Funny thing — I only truly relaxed when the Disney tickets popped into my inbox an hour after booking. We've been using them since 2017, two Orlando trips a year (Covid aside) and usually mix Disney, Universal and Discovery Cove. We needed something reliable — one of us has a dodgy back so wasting time at the gate isn’t an option — and this has been hassle-free. Tickets are gate-ready, never had to ring them from the UK or Florida. Not flawless — sometimes the email sneaks into spam or the site is a tad fiddly — but mostly brilliant.
Fair safety, poor follow-up
Not impressed. The event at Howloscream was cancelled because of Hurricane Milton, which was the right call — safety first — but the customer service after that was poor. I asked Floridatix for a refund since we couldn’t go on another night (we were on a fixed itinerary), and got a brusque reply suggesting we simply rebook or "claim it through your insurance". I started using their site for this trip and thought it would be straightforward, but Jennie’s terse email left me £90 out of pocket. Useful that they prioritised safety, just wish the refund side was handled properly.
Inbox roulette
conflicting info from staff. I'm flying in under 50 days and need to link the tickets to bookings, so it's a proper nuisance. Oddly, the website itself was clear and the payment went through without trouble (that's the surprising bit). Overall the service has been disappointing compared with other ticket sellers I've used. Communication really needs sorting soon.
Kettle pinged, money landed
I was halfway through making a cuppa when my phone pinged — a refund notification for the £80 deposit. Proper relief, honestly. I'd booked a 'Peace of Mind' cover for a family trip to Universal Orlando (paid about £50) and after I cancelled I got radio silence at first, a follow-up mail then a line saying refunds "can take up to 30 days". That felt a bit much compared with BA and Holiday Extras who sorted refunds next day, so I grumbled a bit. But the moment the money landed I knew it was all going to be fine; surprised, almost embarrassed to have doubted them. Useful for cancelling bits of family plans, and they've been fine before. Not perfect timing on replies, but the result mattered in the end.

Smooth, cheaper and actually useful
Overall, really pleased — I went in thinking it might be a faff, but it wasn’t. My travel agent quoted about £2,000 more and I’d never heard of the company, so I did a bit of digging and found FloridaTix. Penny there sorted everything we wanted for the attractions, even tacked lunch on for a couple and there were decent discounts for Florida Mall shopping. Tickets were uploaded straight to the attraction app and that unlocked a few extras, which was handy. There was a tiny mix-up with one time-slot, nothing major, they fixed it quickly. Seems odd others cost so much more, but this worked well, easy to use and friendly — not perfect, but pretty much what we needed. Would use them again next time, I think.

Late in the day, wrong end of the deal
two taxis at about $70 each way and then an extra uber to a viewing venue for about $35. I messaged Floridatix and the first response felt pretty dismissive; it took a few nudges before they offered a $55 refund. Not great, not good either — felt like too little for the hassle and expense. In the end I accepted the partial refund and we did manage to see the launch from a nearby spot, which was decent enough, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. Still, it left a sour taste: ordering was straightforward, but their customer service was slow to own the mistake and the price ended up being high for what we actually got.
Park tickets purchase
I've just bought tickets for three different places to visit in Florida. It's a shame, though, as one of the parks gave me a bit of a rough time and that put me off using the other tickets.
Kennedy Space Centre tickets with promised vouchers
I am really shocked and disappointed with the lack of response and false advertising! We bought tickets for the Kennedy Space Centre expecting to have a $15 lunch voucher per person and a 20% discount voucher for shop purchases included. Unfortunately, when we finally got our tickets after a delay, these vouchers were missing. I tried contacting the company twice through their website to ask about the missing vouchers, but all I got was a short and unhelpful reply saying that we would get them at the check-in desk at KSC. But guess what? No vouchers were given to us at all! It's terrible to promote something and then not follow through with it. I feel like we've been completely tricked!
Group booking at Kennedy Space Centre
I had such a great time getting tickets for Kennedy Space Centre with my school mates! The company had some fantastic deals and even threw in some free food vouchers - so awesome, right? And when I made a mistake and couldn't locate the tickets, they sorted it out for me really quickly and were so lovely about it. I will definitely be using them again!
False price match promise
I purchased some tickets and later discovered that they were being sold at a lower price elsewhere. I got in touch with the seller, but they wouldn't honour the price match policy that was advertised on their website. Turns out, the other company was actually based in the UK, not the US as I was initially informed. Ultimately, they just advised me to cancel my purchase and forfeit my insurance payment. I'd much rather support a business that is true to their word.
Universal Tickets purchase
I recently purchased tickets for Universal and it was absolutely fantastic! The company responded to my emails quickly and Penny was extremely helpful in securing me a great deal and ensuring I received my tickets promptly. I will definitely be suggesting them to my friends and will be using their services again in the future. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I am thrilled with my purchase!
Universal Tickets
I bought tickets for Universal from this website and was happy to see that all the available options were clearly explained with details about what you get with each one. However, I think it could be better if they showed the price for each day for each option, so it's simpler for customers to work out which one is best for them without having to do extra maths.
Family ticket booking
The customer service I got from this company was top-notch. When I booked with Sarah Dale, I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and professional she was. She made it so easy to book tickets for our family trip and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was grateful for her careful planning, making sure our group and the other family we were travelling with had separate bookings but the same tickets.
Mickey's not so scary halloween tickets
I recently purchased tickets for Mickey's not so scary Halloween, and found that this company offered the best prices compared to other options I checked. The service was really efficient, straightforward and hassle-free. Once we arrived at Magic Kingdom, the tickets were easy to use, and we were able to print off all the necessary documents and tickets ourselves before our trip. Disney even transferred them onto our magic band, which made everything even easier.
Date change request
I just got off the phone with this lovely customer service lady called Jenny. She was absolutely fantastic in helping me switch the date of my booking for an upcoming trip to a popular theme park. Jenny's customer service was outstanding, and she turned what could have been a really stressful situation into a positive experience. She really went the extra mile to help me out, and I am truly grateful for her assistance. I have used this service before and I will definitely be using it again in the future. Thanks a lot.
Park tickets purchase
I just wanted to share my recent experience in booking park tickets. I spoke to a lovely lady who was really informative and gave me a quote. She took the time to talk me through all the different ticket options and explained the advantages of each one. Thanks to her advice, my partner and I were able to pick the best package for us. Amazing customer service
I came across this really great website with fantastic offers for things in Florida, but I was a bit hesitant about making a booking so I decided to have a chat with someone first. I phoned up and was connected promptly, speaking with a really friendly person called Sarah. She was lovely and managed to calm my nerves about travelling solo. Sarah even shared some great tips on things to do in Orlando. Surprisingly, my tickets were sorted out immediately despite the possibility of a delay. Floridatix, make sure to look after Sarah as she is amazing!
