Stay at a wellness retreat
I recently stayed at a lovely wellness retreat and I have to say, I was really impressed with the facilities and services they provided. The food was not only tasty but also healthy, suiting all sorts of diets. The staff were so nice and helpful, making sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed. I must mention how incredibly kind the staff in the wellness area were, they really went out of their way to make sure we had a relaxing time. Especially Oxana at the front desk was outstanding in making our stay special, setting a really good example for her colleagues. I would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone in need of a refreshing break.

I just booked a stay at a sanatorium online and I have to say, the booking process was so smooth. Their website was really easy to use, and I could find all the information I needed without any trouble. Thermal resort stay
I had such a great time at the thermal resort. Everything was perfect - the facilities were amazing, the treatments were so good and made me feel refreshed, and the whole place had a really relaxing and luxurious feel. I especially liked that there were lots of different treatments to choose from, and the staff were all really professional and knowledgeable. Paying was easy too, no worries at all, so the whole experience was just stress-free and fun.

Booked Hotel Grand Madonna through this portal
We booked a stay at Hotel Grand Madonna through this site, but when we arrived, we were told there was a mistake and no rooms were available for us. They offered us an apartment instead. After driving for eight hours, we had to lug our suitcases up all those stairs only to find out there was no room for us in a supposed 4-star hotel. The next day, we thankfully found a room in a different hotel. But needless to say, we won't be booking through this portal again.
Supportive team, answered all questions, fulfilled wishes
The team at the Sanatoriums were absolutely amazing, so supportive and really went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. They answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I wanted. I can't thank them enough for making my experience so great. The holiday itself was brilliant too!
Unexpected room reservation issue
When we got to the Sanatorium, we were so surprised because there was no room booked for us. We had to stay at the nearby Hotel Monti for the night before they eventually gave us a suite instead. Even though we had that hiccup at the beginning, the rest of our stay was perfect. It was just a shame we lost a day because of the room mix-up.
Booking flexibility and good prices
The booking process was really simple and straightforward, I could easily customize every part of my stay, from treatments to meal plans. And even after booking, I managed to upgrade to a nicer room without any hassle. It all went really smoothly and efficiently. I'll definitely be using this provider again next year.
Stay at this hotel
Everywhere we went we found the staff to be so friendly. The hotel was really clean and in a great location. Our room was lovely and clean too. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, catering to everyone's taste. The treatments were also really good. We can't wait to come back again.

Spa Medical Room with Sea View
This was my second time booking with the Sanatoriums, but it will definitely be my last. We had booked 2 rooms in the Spa Medical with a sea view and paid extra for it, but what we got were 2 rooms with a partial side view. We had to practically lean over the balcony to catch a glimpse of the sea. When I complained to Sanatoriums, they blamed me for not explicitly mentioning my desire for a sea view! I mean, do you really have to spell out everything when you're already paying extra for a specific service? Additionally, during the booking, various treatments were promised but none of them were mentioned at the hotel or in the voucher. It seems like you have to specify everything during booking, or else you'll just have to settle for the standard service. The company advertises a lot of extras, but if you don't mention them during booking, you'll end up with a much lower standard. They take a lot of money from you and book you into a lower standard without any hesitation. Anyone thinking of booking here should take this into consideration. A closer look revealed that this was not an isolated incident. This was definitely my second and last time!

Our 14-day stay at the medical complex hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and efficient, and the food and treatments were outstanding. Everything about our experience at this hotel was top-notch.
Weekend getaway booking
This place was really disappointing! They said it had a nice atmosphere and clean rooms, but it was anything but. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a musty smell. The staff weren't very friendly either, they seemed indifferent and not helpful at all. We definitely won't be coming back here.
Beautiful facility, great staff, enjoyable days, trips to Prague
The place was absolutely amazing and the people looking after us were so incredible! We really had a great time and those trips to Prague were definitely the best part of our visit. We just wanted to thank you for everything!
