frustrating. Oh my gosh, I was really looking forward to getting some cashback when I bought that phone. It's been over a year now and I still haven't received it. It's a complete joke, isn't it? Really not happy about it, definitely won't be using them again!
