Very nice
Well , hardly I go outside due to some my physical issues. But last month I had planned with my lovely friends to Venice.
All arrangements made by Suncamp Holidays.
It was very very good to see their assistance.
I never worried about my physical disabilities.
My concern was facilities, quality, clean hotels,airlines and site seeing.. Everything was so perfect, I can not express my happiness , probably because this was first time I gone for holidays.

I booked a weeks camping in January before we realised that Coronavirus would become a global pandemic. A member of the family is shielding and we are unable to travel to Spain. The other hotels, Eurostar and rail companies have offered vouchers or refunds. Suncamp are refusing. I would avoid them at all costs and use Eurocamp or other instead.
CISANO DI BARDOLINO, ITALY (10days)
We booked our holiday in Italy through Sunnycamp a few weeks before the CONVID-19 virus started to spread to the EU (Italy).
When we got aware of the situation, we decided to contant Sunnycamp regarding our holiday. We asked for a refund because of the current situation in Italy.
Sunnycamp told us to keep and eye on their website, where they would inform people if the situation would change .. However, they didn't inform us about anything at the website (even to this date, they still haven't done anything). We therefor called their customer service again and told them that we had absolut no plan of going to Italy this year.
They then agreed to cancel our booking and refund us the amount we paid (minus a fee of 20euro) .. We were told to expect the money returned to our account after a few days. But as days went by, we still didn't receive anything from Sunnycamp.
We called their customer service once more .. We even spoke to the same guy (Robin), who had made us the previous promise of our refund. This time they gave us a lot of difference excuses as to why they had not transferred the money yet. We were also told, that the amount was no longer 20euro, instead it was 80euro.
We accepted that and gave them our IBAN number to speed things up (this was on a monday) and we were told to have the refund by the end of the week. Once again, we had not received our money as told.
We contacted customer service AGAIN and ended up speaking to the same guy (Robin). Now he was telling us that we couldn't get our money back because their management would not allow it … SERIOUSLY?!
We have an email that clearly states our cancellation and the amount they are supposed to refund us - They promised us a call from their financial office and nothing happened.
My advice to anyone who considers using this website to book anything at all .. DON'T DO IT!
Regardless of any current situation worldwide, they have no legal jurisdiction to refuse a refund when cancellation had been done.
We are in the process of contacting a attorney who specializes in cases like this .. But it's completely insane that a company is willing to go this far, just to scam people for their rightfully claim.
