    Sunlodge Vrsar Valkanela

    Hi there, just wanted to say the house we stayed in was amazing! It had a really big terrace and was fully equipped with everything we needed. We've stayed in quite a few different mobile homes before, but this one was definitely our favourite. The terrace had a large wooden table and really comfy chairs. The kitchen was great, but it would have been nice to have a small pot for warming up milk and a pasta spatula. One thing that was a bit annoying was that we had to make our own beds, normally other companies have them all set up for you. We gave it 4 stars because all the houses were located in the most remote part of the camp with no shade at all, the gardens and grass weren't cut or taken care of. The terrace was extremely sunny all afternoon, but luckily we had a rope and some blankets in the car to create some shade. On two of the nights, there was loud music playing until 1-2 o'clock, which was a bit disappointing. Despite those issues, we had a fantastic time during our stay in the Sunlodge!

    Very nice

    Well , hardly I go outside due to some my physical issues. But last month I had planned with my lovely friends to Venice.
    All arrangements made by Suncamp Holidays.
    It was very very good to see their assistance.
    I never worried about my physical disabilities.
    My concern was facilities, quality, clean hotels,airlines and site seeing.. Everything was so perfect, I can not express my happiness , probably because this was first time I gone for holidays.

    Glamping trip

    I just wanted to say that my glamping trip with your company was absolutely amazing. The campsite was in such a perfect spot, surrounded by nature and so peaceful. Having reliable wifi and great showers made it even better. One of the best things was having a kitchen in the tent with everything I needed to cook my meals comfortably.

Also, they’ve got this neat app where you can keep all your holiday info, get useful tips, and even add photos to make a holiday album. It felt like having my very own holiday planner on my phone!

    Quick Payment Required

    I was really feeling the pressure to pay up fast, it was all a bit too much. I was rushing and feeling uneasy because the payment process didn't really leave room for any changes. And, if things went south and I went bankrupt, it just didn't sit right with me that I could lose all the money I'd paid already.

    The website is decent, but I wish there was more detailed info about charging electric cars! Besides that, I found the other information quite helpful. The customer service was responsive and helpful when I had questions. They were really friendly 👍

    I needed some more info about the accommodation, so I gave them a ring. The person on the phone was really helpful and sorted out my question quickly. I was really impressed with how efficient and knowledgeable the staff were.

    We had a bit of a nightmare trying to log in to the website and sort out our payment. No matter how many times we tried to get help, it just never seemed to get sorted. They went ahead and booked a place for us without us agreeing to it, which was really frustrating. Luckily, we eventually found a much better website with more efficient service. Even after we had found somewhere else, the customer service team and manager kept hassling us for payment. It was just a terrible experience all round, and we definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    The website was really easy to use and had some great payment options. But, when I tried to book and sign up through a friend, I ran into some issues. Unfortunately, the booking didn't go through on the second try. So, I had to go ahead and book a different campsite instead.

    I'm a bit gutted that they didn't make it clear that there are extra costs on top of the price they show, rather than just giving a total. It would have been much better if they had been upfront about this right from the beginning.
