The customer service person on the helpline totally got my request wrong a bunch of times. They kept telling me the wrong things and offering solutions that had nothing to do with my problem. It was really annoying and left me feeling really frustrated.
Slow transaction speed
I really wish I could give you guys zero stars, so you could start fresh. Your mobile banking is getting slower by the day. It's not worth trying to cover it up by asking for reviews until you sort out your network servers for transactions.
