Suite booking at a fantastic hotel
I recently stayed at this hotel and booked a suite. The hotel is absolutely fantastic, especially with its beautiful gardens. The room was mostly great, but there were a few small things that could be better, like a broken window lock and the lack of a large mirror.
The best part of our stay was definitely the staff, who were all so friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. We also had our evening meal at the hotel, and it was delicious as well as great value for money. The antipasti starter was very filling, making it difficult to have room for a main course and dessert.
Overall, we had a really lovely experience and will definitely think about coming back in the future.Room service experience
I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Exeter and received exceptional service. When I checked out, I realised I had left my laptop charger in the room, as it happens to many of us. However, the housekeeping team at the hotel were so attentive and went out of their way to find my charger. They quickly passed it to reception, who then organised for it to be sent back to my home with next day delivery. The efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction was really impressive and it made my stay even more pleasant. I can't praise the staff enough for their hard work in making sure guests have a great experience.
Stay at a hotel
My family and I had a great stay at an amazing hotel to celebrate my dad's birthday. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with all our requirements. The room was beautiful, spotless, and they even treated us to complimentary snacks and drinks. We enjoyed a luxurious five-course dinner with perfectly paired wines. The restaurant staff were lovely and provided detailed explanations about the wine and food. After dinner, we relaxed at the bar where the staff were fantastic, recommending drinks and sharing their knowledge. It was a really enjoyable evening and we will definitely return in the future!
Wedding at a boutique hotel
We recently had a fantastic wedding at a lovely boutique hotel. Dewi and the team did a fantastic job with the pre-wedding organisation, staying calm and efficient the whole time. On the actual wedding day, Desi and the operational team were outstanding, making sure everything went without a hitch. The staff, like Sam, Agata, Zoe, and Laszlo, were all really attentive and professional, going the extra mile to make our big day truly unforgettable. We're so thankful for all their hard work and dedication.
Stay for family wedding
My family and I, we booked a few rooms in a hotel in Newcastle for a party before the wedding. The hosts, Vanessa and Pav, they were really great with their service. All the staff, they really went out of their way to make sure we had a good and comfy stay. The rooms were big and the breakfast was top-notch, it really added to our whole experience. We felt so welcome and we'll always remember this amazing stay.

What I felt with my experience staying at Hotel Du Win, Brighton was the overwhelming feeling of hospitality and good service. I forget how impactful it can be.
Rest services are good. Also the restaurants, food serving and room services as well.

Family trip for 50th wedding anniversary
My family and I stayed at this amazing place for my grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary. It was all really great - the staff, rooms, food, everything. We had a fantastic time and did lots of fun things in town. Big thanks to Mary in the restaurant, she was awesome!
Wedding experience
The team at the hotel really tried their best to make our wedding day perfect but, sadly, it felt like the hotel cared more about making money than making our special day memorable. Even though Dewi, Desi, and the rest of the team put in a lot of effort, there were too many events booked at the same time as ours, which caused delays and meant that some important details we had talked about were missed. Our guests liked the venue, but they were worried about the service not being consistent during our stay.
Overnight stay in Wimbledon
My stay at this hotel was a total letdown. The food was really terrible, and the staff didn't seem to care at all when they served it. The room I had was definitely not worth what I paid for it, and the extra cost for parking just added to the disappointment, especially after that awful breakfast. If you're thinking about staying in Wimbledon, I'd suggest looking for somewhere else to stay.
Gift voucher for Christmas
I recently bought a gift voucher for Christmas and I must say, I've been really disappointed with the service I got from the place. After I spent quite a bit on the voucher, I had a few problems. First off, I asked them to date the voucher for Christmas, but the staff said no and that meant I lost a whole month of validity on the voucher. Then, I paid an extra £4.99 for first class delivery so I could get it on time to gift wrap it and send it along with other stuff before going away. But the voucher didn't show up even after 10 days, which was a real hassle and stress. And trying to get hold of customer service for help was a nightmare. On top of all that, they wouldn't give me a refund on the extra delivery charge, which I thought was more about the principle than the money. All in all, I really regret buying from them and wish I had gone with a different hotel group instead.
Stayed at a hotel in Harrogate
I recently stayed at a hotel in Harrogate and honestly, it wasn't great. The room was tiny and really stuffy, which wasn't great. On top of that, they charged me for parking without any heads up! I was really let down by the experience, so I don't think I'll be staying there again.
Stayed at fancy hotel
I've stayed at this posh hotel before and it was fantastic, but this time it was awful! We shelled out £500 for a cramped room, the bar didn't have any red wine, and the room service menu was so basic. Really disappointed!
Stayed in a junior suite, no dressing gowns, slippers, or extra towels, no phone to call reception, no milk for tea or coffee in the morning, two bad chateaubriand dinners.
Me and my family stayed at this place and it wasn't great. Our room didn't have things like dressing gowns or extra towels, and there wasn't even a phone in the room to call reception. What a shame! Then at dinner, we ordered chateaubriand twice and it was really not good. It wasn't a very enjoyable experience.
Stay at a Cambridge hotel
During my recent stay at a hotel in Cambridge, I had a generally positive experience, but there were a few ups and downs. The staff member, Kalpana, gave me a very warm welcome and even wished me a happy birthday, which made me feel really special from the get-go. Despite being new to the company, Kalpana provided exceptional service, and her knowledge and attentiveness were top-notch.
Family stay for son's 1st birthday
Our stay at the hotel for my son's 1st birthday was really disappointing. The front entrance wasn't working, so we had to keep asking reception to open the back entrance each time we came or went. It was a real pain and made us feel unwelcome, especially with the kids. The room we got put in had a dirty bathroom - there were stranger's hairs on the bath mat, yuck! It was really unpleasant, especially when we wanted to give our son a bath. And to make things worse, my son dropped his dummy on the floor and it was covered in dirt and hair. It was really gross and made us feel pretty uncomfortable.
Restaurant review
I visited this place in Cheltenham and it was amazing! The people there were really friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Also, it didn't cost too much so I was really happy. I'm looking forward to going back again!
