Bus transportation review
The bus service was great, honestly better than I expected! The seats were super comfy and the whole bus was clean the whole way. Even though we left a bit late, we got to our destination on time. The staff were really lovely, friendly, and helpful to everyone. Just to mention, this service is like a fancy charter bus with quick stops in big cities, so there might be a few small delays. In general, it's perfect if you want a reliable and affordable way to travel, especially for daily commutes or saving money on trips. I'd definitely use this bus service again for work trips, and maybe even for holidays too!

Round trip bus booking from Sakarya to Izmir
I'm currently a PhD student from Algeria, and I just booked a return bus trip from Sakarya to Izmir online. The bus I took was really comfy and the staff were super nice and helpful during the journey. However, I was a bit bummed because the bus left late on the way there. On the way back, I found out that the bus had left without me on time, but the staff were really kind and helped me out by getting me on another bus and making sure I was alright.

Busbud booking experience
I recently booked a trip with Busbud through a third-party platform that included both a bus and a boat cruise. The bus part of the journey was great, but we had some issues with the boat cruise. There weren't clear instructions on where to get off for the boat, so we ended up missing it and wasting money. I've done similar trips in other countries, and there's always been proper guidance, but sadly that wasn't the case with Busbud. It was really annoying to miss out on something because of poor communication.
Return trip to Lisbon
This was my first time trying out this service, and I have to admit, I was actually quite pleased with it. Everything went really smoothly, starting from the beginning right through to the end. I got a lovely message the day before my trip as a little reminder, which I thought was a really nice touch. The bus was really comfy, the temperature was just right, and the driver was really efficient.

Timely journey, distracted driver, erratic driving style
My journey was mostly on time, which was good, but I was a bit let down by the driver. It was pretty clear that he wasn't really paying attention and seemed distracted. He kept switching between the gas and brake pedals a lot, which made the journey quite bumpy and awkward. It kind of spoilt what would have otherwise been a nice trip.

Buying the ticket online was really easy. When I arrived at the bus station in Montréal, everything was organised well and getting on the bus was a breeze. The staff were super friendly and stayed calm the whole 3.5 hours to Quebec City. The coach was comfy, but a shame it didn't have WiFi.

My trip from Ottawa to Oshawa by train was just incredible. The views were absolutely stunning and the train itself was really comfy and tidy. I just wish there were more routes to different parts of Canada every day.
Late arrival, cold aircon, dishonest driver
My experience with this bus company was terrible. The bus was more than an hour late and nobody told us why. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than helping frustrated passengers. It was freezing inside the bus the whole time, so it was really uncomfortable. And then the driver lied about fixing the air conditioning. It was just an awful experience - felt like being trapped in a mobile morgue.
Stranded in the middle of CPT & JHB due to police action
I've been stuck in the middle of nowhere for more than 24 hours because the police confiscated the bus. We haven't had any assistance, food, or a way to bathe, and it's getting chilly out here. The company, Wezwe (Gertse), hasn't done anything to help us, and we're all desperately looking for a solution. It's been nearly three days now, and things are looking really bad. People are hungry, exhausted, and the kids are struggling. It's a terrible situation, and we're not receiving the support required.

I was really disappointed with the service I got from this company. The staff were so unhelpful and unfriendly, which made the whole experience really unpleasant. The legroom on the bus was really limited, so I felt really cramped and uncomfortable for the whole journey. And to top it off, the bus turned up at my destination thirty minutes late, which was really frustrating and inconvenient. All in all, I was really let down by the service and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone else.
Booking a bus with unreliable service
I tell you what, Busbud is no trouble at all. I've used it before with no problems at all. The booking process is easy, interface is user-friendly - what more could you want? But this time, the bus I booked was a total disaster. It was nothing like what was shown on the website. Uncomfortable seats, broken air conditioning, and on top of that, it was late. Seriously! I will still use Busbud to book my trips, but I won't be booking that bus again, that's for sure.
Low price, happy trip
The bus ticket was really cheap so I took the opportunity to go visit my son, and I had a brilliant trip. The service was fantastic and the bus actually arrived on time. I was so pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
