    I've been a loyal customer of this company for a good few years now and I've never had any problems.     I've been a customer at AutoAid for a while now, and I recently had to give them a ring when my car broke down. The staff were very professional and made sure both me and my car were well looked after. The journey back home from West Wales was pretty long, but they let us stop for toilet breaks, which was a relief. The only downside was that our dog had to stay in the car, which was a bit of a shame, but I get why. All in all, I was really impressed with their service and will definitely be using them again.

    My experience with AutoAid was a letdown. The customer service team was so rude and unhelpful. They barely replied to my emails and didn't keep me updated on my claim. The guy who came to tow my car was just as bad, he was aggressive towards me and the garage. On top of that, he even messed up my handbrake during the recovery! When I told AutoAid, they didn't care and brushed me off. They had the nerve to ask for pictures of the handbrake, which was ridiculous because I didn't have any. They also had garage invoices showing the handbrake had been recently adjusted, but now it needed fixing again. And yet, they still wanted me to pay for their services. I was so fed up that I cancelled my membership and switched to a better recovery service provider.

    I am really frustrated right now! I renewed my car insurance today and ended up losing 24 hours of coverage. Tomorrow I have a long drive planned, and not having any insurance is really stressing me out, even though my car passed its MOT recently. Ugh, what a nightmare!

    I had a bit of a nightmare with my car insurance renewal from AutoAid recently. I got the renewal documents by email and decided to cancel on the same day. I was pretty surprised to find out that even though I'd only had the new policy for a few hours, they were only offering me a reduced refund and charging me an extra £15 for admin fees. I've been a loyal customer for ages, so I was hoping for better customer service and a fair deal in this situation. It was really disappointing to see that AutoAid weren't very flexible or understanding about it.

    Renewed policy, unable to remove driver

    I thought it would be easy to take a driver off my policy after I renewed, but it turned out to be more difficult than I expected. I sent them two emails about it, but all I got back was a really simple reply. The website was a nightmare to use, I couldn't even find the button to make the changes. I haven't had to use their breakdown services yet, so hopefully that aspect of things will be better.

    AutoAid renewal service

    I was proper miffed when AutoAid just went ahead and renewed my policy without even checking if I wanted to stick with them. I ain't a fan of auto renewal at all, they should have at least asked me first.
