    I love traveling because it makes me feel good in life. Each time I travel, I learn new things about the world, the people and the culture of the place. Naturally I dislike staying idle. So any time I finish a project, I'm always itchy to travel. So at one time, I didn't conclude on where to travel to but I had either Madrid or Copenhagen in mind. Initially, I heard complaints about some of the airlines that ply the routes. So I was scared because I hate flight inconveniences even though I like traveling. From my experience with Iberia Express the first time, I decided to use them again, traveling to Madrid. Just like my first experience, I didn't have any complaints till I landed in Madrid. Excellent customer service. Iberia Express is now my first choice carrier whenever I want to travel.

    Quick flight experience

    I wasn't sure about booking a flight with this airline at first because I'd seen some bad reviews, but I thought I'd give it a go for a short trip from Manchester to Madrid. To my surprise, everything went really well. The flight was on time, the crew were nice and helpful, and we even got a little snack on board. It was a good experience all round, and I'd definitely think about flying with them again in the future.

    Business class flight experience

    I had a pretty good experience with the airline overall. The check-in at the special business counter in Madrid was quick, so I could easily get to the departure lounge. The business lounge, even though it was busy, was kept clean, and everything ran smoothly there. The service on the flight was okay, but I was a bit let down when my luggage, with a priority label on it, was one of the last to come out at the baggage claim.

    Bought a seat on a flight

    So, I was on this plane and managed to grab a seat just behind first class. And you won't believe it - the overhead bin right above me was completely empty! But then this member of the cabin crew tells me: "Sorry, you can't use that one, move your bag elsewhere." I mean, come on, it's just some empty space. Can't you be a bit more relaxed about it, crew?

    Alright, so let me tell you, this airline is just awful. When I tried to check in, it was a nightmare - honestly, it was shocking. The staff were really rude and insisted that I put my bag under my seat even though I only had one bag! And then, miraculously, they managed to find space for other people's things. How unfair is that?

    I was so annoyed trying to contact a real person to discuss my issues. Every time I phoned, I was told to ask my questions online. But when I tried to fill out a complaint form on the website, I couldn't get it to go through. The fact that I couldn't get any personal help and kept getting passed around made me really disappointed. It's so irritating when a company doesn't make it easy for customers to get help.

    Flight to Tenerife

    It was great flying to and from Tenerife, although we hit some clouds and bumps, it was still a good time. The crew was really nice, especially with our 4-year-old brother, they made him so happy by letting him say bye to everyone. They were really awesome!

    I've just had the worst time trying to book a flight recently. The website is a disaster, full of glitches and mistakes. I kept trying to put in my details and pick my seats, but the page would crash every time. Customer service didn't help much either, they seemed just as lost as the website. It feels like they don't even want my business!

    Delayed flight with poor communication

    My flight got cancelled just 2 days before I was supposed to leave, and the only alternative they offered was hours later. I did get a refund, but had to fork out a fortune for last-minute tickets. Trying to contact customer service has been useless, as I haven't heard back at all about compensation.

    Flight seat issue

    I decided to pay a bit more to secure seats at the front on my way there and back. But, when I returned home, they changed my window seat to an aisle seat without giving me any heads up. It's been a real pain trying to sort out a refund for this mess. I've been trying to reach customer service for about a month now, but no one has got back to me. My emails are being ignored, and my calls are either being left unanswered or suddenly disconnected. Honestly, this whole customer service situation is just terrible, and it's left me feeling really disappointed with the whole experience.

    Booked wrong flight time

    I messed up when I was booking my flight with this airline, but I found it really annoying how they couldn't sort it out properly. As soon as I saw my mistake, I tried to get in touch with their call centre to cancel the flight. But all they said was that their servers weren't working. I also filled out a form on their website, but the reply I got was just as useless. So, I had no other option but to buy a new ticket, without getting any money back or a proper explanation.

    I was really disappointed with this airline I recently travelled with. Their customer service was terrible, and they left us stranded just an hour before our flight. The lack of communication and how we were treated was really unacceptable. I wouldn't advise anyone to fly with them and I definitely won't be using their services again.

    This airline is a total rip-off. I thought I'd get better service with the plus fare, but I was wrong. Customer service is awful, the website is always faulty, and if you do get through to complain, they just hang up on you. It's shameful. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of flying with this airline. Their service is even worse than any low-cost airline I've been on.

    Delayed flight with connection mishap

    Our flight from Manchester to Malaga, with a connection in Madrid, got delayed, and we were stuck at Madrid airport for a whopping 15 hours with 3 kids, no luggage, and no hotel. I've been trying for 7 months to find out the reason for the delay from the airline so I can make a claim on my travel insurance, but I've had no luck. Iberia caused the delay and the missed connection but won't own up to the fact that it led to us missing out on a hotel, car hire, and more. They're not responding to calls, emails, or messages on social media.

    Tickets for bigger seats and checked baggage

    I was really looking forward to booking my flight with them, I decided to go for the bigger seats and checked baggage. But let me tell you, I was in for a real letdown! They went ahead and changed my ticket and fare last minute, just to avoid any complaints. What a disaster! I reckon it would be ideal for everyone if this company vanished completely, bunch of scammers they are!

    Flight booking issues

    I tried to book a flight with this airline but the website kept crashing three times. Frustrated, I booked with another airline. Later, I got an email confirming the booking from the first airline. I contacted customer service right away to ask for a refund, but I've been facing a lot of resistance and difficulties trying to sort it out. It's been really annoying and I would recommend avoiding this airline.
