    Undercover Tourist is a place I'm so thankful for discovering. Visiting themed parks and other tourist attractions was always the family plan. Of course I have been saving towards it but based on information inquired from some travel agents and tourist operators, it was as though I may have to go bankrupt before I could afford the trip. Thankfully, I came to discover Undercover Tourist whom I would say has passion to make travel and tour needs easy for interested persons. First, even though it was a multi-functional ticket, it was still sold at discounted rate for me. That cut down cost on my expenses and I was able to travel with my family to beautiful themed parks and other places. Thumbs up for Undercover Tourist.

    Universal Studios tickets refund

    I had to get a refund on my Universal Studios tickets recently, and I have to say the customer service at this company was absolutely brilliant. They were really good at keeping me informed and making me feel better during a stressful time. It's not every day you come across companies that are so helpful when things don't go as planned, so I was really impressed with how well they handled everything. I'm definitely thinking about buying my park tickets from them again next year when I go to Orlando.

    My experience with the fast-track tickets on this website was not great. When I got to the theme park, I had to hang around for an hour just for them to work out how to use my voucher. It was so annoying, and it made me doubt if the website was legit. Plus, when I attempted to use the voucher at another ride, I had to queue again for a manager to get proper tickets. In the end, the hassle and worry over whether the vouchers would work weren't worth the money saved.

    Overpriced Theme Park Tickets

    I bought 4 day tickets for a theme park for 4 adults, along with some extra options, and it all came to $2,635.80. At the time, I thought I was getting a good deal. However, I later discovered that the same tickets were available for $2,198.16 on the theme park's website. When I contacted Undercover Tourist about this, they told me that there would be no refund for the price difference. I am really disappointed with this company and would not suggest them to anyone.

    Disneyland tickets good deal, hotel reservation fail

    The whole buying experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, to be honest. Managed to snag a really good deal on Disneyland tickets, which was great, but the hotel booking turned into an absolute nightmare. We ended up forking out a lot more cash because their system went kaput. And don't even get me started on their customer service - all we got was these standard apologies with no real solutions. So, I've switched over to a different platform now for all my travel stuff.

    I bought a Black Friday deal for Sea World San Diego from an online shop. I was really looking forward to getting the buy one get one free ticket offer, but I was let down by their customer service. I called them a few times to ask about the deal and ended up buying more tickets than I wanted, only to find out that Sea World's own website had a better offer. I felt like I'd been tricked and I wasted both my money and time speaking to three different people. In the end, I was really disappointed and won't be using their services again.

    Misleading ticket purchase

    I'm absolutely shocked at the cheek of this company! How are they even still in business with their dodgy practices? I bought tickets for a popular attraction recently, thinking I could easily get a refund if needed, only to discover they're non-refundable. The website is so misleading - it says there's a 365-day return policy right before you click on "get tickets." But then once you've paid, there's no mention of this policy anywhere. When I contacted customer service about it, they were no help at all and kept saying I should have read the small print. Excuse me, but shouldn't the important info be clear before I make a purchase? I shelled out a lot of money for those tickets, only to find out later that I couldn't use them. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare.

    I have to say, this company's customer service is the worst I've ever come across. It feels like they're being deliberately vague and avoiding dealing with any problems you might have. Trying to get a solution from them is a complete nightmare. I've done everything from sending screenshots to giving detailed explanations, but it's like I'm talking to a brick wall. They'll keep making you repeat yourself, pretending not to understand until you just give up in frustration. It's honestly unbelievable that they can stay in business with such terrible customer service. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company. It's not worth the stress.

    Grand Californian Hotel tickets

    Recently, I bought tickets for the Grand Californian Hotel at Disneyland through this service, but I was really disappointed. Everything seemed fine at first, but then two days later I got a call saying Disneyland hadn't actually accepted the reservation, so they had to cancel it. It was such a hassle and really inconvenient, and I felt so disappointed by the whole situation. I was expecting much better service from a third-party ticket provider, and this definitely didn't meet the standards I've come to expect from other companies in the past.

    Universal Studios VIP tour tickets

    I recently bought VIP tour tickets for Universal Studios but had a bit of trouble with the customer service. I tried to change the tour time, but got conflicting info from Undercover Tourist and Universal Studios. Even after trying to sort it out multiple times, I felt frustrated with the lack of help and communication from Undercover Tourist. The new tickets I got didn't work on the Universal app, and Undercover Tourist didn't seem bothered by the inconvenience. I ended up unsure if I could even go on the tour I paid for. So, I won't be using Undercover Tourist again.

    New York City pass purchase

    As someone who bought a New York City pass online, I was really let down when I realised that the website didn't actually have a proper refund policy like it said it did. Even though they promised one, there was no way to get my money back once I'd paid. This dishonesty and false advertising made me feel like I'd been tricked and left me feeling pretty annoyed. I'd recommend to others to steer clear of this website and just book directly with the company to save yourself from any hassle.
